First time here was great. The receptionist was very welcoming and helpful. After checking in, went up to my double room. It was adequate size and very clean with commentary amenities. Only stayed for one night so I can't say but the bed was very comfortable. If I didn't have business to do, id probably sleep in for day.

Room hygiene is far from satisfactory... There’s cockroach in our room which is totally unacceptable… and we have to switch to the other room late at night because of this. Room is dusty, wall is stained and bathroom facility is a bit rusty, this hotel appeared to be lack of maintenance.. bad experience indeed and i DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL AT ALL.

地點跟服務都蠻好的，但硬體條件真的不值這價位，二樓景觀房看到的景觀就是來來往往的車水馬龍，隔音非常差，窗外車聲、人聲都聽得到之外隔壁洗澡、講話大聲點也都聽得到，正好位置在床上方的消防設備燈光根本小夜燈亮整晚的狀態，吵又亮真的不是好睡覺的旅店，抽屜打開還有之前旅客留下的餅乾屑等等、淋浴間底部該除霉了。除了服務到位跟地點好，想要好睡眠的話絕對不推薦，是一間需要耳塞跟眼罩的旅店。

Stay here for 4 nights. Location is perfect, 600m to any Train/MRT/Subway station makes it convenience as visitor."peace park" nearby, so you can do jogging or some walking.Museum also "next door". Bank of Taiwan for currency exchange (with best rate) is closeby.Reception is available, .. i think 24hours, they are there whenever i pass the door entrance.Quite a selections of local food nearby, from Noodle, sandwiches, to my liking.I dont mind to stay here again in future

離台北車站有點距離離台大醫院捷運站還算近服務很好，又親切，動作很快房間雖小，但設備還算齊全床算軟，但枕頭太扁且只有兩個瓶水大廳可以自行取用，很讚快煮壺有點重插座有些不能用，電鈴也是壞的電視是正常台數，很棒浴室 & 廁所分開還不錯沐浴用品太小罐，感覺快空了，可能忘了補，而且也不好洗浴缸有生鏽，難道是鐵的？所以水溫降很快？浴缸太小了，腳只能彎著不舒服但水壓大，放的很快馬桶是感應沖水，很喜歡電梯裡的酒精也是空的電視可以開很大聲冷氣好像不夠冷整體還算不錯啦在二二八公園旁，附近很多古蹟

We had a good time here. The room offered direct view of the park and National Taiwan Museum so it was beautiful to watch the sunrise every morning. However, the room itself lacked storage space and the bathtub was too small to relax comfortably inside.The staffs were great in their services - make great local recommendations on where to dine and shop like a local. Shout out to Eva from front office!The location is right across National Taiwan Museum so it was easy and nice to visit this. Also around the hotel there are many breakfast stalls so we got to try what the local breakfast meal was like (did not purchase breakfast package at the hotel).

한국인 리뷰입니다. 타이페이 메인역에서 걸어서 10분 거리에 위치하여 접근성이 좋습니다. 직원들이 친절하고, 한국어가 능숙한 직원도 한 분 계십니다.객실은 조금 좁은데, 그래도 깔끔합니다. 비데도 설치되어 있어요. 단점은 창문이 없어, 환기가 조금 어려운 느낌입니다. 그래서 환풍기가 열일합니다. 매일 클린업 해주는데, 깔끔하게 정리 잘해주고, 칫솔, 물 등 일회용품도 매번 채워줍니다.체크아웃 후 로비에 캐리어 맡기는 것도 가능합니다. 길 건너에는 현지인들이 많이 찾는 식당도 있는데, 아침, 점심 메뉴 모두 저렴하게 판매하니 싸게 끼니 떼우기 좋아요.

객실이 크지 않아서 혼여갔을때 이용하기 좋은것 같아요숙소 바로 앞에 공원이 있는데 일정이 바빠서 여유를 즐기지는 못했지만 다음에 다시 이용하게 되면 공원 산책도 하기 좋겠어요지하철역도 가까이 있고 타이베이 메인역도 15분정도면 갈 수 있어서 기차타기도 좋습니다혼여가서 불편하지않게 잘 지내다 왔습니다!

我在agora 訂房明明是訂一張大床，但是在入住前竟然通知我把我的一張大床，改成兩張小床！跟櫃檯反應過得到的回答是：因為客人太多所以沒有辦法給我一張大床的房間！我在agora 訂房，從來沒有碰過這種情況！如果沒有辦法給我一張大床，為什麼不事先告訴我！？反正不管什麼理由我都不能接受！有機會的話，我一定會請教消保會看看店家的做法是否正確！試問？我一個人為什麼要住兩張小床！！！我應該會告訴我周邊的朋友，不要入住這一家！我極度不爽！！！

櫃檯人員服務態度非常好，入住前還有來電提醒時間以及位置，寄放行李和詢問問題時的態度都非常友善，一樓座位區也很舒適，住起來心情很好。入住無窗雙人房三晚，燈光偏昏暗暖黃，衛生環境還可以，該有的備品和配備充足，空間格局也很大，在北車附近同價位的旅館都沒有這個品質。交通也很方便，離台大醫院捷運站出口僅步行5分鐘就到了，旁邊還有公園和超商，走到北車新光三越也只需10分鐘左右，整體住下來cp值很高，下次會考慮入住！

The room was small but clean with everything needed. Very comfortable quilt, spacious shower with good water pressure. Staff were very friendly and helpful.However, all have been overshadowed by the breakfast which is: a completely cold burger with a piece of cold fried chicken, a cold fried egg and some soggy vegie slices inside, plus a cold take away tea, they are paired as a set and sitting on the cold front desk bench for each person to take. It was such a disappointment when we were looking forward to a choice of a variety of hot and cold food like most of the hotel breakfasts are normally and commonly provided, especially after we were told "breakfast are included" without any indication of what we would get. We don't know how popular a breakfast like this would be, but when we saw a young couple waiting for the lift, both were holding some hot local breakfast, we knew we were not alone.It would be good if the hotel could mention this to the guests, or please do not including and advertising such unusual breakfast as an inclusive item at all.

只提供礦泉水沒有飲水機熱水可使用，房間有熱水壺可以自己燒開水，但是基本上基於衛生問題，不會使用那東西房間沒有暖氣只能開冷氣跟送風也就算了，調高溫度還是在19度，跟櫃檯反應卻告知可以試試調高溫度，如果還是不行他們也無法處理，還請我們可以關掉不要使用，但是關掉還是有個運轉聲音還是很冷，不管開或關或是送風都溫度一直在19度，都冷到不行，一直窩在被子裡才比較溫暖廁所使用免治馬桶還不錯，但是卻設定自動沖水，妳只要稍微改變姿勢或是站起來還沒蓋上馬桶蓋就自動沖水了，真是讓我想蓋上馬桶蓋才沖水的人崩潰房間隔音很差，隔壁洗澡使用水開水龍頭跟熱水器燒熱水的聲音就在床頭超清楚，搞得很難睡另外一直找不到充電的插頭，結果竟然要把枕頭拿走才找到插座，訂三人房卻明顯很小，沒有地方能放行李箱，也沒有行李架可使用，拿走枕頭找到插頭後才知道，看來是雙人房硬是被改成三人房吧…超無言……整體來說……只有床舒服跟電梯大這兩個優點……到退房也沒有服務人員再詢問過我們冷氣空調問題……基本上應該不太會有可能再去入住

Service was good! Excellent location. Walkable to Ximen as well. There is a train station just 2-3 mins walk away. 7-eleven and family mart around the corner.Room wise is quite small but ok as they have long bench to place luggages. Cant throw toilet paper into the toilet bowl BUT the bidet & warm seat makes up for everything.house keeping was good and they change the towels/soap bar/slippers daily. a little wasteful but i cant complain cos it is hygienic.room was quite clean. just that it's centralised AC system so if your neighbour smokes (which you obviously are not supposed to), it gets into your room as well.cable channels are available as well. bottled waters are available for self-service at first floor lobby.NO BREAKFAST.Overall, it was a pleasant stay and absolutely loved the location

I expected the worst experience since I don’t have many choices at the time but it turned out to be a very nice quarantine stay. Although the price is at the higher end because of the new year crowd, I would still highly recommend it.The only few down sides:1. The room I chose had no proper window which might be a big problem if you are staying more than 14 days2. Wifi could be a little unstable3. Not much diversity for the meals.Other than these, the true essence of the success of this hotel is their hospitality. The staffs are VERY responsive and helpful. The room is clean and furnished - love the big bathroom. Overall, this was an awesome 7-day stay!

This is my first visit in Taiwan. After checking out a few hotel, we decided to stay in check inn Taipei main station. I m so glad that I made that choice as their location is perfect for us. Not only that, they are just 2-3mins walk from NTU station (R09) exit 4 (turn left as soon as u exit)What I really really is the wonderful and excellent service they gave us. Our first visit to Taiwan and this hotel service is excellent in many ways since the day we check in.We had so many questions as we have never been to Taiwan but the staff here is so so so friendly and helpful. Even helping us to make a dinner reservation. I love it here.From taipei main station, u should exit either via Z4 / Z6 (can't recall which one with elevator If u have luggages) but to make it much easier, take the MRT red line to R09 NTU Station (台大) and get out from exit 4 then turn left, it will be just 3-4mins walk when you cut through the park.

😀 - It was conveniently located within 5 minutes from National Taiwan Hospital MRT station, and actually only approximately 10 minutes away from Taipei Main Station. It was beside a museum but we didn't find a chance to visit it. Bed was really comfortable; in fact we stayed at 3 different places on this trip and this room had the best bed. TV signal was stable and toilet was clean with good water pressure. Did not try the bathtub though. 😞 - You can't throw toilet paper into the toilet bowl but they have a bidet. The toilet is separated to two compartments, one for the toilet bowl and one for the bathing area. They had translucent glass doors so you can see the silhouette of whoever is doing their toilet business...It didn't bother me much but I imagine some people might not appreciate this. Also the sink is within the room (not exactly within the toilet). Again, it might bother some people, but I think it allows multiple people to use the toilet for different at same time (e.g. you can brush teeth, someone else can poop and someone else can bathe at the same time). There's no hooking area to hold things while you are bathing though and that was the only thing that truly bothered me. But for the price I think this room is very worth the money.
If I travelled to Taipei again, I would book this hotel for sure!

😀 - The location was near the NTU Hospital metro station so it is very accessible. Also, it is very near Ximending Night Market, parks, and museums so I couldn't ask for more. Plus the staff are very helpful and they can assist you in calling for taxi or just writing down the Chinese names of the places that you need to get into. There are also convenience stores nearby as well as noodle shops. If you are not as adventurous, you can always rely on 7-11 and Family Mart. 😞 - The rooms are not as sound proof.

😀 - Fantastic location near the Main Station, MRT and shopping areas. The hotel was very clean and modern, shower and toilet were amazing. Free bottles of water available throughout our stay which was a great touch. Best of all was the staff - they were very friendly, and when my partner became ill during our stay they helped direct us to hospital, made us feel well looked after and comfortable and helped resolve our issue, they were excellent 😞 - Room was a little small, there was not much room for bags

I also love how close it is to the NTU Hospital metro stop for those times when I don’t feel like navigating the main station. The staff is also very friendly and helpful. 😞 - I wish all of the rooms had windows and bath tubs. Still, I’ve stayed here 3 times now, and it’s worth coming back.

😀 - 위치가 정말 좋아요! 메인역에서도 걸어서 10분이지만 시먼딩도 가까워서, 까르푸 꾸이린점에서도 저녁에 걸어서 왔어요. 바로 앞에 저렴하게 아침식사 할수있는 곳도 있고, 백화점도 가깝고 투어집결지와도 가깝고요. 바로 옆에있는 얼얼바 평화공원은 정말 힐링이었네요 ㅎㅎ 박물관도 보고싶었는데 못봤어요. ntu hospital역에서 레드라인타고 동먼이나 다안역까지 가기도 편했고요. 시설은 사실 가성비이지 고급은 아니긴 한데, 일단 깔끔했고, 머리맡에 콘센트가 충분했고 침대가 편했으니 만족합니다. 한국어 할수 있는 직원도 있고 매우 친절했고요. 매일 공짜 물을 얼마든지 로비에서 가져다마시도록 하는것도 좋았어요. 전기티포트가 크고 좋은것이 있어서 매일 차를 잘 마셨어요. 와이파이도 잘 터집니다! 속도가 빨랐어요. 😞 - 옷장이 따로 없는것이 좀 아쉬웠지만 옷걸이는 있었고요, 창문이 있다고 해서 예약했는데 엄청 큰 창문이 있었지만 화장실에서 테라스로 나가는 문이었습니다 ㅋㅋ 화장실에 앉아서 창문을 열기도 그렇고 그 테라스로 나가기도 참 애매한 구조.. 아쉽다기보다 좀 웃겼네요. 변기에 휴지를 넣으면 안되는데 휴지통이 너무 작았어요. 조금더 큰것이면 좋았겠다고 생각합니다. 문을 열면 바로 벽에 테이블이 붙어있고 침대가 코앞에 있는 구조라 조금 아쉽지만, 이 아쉬운점들이 다 또 크게 단점이라고 지적하기엔 애매하달까요. 샤워실은 작아도 욕조도 있고 어메니티도 있고 있을건 다 있어요 물도 잘 빠지고 수압도 좋구요! 따뜻한물이 너무 잘나와서 좀 뜨거웠지만 이건 나쁜점은 아니라고 생각해요. 하지만 샤워실에서 유리벽 하나 바깥이 제 침대라 저 실리콘마감이 약해지면 방으로 물이 넘칠것같은 걱정은 계속 들었어요.

😀 - It was conveniently located within 5 minutes from National Taiwan Hospital MRT station, and actually only approximately 10 minutes away from Taipei Main Station. It was beside a museum but we didn't find a chance to visit it. Bed was really comfortable; in fact we stayed at 3 different places on this trip and this room had the best bed. TV signal was stable and toilet was clean with good water pressure. Did not try the bathtub though. 😞 - You can't throw toilet paper into the toilet bowl but they have a bidet. The toilet is separated to two compartments, one for the toilet bowl and one for the bathing area. They had translucent glass doors so you can see the silhouette of whoever is doing their toilet business...It didn't bother me much but I imagine some people might not appreciate this. Also the sink is within the room (not exactly within the toilet). Again, it might bother some people, but I think it allows multiple people to use the toilet for different at same time (e.g. you can brush teeth, someone else can poop and someone else can bathe at the same time). There's no hooking area to hold things while you are bathing though and that was the only thing that truly bothered me. But for the price I think this room is very worth the money.
If I travelled to Taipei again, I would book this hotel for sure!

😀 - The location was near the NTU Hospital metro station so it is very accessible. Also, it is very near Ximending Night Market, parks, and museums so I couldn't ask for more. Plus the staff are very helpful and they can assist you in calling for taxi or just writing down the Chinese names of the places that you need to get into. There are also convenience stores nearby as well as noodle shops. If you are not as adventurous, you can always rely on 7-11 and Family Mart. 😞 - The rooms are not as sound proof.

First time here was great. The receptionist was very welcoming and helpful. After checking in, went up to my double room. It was adequate size and very clean with commentary amenities. Only stayed for one night so I can't say but the bed was very comfortable. If I didn't have business to do, id probably sleep in for day.

地點跟服務都蠻好的，但硬體條件真的不值這價位，二樓景觀房看到的景觀就是來來往往的車水馬龍，隔音非常差，窗外車聲、人聲都聽得到之外隔壁洗澡、講話大聲點也都聽得到，正好位置在床上方的消防設備燈光根本小夜燈亮整晚的狀態，吵又亮真的不是好睡覺的旅店，抽屜打開還有之前旅客留下的餅乾屑等等、淋浴間底部該除霉了。除了服務到位跟地點好，想要好睡眠的話絕對不推薦，是一間需要耳塞跟眼罩的旅店。

We had a good time here. The room offered direct view of the park and National Taiwan Museum so it was beautiful to watch the sunrise every morning. However, the room itself lacked storage space and the bathtub was too small to relax comfortably inside.The staffs were great in their services - make great local recommendations on where to dine and shop like a local. Shout out to Eva from front office!The location is right across National Taiwan Museum so it was easy and nice to visit this. Also around the hotel there are many breakfast stalls so we got to try what the local breakfast meal was like (did not purchase breakfast package at the hotel).

한국인 리뷰입니다. 타이페이 메인역에서 걸어서 10분 거리에 위치하여 접근성이 좋습니다. 직원들이 친절하고, 한국어가 능숙한 직원도 한 분 계십니다.객실은 조금 좁은데, 그래도 깔끔합니다. 비데도 설치되어 있어요. 단점은 창문이 없어, 환기가 조금 어려운 느낌입니다. 그래서 환풍기가 열일합니다. 매일 클린업 해주는데, 깔끔하게 정리 잘해주고, 칫솔, 물 등 일회용품도 매번 채워줍니다.체크아웃 후 로비에 캐리어 맡기는 것도 가능합니다. 길 건너에는 현지인들이 많이 찾는 식당도 있는데, 아침, 점심 메뉴 모두 저렴하게 판매하니 싸게 끼니 떼우기 좋아요.

객실이 크지 않아서 혼여갔을때 이용하기 좋은것 같아요숙소 바로 앞에 공원이 있는데 일정이 바빠서 여유를 즐기지는 못했지만 다음에 다시 이용하게 되면 공원 산책도 하기 좋겠어요지하철역도 가까이 있고 타이베이 메인역도 15분정도면 갈 수 있어서 기차타기도 좋습니다혼여가서 불편하지않게 잘 지내다 왔습니다!

我在agora 訂房明明是訂一張大床，但是在入住前竟然通知我把我的一張大床，改成兩張小床！跟櫃檯反應過得到的回答是：因為客人太多所以沒有辦法給我一張大床的房間！我在agora 訂房，從來沒有碰過這種情況！如果沒有辦法給我一張大床，為什麼不事先告訴我！？反正不管什麼理由我都不能接受！有機會的話，我一定會請教消保會看看店家的做法是否正確！試問？我一個人為什麼要住兩張小床！！！我應該會告訴我周邊的朋友，不要入住這一家！我極度不爽！！！

櫃檯人員服務態度非常好，入住前還有來電提醒時間以及位置，寄放行李和詢問問題時的態度都非常友善，一樓座位區也很舒適，住起來心情很好。入住無窗雙人房三晚，燈光偏昏暗暖黃，衛生環境還可以，該有的備品和配備充足，空間格局也很大，在北車附近同價位的旅館都沒有這個品質。交通也很方便，離台大醫院捷運站出口僅步行5分鐘就到了，旁邊還有公園和超商，走到北車新光三越也只需10分鐘左右，整體住下來cp值很高，下次會考慮入住！

The room was small but clean with everything needed. Very comfortable quilt, spacious shower with good water pressure. Staff were very friendly and helpful.However, all have been overshadowed by the breakfast which is: a completely cold burger with a piece of cold fried chicken, a cold fried egg and some soggy vegie slices inside, plus a cold take away tea, they are paired as a set and sitting on the cold front desk bench for each person to take. It was such a disappointment when we were looking forward to a choice of a variety of hot and cold food like most of the hotel breakfasts are normally and commonly provided, especially after we were told "breakfast are included" without any indication of what we would get. We don't know how popular a breakfast like this would be, but when we saw a young couple waiting for the lift, both were holding some hot local breakfast, we knew we were not alone.It would be good if the hotel could mention this to the guests, or please do not including and advertising such unusual breakfast as an inclusive item at all.

只提供礦泉水沒有飲水機熱水可使用，房間有熱水壺可以自己燒開水，但是基本上基於衛生問題，不會使用那東西房間沒有暖氣只能開冷氣跟送風也就算了，調高溫度還是在19度，跟櫃檯反應卻告知可以試試調高溫度，如果還是不行他們也無法處理，還請我們可以關掉不要使用，但是關掉還是有個運轉聲音還是很冷，不管開或關或是送風都溫度一直在19度，都冷到不行，一直窩在被子裡才比較溫暖廁所使用免治馬桶還不錯，但是卻設定自動沖水，妳只要稍微改變姿勢或是站起來還沒蓋上馬桶蓋就自動沖水了，真是讓我想蓋上馬桶蓋才沖水的人崩潰房間隔音很差，隔壁洗澡使用水開水龍頭跟熱水器燒熱水的聲音就在床頭超清楚，搞得很難睡另外一直找不到充電的插頭，結果竟然要把枕頭拿走才找到插座，訂三人房卻明顯很小，沒有地方能放行李箱，也沒有行李架可使用，拿走枕頭找到插頭後才知道，看來是雙人房硬是被改成三人房吧…超無言……整體來說……只有床舒服跟電梯大這兩個優點……到退房也沒有服務人員再詢問過我們冷氣空調問題……基本上應該不太會有可能再去入住

隣のシャワーの音がうるさすぎるほど聞こえてくる！まったく防音性能なし！朝早くや夜遅くにシャワーの音で叩き起こされます。これで1泊1万円以上なんてひどい。両隣の部屋はあけておくべき。ホテルはきちんとまるで防音性能がないことを明示すべき。安宿ならともかくこの値段でこれはあまりにひどい

Service was good! Excellent location. Walkable to Ximen as well. There is a train station just 2-3 mins walk away. 7-eleven and family mart around the corner.Room wise is quite small but ok as they have long bench to place luggages. Cant throw toilet paper into the toilet bowl BUT the bidet & warm seat makes up for everything.house keeping was good and they change the towels/soap bar/slippers daily. a little wasteful but i cant complain cos it is hygienic.room was quite clean. just that it's centralised AC system so if your neighbour smokes (which you obviously are not supposed to), it gets into your room as well.cable channels are available as well. bottled waters are available for self-service at first floor lobby.NO BREAKFAST.Overall, it was a pleasant stay and absolutely loved the location

I expected the worst experience since I don’t have many choices at the time but it turned out to be a very nice quarantine stay. Although the price is at the higher end because of the new year crowd, I would still highly recommend it.The only few down sides:1. The room I chose had no proper window which might be a big problem if you are staying more than 14 days2. Wifi could be a little unstable3. Not much diversity for the meals.Other than these, the true essence of the success of this hotel is their hospitality. The staffs are VERY responsive and helpful. The room is clean and furnished - love the big bathroom. Overall, this was an awesome 7-day stay!

This is my first visit in Taiwan. After checking out a few hotel, we decided to stay in check inn Taipei main station. I m so glad that I made that choice as their location is perfect for us. Not only that, they are just 2-3mins walk from NTU station (R09) exit 4 (turn left as soon as u exit)What I really really is the wonderful and excellent service they gave us. Always friendly and ready to help when I have so many questions as a first time visitor. Thank you so much! I will be back for sure

Our first visit to Taiwan and this hotel service is excellent in many ways since the day we check in.We had so many questions as we have never been to Taiwan but the staff here is so so so friendly and helpful. Even helping us to make a dinner reservation. I love it here.From taipei main station, u should exit either via Z4 / Z6 (can't recall which one with elevator If u have luggages) but to make it much easier, take the MRT red line to R09 NTU Station (台大) and get out from exit 4 then turn left, it will be just 3-4mins walk when you cut through the park.
