■ Booking Terms and Conditions:
1. Please be sure that credit card holder matches the name of the guest.
2. The service charge and government tax are included in the room rate.
3. The check-in time and check-out time list as below:
Fullon Hotel Taipei, Central、Fullon Hotel Taipei, East、Fullon Hotel Linkou、Fullon Hotel Taoyuan Airport Access MRT A8、Fullon Hotel Taoyuan、Fullon Hotel Jhongli、Fullon Hotel Kaohsiung :The check-in time is 15:00 pm, and check-out time is 12:00 noon.
Fullon Hotel Tamsui Fishermans Wharf、Fullon Hotel Lihpao Land、Fullon Resort Kending、Fullon Hotel Hualien、Fullon Hotel Fulong、Amazinn Kending:The check-in time is 15:00 pm, and check-out time is 11:00 noon.
4. Due to the heavy weather conditions or earthquake, please contact us within 3 days before arrival (including the check-in day).
5. If you are not sure whether reservation has been successfully made or not, please contact us.
6. All room rates are subject to change without notification.
■ General Cancellation and Payment Refund Notification:
Please login in our reservation website to cancel your order. After hotel verifies amount, the refund will be made to your credit card account. The whole refund process will take 7 to 10 working days. If refund process is after settling date of credit card, the refund amount will not be shown until next monthly bill. We apologize for any inconvenient.
Our online reservation system can only be done with online booking or online cancellation. If you would like to amend check-in date, numbers of stays, number of rooms, or others, please contact us
■ Precautions against fraud:
The hotel staffs and system providers will not take the initiative to call guests for the online booking error, installment, annual fees, or new offering etc.. Also, will never request any operation of ATM or credit card to amend the payment, and will never request personal data. If you have any doubt, please contact us to confirm.
Cancellation Policy
■ The Cancellation Policy:
※In accordance with regulation issued by the Tourism Bureau, 30% of the total order amount shall be charged as deposit. Also, according to provision of the law, if cancelling reservation, the deduction rates will be as follows:
- Deducting 0% of total deposit amount if cancellation has been made 14 days before check-in date.
- Deducting 30% of total deposit amount if cancellation has been made in between 10 to 13 days before check-in date.
- Deducting 50% of total deposit amount if cancellation has been made in between 7 to 9 days before check-in date.
-Deducting 60% of total deposit amount if cancellation has been made in between 4 to 6 days before check-in date.
- Deducting 70% of total deposit amount if cancellation has been made in between 2 to 3 days before check-in date.
- Deducting 80% of total deposit amount if cancellation has been made 1 day before check-in date.
- Deducting 100% of total deposit amount if cancellation has been made on check-in date.
