除了枕頭睡的比較不習慣 其他沒有缺點了，服務人員也很客氣

這家飯店沒有設置吸菸室，所以住房客人想要抽菸，都會站在飯店餐廳旁邊的巷口抽菸，那麼只要有房客在那裡一抽菸，巷子內的住戶，無論樓上或樓下，就必須同時吸著二手菸，長年以來，一直如此，只有疫情那幾年，遊客驟減，星辰飯店旁邊的鄰居，方能暫享無菸害的環境。 若一個飯店愈賺錢，鄰居身體健康反而愈糟，這種飯店做得再好，都是值得檢討的。難怪先進國家和企業都要提倡ESG, 望公司行號在賺錢之餘，也要反思所賺的錢是否是奠基在他人的傷害之上，望企業慎思！

동먼역 도보거리, 가는 길에 빙수집 있음 주차장으로 들어가도 됨 정문은 일본식 집 같고 작은 연못 있음 마루바닥 사워필터 필요없고 침구 깨끗하나 쿵하고 앉으면 침대 좀 흔들림, 잠은 잘 옴 현지인들이 많은 것 같고 근처 인기있는 아침식사 만두가게 미미 융캉공원 라뜰리에 오픈런하기 좋은 곳 딘다이펑도 걸을만한 거리 다안 공뭔에서도 걸어올만 함. 밤엔 조용해서 길거리가 살짝 무서움 조식에 최선을 다하는 호텔-음식이 부족하지 않은지 지키고 서 계신 시니어 매니저 여사님 다 맛있고 5성호텔 조식에 뒤지지않는 퀄러티 둘이 사진 찍고 있는데 나오셔서 같이 사진 찍어주시는 매우 친절한 멋진 리셉셔니스트 길에 나와 택시타는 것 까지 봐 주신 매우 아름다운 리셉셔니스트까지 완벽한 경험을 주는 호텔이었습니다 Rooms: 작지만 작지 않은 호텔 매우 깨끗 컵 세척은 좀 더 강화할 필요가 있음 Nearby activities: 미미 라뜰리에 크래커 오픈런 융캉공원 가까움 딘다이펑 도보거리 Safety: 호텔이 조용하고 주위 환경도 얌전하다 Food & drinks: 조식당 수준이 매우 높다

秋天轉涼了，不用像炎夏時那樣幾乎每天24小時都要關著窗開著冷氣 我住在星辰飯店隔壁巷子裡，現在開窗享受涼爽秋風之際，就不時聞到星辰飯店的客人在巷口抽菸的菸味 ，由其是早上和半夜最常聞到，家中小朋友也常在睡夢中被菸味「吵」醒 建議飯店應該要設置吸菸室或呼籲飯店客人不要在有當地住戶的隔壁巷口抽菸，否則埡口風一吹，整條巷子的鄰居就吸著二手菸（所以飯店也算是嫌惡設施囉 ）

很高級舒適，樓下還有專業的櫃台人員，假日雙人房一晚3350，覺得ok欸

房間過小 Wi-Fi訊號不好，極差，房務卡的Wi-Fi提供的帳號密碼不能使用（只能調整極低速才能勉強使用） 隔天早上打開電視 原來Wi-Fi帳號密碼在電視上有顯示 是凌晨的房務給的卡片上的Wi-Fi帳號密碼是錯誤的

正常的商務旅館

櫃台小姐講話整個很溫柔，態度又很棒！還幫忙我拿東西。一個人過來住還能找到一個能聊天的地方 整個很開心住到一個愉悅的環境！很多超級大飯店都還不一定有的服務態度

入住三人房，房間很乾淨無異味，飯店上下的服務人員態度都很棒，有免費停車但車位有現，房間冷氣另人不滿意，除了調整溫度無效外，位於冷氣出風口的對角處的床位冷氣會直吹臉，另一張床則是很熱；早餐口味還行但種類偏少。

房間～乾淨、安靜，從東門1號出口步行過來也不會很遠，推薦

有免費停車服務，可以節省不少時間與停車費， 停車位應該是有限的，但是平日看起來可停車位還算蠻多的， 6／11入住三樓310從免費停車與泊車人員到櫃檯、房間住宿品質、服務人員都很親切， 入住時有食物需要冷凍，6／12櫃檯人員在我離開時，還有主動提醒帶走， 從外送平台叫餐點，還可以讓外送員直接送到房間門口，等於都不需要再搭電梯取餐，這點就超級貼心， 房間是滿新的，但是不大，簡單樸實乾淨，無煙味， 而且剛好310房是在金山南路一側，窗外有樹木，感覺不像住在都市，有滿滿綠意，隔音不錯， 床組好睡，衛浴是淋浴式的， 到8樓再走到頂樓有24小時洗衣間， 費用：洗60元（45分）， 烘衣60元（45分），有提供洗衣精， 早餐7:00～10:00提供粥、板條、麵包、牛奶、飲品、水果等等～ 附近有東門市場（周一休） 透過訂房平台入住，值得推薦。

環境很棒欸

交通地點方便，房間環境乾淨，沒有煙味，隔音不錯，浴室水壓強，熱水也夠熱，很好入睡的一間飯店，早餐家人說很好吃！

房內比想像中好很多～因為在這裡開很久。 以為內裝會很舊或很可怕。 完全維持的很好 裝修、環境也挺舒適乾淨 免治馬桶、吹風機雖小，但至少不是牆上那種。 最驚訝的是毛巾，夠厚，毛很新，有用心。 個人很在意毛巾新舊 因為這太耗損，也可以看得出來飯店是否願意花成本汰換，在意住客體驗。

Our daughter booked our room here for our first 3 nights in Taipei - Loved the Hotel, the staff, complimentary breakfast like no other... We were so surprised by the breakfast self-serve availability - from hot to cold, to fruit, to local pastries, to local recopies - The staff was was so polite and helpful. 房間小但是設備齊全 服務態度親切周到 美中不足的是地毯看起來有年代而無法讓人覺得他乾淨 其他部分的清潔都非常到位，連灰塵都沒有 另外沐浴用品是二合一的，個人不太喜歡 早餐是自助式，空間不大但是環境舒適 選項不算很多但是味道不差，餐點也有一直補充 不過隔音不是很好 有人在走廊講話的話是聽得到的 但是運氣不錯並沒有人吵鬧之類的所以也還好

三顆星是給2/27的員工，態度好 房間算大，有免治馬桶，早餐比較普通 但2/26的櫃檯滿兩光的，泊車人員態度也很差 第一天提早到，抵達前就有去電給飯店停車場在哪，櫃檯告知在飯店旁，但因為前一天入住的人還沒退房，所以可能會沒位置，如有位置可以停，建議我們可以12點再去看看，但因為11點左右就到了，想說碰碰運氣看看，抵達時發現有位置，但停車場的泊車人員堅持說沒有位置，還說要照規矩來，三點才能進去停，雖然後來他問了櫃檯後有讓我們停，但給我們的感覺很差，因為他說「這次就破例讓你們停，下次就要另外收費」飯店櫃檯在電話中根本沒有說要三點才能停，他只有提到可能會沒有位置，但如果有位置可以停，如果飯店有規定一定要在三點才能停，那可以在電話中告知，我們也不會硬要去停，但櫃檯沒說，泊車人員卻講的好像我們不願照他們的規矩，把我們當奧客一樣，真的是謝謝他破壞我們一大早快樂出遊的心情

以我住過的商旅比較,星辰沒有任何一點讓人覺得不好之處,早餐蔬果切法也細緻…小處可看到管理的精神, 唯一要提的是…廚房工作人員一男一女大聲聊天.

I booked for 4 nights. The place is great! Clean and modern, no fuss, no overservice. Competent housekeeping. Great value. Comes with free breakfast, but with so many eating choices around the neighbourhood its not very likely youd use it. The location is also great, 5 minute walk to yong kang jie where all the good cheap and good food are. And also 120 twd taxi from the taipei mainstation where the high speed rail stops from the airport. The place also has laundry machine on the roof. 80 twd for washing and 80 for drying. Comes with detergent. Service was polite and proactive. Good tv reception. Good wifi service. Nearby activities: Good food within 5 min walk.

近捷運站，旁邊是東門市場，有很多美食！人＆魚都吃飽了……永康街走走趣！ 飯店服務＆設備 熱水穩定，吹風機馬力強，床鋪讓人瞬間秒睡！ 櫃檯專業之外還很親切！貼心提醒隔日早餐要分流，因為房客很多，避免集中用餐！（提昇用餐品質好棒棒）

Wonderful breakfast, child friendly, quite, clean, regretless stay. Liked · 1. I loved the breakfast. We stayed for 6 days in total, and they provided different breakfast each day! Full of healthy food choices, Chinese and western. All carefully selected and made with great dedication to quality of ingredients. There is fresh ground coffee too but with automatic machine. My favorite was the cherry tomatoes, I guess they are locally grown in Taiwan thus so sweet and fresh. Then the nice selection of bread including small croissants which I can heat up with the small oven and make a nice croissant smoked salmon sandwich. Selection of fresh fruits are also different every day. 2. Kids friendly - they offered my 3 year old son a baby cot at no additional cost, comes with cute little pillow and duvet with animals which my son adored! Their cantine also provided baby chair for my son, with baby utensils and plate, and let him eat the buffet for free! 3. Clean. Bathroom had dry and wet sections partitioned so the shower water won't flow out to the toilet and basin regions. 4. Quiet. I've read a lot of reviews about other hotels being very noisy, with thin walls. I suspect this hotel doesn't have very good sound proofing with the doors cz I can easily hear other rooms' door lock beeping sounds, but the hotel was very quite still, maybe because neighbors were all considerate, and our window is not facing the street. 5. Other facilities that I always make sure a hotel has that this hotel also provides: washing machine, dryer, lift landing on all floors, windows. 6. Other less essential bonus: free bottled water x2 /day, mini fridge, free packet coffee/tea, kettle, free toiletries, hair dryer, VERY strong flow of shower water with hot water running out pretty quickly. Table corners are protected with childproof rounded corners. Fairly spacious, we could fit our large pram and 2 suitcases and still walk around freely. Friendly reception staff. Disliked · 1. Window couldn't be opened when we tried by ourselves. Seems to be locked. 2. Air con was hard to adjust to the right temperature. I can't choose warm air vs cold air mode, I can only choose the desired temperature, so it'll be sometimes blowing cold air, sometimes hot. Room is very dry due to the aircon. 3. Lights are not working very well, the light bulbs tend to flicker. And even when I turn on all the lights the room is still pretty dim. Nearby activities: Chiang Kai Shek memorial hall. Yong Kang street. Dong men market. Walkability: 5 min walk from Dong Men MRT station.

Very comfortable and well managed hotel. Would definitely stay again.

和昨晚在民權西路站的旅館相比好上兩個檔次，房間空間寬敞，早餐自助吧也不錯

we stayed here for over 2 weeks. good service, no amenities. one laundry and mild power dryer on roof, free detergent. passable breakfast buffet 7-10am. 24 manned parking. location is smack in the middle of Taipei, so decently convenient. mrt 5 mins away, few bus lines next to hotel so have to walk farther away. late night fried food shop on other side of street.. jaywalk at your risk. minuses-there is only one slow elevator for seven floors. wish they'd open up access to the breakfast dining area beyond breakfast times, even just for the table usage and tea. all the other rooms beside the biggest are quite small. adding a bed is extra 700/day. the bathroom door doesn't slide open all the way blocking part of it. desk is fixed in place. wifi is randomly spotty.

早餐好吃，而且有看到工作人員和內場廚師一直在注意食物的剩餘量，不會有吃完不補的問題，房間跟餐廳都有擺設鮮花很用心，但餐廳座位比較少，如果不想等要早點下樓 另外房間的床頭櫃有插座很方便，也很安靜好睡，給推！

perpect!! 연말이라 숙박비가 전부 비쌌는데 그 중에서도 괜찮은 가격이었어요. 솔직히 깔끔하기만 하면 됐는데 정말 깨끗하고, 크기도 적당하고, 온수/수압 완벽했고, 조식도 오히려 중요한 것만 있어서 딱 좋았어요. 외관이나 로비는 정말 소박하지만 여행하면서 적당한 숙소 찾으시면 이만한 곳 없을거 같아요 위치는 동먼역에서 5~10분 거리라 위치도 좋았어요 2022년 마지막 날이라고 숙소 들어오니까 와인,초콜렛도 있어서 기분 좋았습니다~!!

Booking訂平常日一晚特價2009，含早餐，早餐我覺得基本的都有，很喜歡。 住在610，房間安靜度我覺得可以，第四台跟YouTube都可以看，唯有冷氣空調我不太會操作。 Food & drinks: 早餐很可以。

因下午有事提早到，櫃檯有房就給我們進去了，很感謝以客人方便，而彈性的給予提早入房的服務。 房間乾淨，淋浴間也很乾淨，且維持的很好 早餐菜色小而美，都好吃，直接當早午餐吃，服務人員都很親切，特別的是房間、餐廳桌上都插著一支蘭花 很適合來台北玩，需要一個住宿的地方

少數在台北有停車的旅館，住宿房間很乾淨又有附免治馬桶相當方便，不過床有點塌不好睡，枕頭也是一樣。不錯的地方是，住宿的房間剛好看得到101，雖然很遠就是了… 最後有開車去的取車需要付小費，入住後才知道，還好小費多少是隨意的 Food & drinks: 鄰近東門市場和永康街，想吃什麼走一下路就到了

房間簡單但乾淨，連浴室的角落也很乾淨，看得出房務整理很用心。房間與早餐桌上簡單的瓶花，是現在罕見的老派優雅

地點還有房間還蠻不錯的，但服務方面需要加強！ 一開始訂房前台人員就搞錯訂單，把我訂的房給了別人，還一直問我是不是有人先來，我都不曉得回答幾遍一個人了，最後還問我卡號之類的，搞得像是我弄錯的感覺，雖然最後有房間住，但還是讓我覺得很無言。房間有標注不能抽菸，但不知道為什麼可以聞到很淡的煙味，房間內的電燈會一閃一閃的，打電話反應房間燈會閃爍，一開始是說我沒轉到底，才會這樣，按照指示操作，沒改善再打電話，才跟我說可能燈泡壞了，但從聽筒裡可以感受得到服務人員是一邊笑一邊回答我的問題.......整個讓我覺得感受非常差！下次可能會換間飯店住吧！

明明訂了房間道場卻說沒有訂位紀錄，因為是電話訂房我們也沒有錄音所以也沒辦法，當場問有沒有房間就被加價，跟當初訂房價錢不一樣，櫃檯還一臉「隨便你們要住不住」的臉，真棒

地點適中，設備更新過，停車方便，週遭生活機能佳。

天啊！一晚3700的防疫旅館，伙食有夠差的，一餐應該不到100塊的便當吧！量也很少，而且投訴後，飯店只說謝謝指教大家都說好吃，完全沒改善，我就不相信那種便當菜色有人說好吃？之前住西門町的町，房間很小，價格比這麼便宜多了，但是菜色豐富還能選菜，跟這家比真得是天差地別，如果重視飲食的朋友，千萬別在這裡防疫了，會生氣，而且完全沒有服務品質可言

飯店房間非常乾淨、細緻、考慮周到，三餐的餐點不重樣又新鮮、精緻、好吃，色香味俱全，最棒的是工作人員全心全意的照顧客人的心，讓人非常非常感動！讓人安心、放心、有溫度、有格調、細膩體貼人的酒店。

第二次回台，這次住星晨，基本來說中規中矩 房間沒有特別舒服，但也沒有糟 浴室的陪物可以更好點，本人非常不愛洗髮和沐浴乳是一樣的。毛巾非常薄，沒有舒適感。 居住的過程三不五時會聞到煙味，通知櫃檯它們會發簡訊給所有住客，但這並不會停止煙味，吸菸的旅客也知道飯店不會開門盤查，所以對這點我真的很不滿意。 飯店比較特別的地方是餐點，可以感覺得到飯店很細心的在安排「健康」的食物，除了早餐，餐餐都有均衡的食物，而且都是紫米。料理都是低鹽，少油的調味，我的身體非常感謝。可是我也必須說，連續吃好幾餐這樣的便當，真的快吐了，實話實說，這些便當真的不好吃，好幾次我都在質疑這家的廚師是哪裡學廚藝的？ 好歹吃兩餐健康便當也來一餐美味的餐點吧？ 然後我建議飯店把菜單開出來，這樣旅客也比較有心理準備下一餐要吃什麼。

先說優點：服務很好、外送隨叫隨送、有兩個對外窗，空氣流通 因為是位於台北市，所以檢疫專車直接開到飯店樓下，省去不少麻煩；然後也因為地點很好，所以外送選擇範圍可達三重、西門町、東區、中正區、中山區，選擇多元 缺點來了：服務太好不敢得罪客人的關係，反而造成其他住客的困擾，前4、5天樓上住著帶小孩的住客，一開始忍耐了一天都沒有消停，晚上忍不住詢問一下樓上是否有小孩，後來幾天投訴可能可以安靜10分鐘，再後來投訴也沒用，飯店也只是消極要我們忍耐，詢問可不可以換房間還說申請換飯店也是要我們忍耐，我們自己有小孩可以體諒，但我們同時也在工作，造成蠻大的困擾！再來，床很硬、枕頭支撐度很差、棉被羽毛很容易炸出來，15天都沒睡好；第二個禮拜房間開始出現小飛蟲，因為我們一天只吃兩餐，房間內也沒有廚餘或是水果，所以應該是從去水管線飛進來，還有蜈蚣之類的昆蟲，實在有點毛，衛生可能可以再加強，房間霉味也蠻重的。 15夜的隔離真的度日如年，天還沒亮我們就受不了直接退房，一方面避開車潮、一方面完全無法睡好，房間偏小，可以接受上述缺點只看優點，這間飯店算cp值不錯，不會很貴。

整體來說，性價比很高，十分滿意。 優點： - 服務品質。不論是在訂房前，還是正式入住時，回覆訊息的速度都很快，且回答都很精準。 - 飲食。入住時有詢問飲食習慣，也會特別因為我不吃海鮮，可以另外安排不同的食物。以本旅館的價位來說，其他評論要求相對精緻可口的飲食可能不是很合理。在飲食上有要求，可以考慮外送平台補足。 - 外送速度。如果需要外送，旅館在交付外送和親友物資的速度都超快！通常抵達物資抵達櫃檯後，五分鐘內會到。 - 房間大小。以台北市市中心的位置而言，空間適宜並不會太擁擠。有些更高價位的酒店，可能坪數還更小。如圖，稍微移開桌椅，已可有空間擺瑜珈墊做運動。 - 空調。冷暖氣的溫度可以自己調節。尤其是有暖氣，冬天是一大加分。 - 浴室的設施。無浴缸僅有沖澡，相對是疫情下比較衛生乾淨的選擇。另外，有配免治馬桶，十分方便。 缺點： - 偶爾有隔音的問題。入住時最後幾天，隔壁房可能有多於一位的住客，在開門或開窗時可能聽到交談的聲音。 - 房間光線較暗。在晚上可能較不適宜閱讀或辦公。

15天的防疫旅館體驗非常好，有任何疑問或需求，工作人員都能即時的回應及處理。當家人送東西或點外賣時，會立即送到房門口。餐點精緻多變化且營養均衡，每天均附上水果，若有需要每天早上及下午皆可送上咖啡。非常感謝親切的服務！

I have stayed in a larger room with sitting area; more felt at home. A very big bathroom added a tub for a nice touch. Service was friendly. Breakfast area is comfortable and clean. I Always enjoyed my staying here.

Stayed there during the final week of 2023. The staff were very polite and the free breakfast in the morning was great. I also liked how nice looking the hotel room was. The location of the hotel is great. The closest metro station is Dongmen which is near by a supermarket and two convenient stores. It is also near many attractions or good restaurants that is walk-able from the hotel such as Huasha 1914 creative park or Second floor cafe. There are also direct buses to Taipei 101 for the fireworks from Dongmen station. Thus it allowed us to reach our hotel quickly after the new year countdown. The only issue was the walls were very thin. You can actually hear sound from the lobby loud and clear.

Overall very enjoyable experience. The hotel was very accommodating, we mentioned we would be traveling with an infant and they immediately prepared a baby tub and crib in our room. We had a late check-in and they worked around our schedule. The hotel is located close to many places and they even have valet service. Room was clean and the provided breakfast was quite tasty. Will definitely be back to stay again in the future ☺️

After an extended stay (41 days) in this hotel, I summarize my experience here. This hotel makes me feel at home. #1. Location - this hotel is 5 mins walking distance away from Dongmen Taipei MRT station. More importantly, this station serves as a transfer station between red and yellow lines. In addition, with one station away, one can hop on the other 3 main lines: green, blue, and/or brown lines. It is a convenient spot to start one's touring around the city. #2. Facility: the room is clean, sound insulation is adequate. There is a Toto Washlet. One minor drawback is only one room style offers tub, others only have shower. I noticed that it also offers rooms for handicaps. #3. Staff: The front-desk staff is efficient, courteous, and professional. The way that custodian cleaned my room is more than I can say. There are staff on site 24/7. #4. Breakfast: This place offers FREE breakfast including a simple continental breakfast (breads, pastry, milk, coffee, soybean milk, and orange juice), a small salad bar, and simple traditional Taiwanese breakfast. The arrangement is sufficient. The chef is considerate in preparing hot dished for vegetarians. I seldom found repetitions. The coffee is freshly brewed with good bean. I stopped practicing Intermittent Fasting (16/8) during this extended stay. #5. On-site laundry machine and dryer. This is an extremely important feature for someone plans stay long. The bottom line: A great hotel managed by a great team with high cost-performance ratio. I will recommend it, in a heart beat, to anyone plans to visit Taipei.

Das Hotel befindet sich in der unmittelbare nähe vom MRT Dongman Station. Nicht weit vom Hotel befinden sich viele Restaurants,Caffe's,Shops, ebenfalls Dongmann market, mit einfache Local food restaurants, die Speisen werden frisch zubereitet. Das Hotel, das Zimmer,das Frühstück, war okay, besonders weil es nicht zu teuer war.Deshalb das Preisleistungs Verhältnis war okay. Die Zimmer waren sauber und das Personal sehr hilfsbereit

Ein in die Tage gekommenes Hotel was vor allem durch seine sehr günstige Lage zur MRT Station Dongmen hervorsticht. Inventar und Mobiliar ist schon in die Tage gekommen und haben ihren Zenit schon lange überschritten. Dennoch, es hat alles funktioniert und war soweit sauber, auch wenn manch Spiegel angelaufen war oder sich der Teppich nicht mehr wirklich 'frisch bzw sauber' anfühlt. Frühstück soweit OK, auch wenn etwas beschränkt auf einige wenige Auswahlen wie Spiegelei, Toast und chinesisches Frühstück. Personal stets freundlich und hilfsbereit! Allem in allem empfehlenswert, vor allem wenn man eh den ganzen Tag unterwegs ist.

I would definitely come back and can't recommend enough. 😞 - Breakfast was OK, but there's so much good food around anyway it wasn't an issue.

After an extended stay (41days), I summarize my experience here. #1. Location: it is less than 5 mins walking distance to Taipei MRT. More importantly, this is a transfer station of red and yellow lines. And one stop from this station, you can hop on blue, green, or brown. This means you can connect to all five main lines within one station tranfer. It offers you a great way to start your day touring around this metropolitan city. #2. Facility: the room is clean, the mattress maybe on the soft side (but it might be my personal preference). There is the famous Toto washlet. Besides one particular room selection, there is only shower no tub. The water flow and temperature are consistent. #3. The breakfast. This hotel offers buffet style breakfast, including simple continental, simple salad bar, and traditional Taiwaneses breakfast with porridge. The staffs are so proud of the buffet breakfast (and I agree this is something they should brag about). The coffee is freshly brewed with good beans. The chef carefully prepare the food so there is seldom repeated hot dishes, and even offers vegetarian choice. #4. Staff: It is well known that One of the most beautiful things in Taiwan is PEOPLE. The front desk staffs are very efficient, professional, and approachable. The wat custodian cleans the room is remarkable. I was shocked when I learned that staying for 41 days is not a record. Maybe when the opportunity presents itself, I will try to set the record. Bottom line, this is a great hotel managing by a great team. I highly recommend this place to anyone.

Spent 5 nights in Taipei based on this conveniently located hotel. Near Dongmen metro station, which is centrally located . Quite a few eat out options and a night market nearby. Basic breakfast service. Hotel was kind enough to lend us umbrellas for our day trips to various places. Value for money stay in this city

A lovely little gem of a hotel tucked away within the centre of Taipei. Near to the underground. Walking distance to interesting tourist locations, ie 101. Very clean hotel. Extremely, genuine hardworking staff working in this hotel at all levels. Highly recommended.

The location is amazing, being a 5 min walk away from Dongmen station (and therefore a 10 min walk away from the legendary flagship Ding Tai Fung outlet at Yongkang Street). We chatted with the super friendly aunty responsible for cleaning level 5 every day, but the staff on the ground floor were less helpful. Also, at night only 1 person is on duty, and tends to get overwhelmed with the sheer number of requests. I understand that the hotel is 13 years and was remodelled 4 years ago but it is so well maintained that I mistook the renovation to be 1-2 years ago. The Hansgrohe taps and Toto toilet bowl with bidet added a splash of luxury normally only seen in 5 star hotels. The rooms were spotless. The air conditioning takes a bit getting used to, because if you set a temperature too high, the heating will kick in and start roasting everyone in the room. Guess that would come in handy during winter time =D We'd like more hooks in the room for us to hang our clothes and more seating area in the lobby. We stayed in two other hotels during our taipei trip and unlike them, Citizen hotel did not have a cozy space for us to sit down and spend time chatting or playing card games. The complimentary breakfast was so-so but nothing to shout about, though the meticulously peeled mandarin oranges (minus the majority of the white fibre) displayed amazing dedication and craft. Though it has some flaws, Citizen hotel would still be our number one choice when we visit taipei in future. Consider also Yomi Hotel if you like to stay in two hotels during your holiday.

This is a nice clean hotel in a good vibrant location within a few hundred yards of the underground. Friendly and helpful staff. Good sized comfortable rooms Decent buffet breakfast was included. Would definitely stay again.

We stayed at the Citizen Hotel for several days and we can report: 1. It is clean and quiet. 2. It is centrally located in Taipei with 2 lines of Taiwan's excellent MRT train stations within easy walking distance 3. It is close by Yongkang Street which is, arguably, the best known eatery street in Taipei. 4. Citizen's breakfast is served to suit mostly the Asian palette but some European food is also served. We enjoyed it especially the fresh vegetables on offer each morning! 5. The staff are very responsive. 6. It is also reasonably priced!

The hotel has the complete amenities for travelers. Staff are all very helpful and accommodating. They can even give you advise on your itinerary without ripping you off. Highly recommended because of its proximity to the local market, Coco Milk Tea and of course the MRT Station

What a pleasant surprise. I reserved this hotel at the last minute on the recommendation of Booking.com after our original hotel left us in the lurch. Immediately upon entering the room I felt very comfortable and satisfied that its cleanliness was up to my stringent standards. The free breakfast is varied and delicious. They even cooked up some extra seasonal vegetables for me when I told them I’m vegetarian. The building itself is well maintained inside and out, and boasts a tiny tropical garden with waterfall and cute fish. The staff are friendly and can speak English. We liked this place so much, that we cancelled our next hotel and stayed here one extra night. · I wished that the air conditioner was more adjustable. I could adjust the fan strength, but not the temperature. This made for some very humid moments during the day and chilly moments at night. That a condom pack was included with the amenities was just...interesting. It could be common in Taipei, but this was the first time I’ve seen this outside of a love hotel.

We spent 5 days in Tapei on a recent trip to Taiwan. The room was great and well sized and very clean and modern. We were quite surprised by the breakfasts and the variety made it easy for a good start of the day. It is just a short distance away from the nearest MTR station and well connected to all the places. Make your next stay with this well located hotel

Stayed here with my friends during our trip to Taipei. It's a block away from the nearest MRT station and a leisurely walk away from Chiang Kai Shek Memorial. The building was unassuming and the lobby and reception desk was small but the staff was very polite and accommodating. When I got to my room, Wow. It was spotlessly clean and the bathroom was quite modern. The AC was working very well, as I need a very cold room to sleep in. The breakfast hall, which was outside the hotel building, was very homey and modest, with all the breakfast necessities you would need. All in all a very pleasant experience.

I stayed only for 22 hours in Taiwan including 6 hours in this hotel. I didn't use the facilities otherwise than sleeping and showering. The hotel looks okay, a little simple for a business hotel. The hotel is hard to find by taxi drivers.

Dont be fooled by the small lobby, rooms are well sized, nicely decorated and extremely clean. Was plesantly suprised by the bathrooms, they were newly renovated and very neat. Will defitnetly visit again.

We stayed here for 4 nights as we explored Taipei. The room is clean and well maintained. The bathroom is spotless and stocked with everything you may need. The bed is very comfortable. Staff at the hotel speak very good English and are very helpful. The breakfast is simple and tasty. We will stay here again.

Convenient location nearby surrounding area include many eating places, local market, convenient store, subway station and sightseeing attraction places. The breakfast is simple but nice served with local food. Room is not big but clean with free wifi and the staff are very helpful.

The girl at the desk was young, unfriendly and thoughtless. She first gave me a room on the 13th floor . The sound from the elevator was loud and constant, You could hear the motor every time the elevator was in use. I requested another room away from the elevator. A very nice man came with my new keys and helped me to my new room. Soon after he left, I discovered this room was not much better. i didn't have the time to go through the home room change again as I needed to get ready for a wedding. It was most unpleasant at night, trying to sleep. I fimally got to sleep at 12:00 PM and then the shower next door turned on, but it sounded like it was right in my bedroom, very loud! So again with the constant elevator it took me quite some time to fall back to sleep. The room was fairly clean except fotr a large stain on the carpet. Food from room service and restaurant was good.

We spent 3 nights here and were very impressed with the hotel. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful in giving us directions, answering questions etc. They even upgraded our room upon check-in. The room was clean, well maintained and perfect for our needs. It is located on a busy street but we heard little to no street noise. The location for us was perfect. It is within walking distance of Dongmen MRT Station (exit 2 is the closest but unless you want to climb endless stairs, use exit 1 which has an escalator and comes out in nearly the same place), The Chiang Kai Shek memorial and the Taipei LDS Temple. We also enjoyed Dongmen Market which is a traditional Chinese market. Taxi fare from Taipei Main Station was $125 NT so for that price, don't drag your bags on the MRT. Breakfast is ok with many Chinese offerings and some Western. It was a good start to the day but after 3 days I was wanting something different. This hotel is an excellent value and we'd gladly stay here again.

As we travelled around Taiwan, we returned to Taipei three times and stayed the same hotel from 507, 807 and 307. The only small complain is the shower curtain which inherently has moldy smell. The front desk lend us their umbrella for our trip given the first few days there was a typhoon there.

Booked 5 nights for 3 people as my friends would like to explore the city. Reached Taoyuan Airport at around 2AM and just took the cab for around $1200NT. Place is easy to find and is within main road. But street is not too busy to be a pain when sleeping. Place is also near convenience stores and a drugstore so its pretty great. Its 400m away from dongmen mrt station (exit 2 is the best way) so id give a thumbs up for accessibility. Front desk area were courteous and was willing to help if I ask any questions. They also set expectations and educate prior to us checking in. They also gave us extra pillows upon asking free of charge but based on availability. We only got 1 each. Rooms are surprisingly large. Booked the luxury room and we dont have any problems with our suitcases blocking our path. Its just the right size and huge for asian standards if you ask me. Room has also a window which has a good view of sunrise. Best part about our stay is the tub as it helped ease our sore legs after a day or two of no stop walking. Food is also by far good for my standards. Its decent but not lavish. Just enough to start my day. Only thing that bothered me was the cigarette smoke odor in the bathroom. We booked a non smoking room but everytime we would enter it would reek the terrible odor. We then figured it may not be our bathroom itself but the exhaust that another room may have. Though this wont be a deal breaker for me. For the price we paid we definitely more than what we paid for. Had a wonderful stay and this is Highly recommended!

I stayed in the Citien hotel for three nights with my girlfriend before attending a congress in an other venue in Taipei. The passage to the hotel from the Taoyan International airport via the MRT system was easy, especilly since the hotel is very near the Dongmen MRT station. We were able to leave our luggage to the hotel until our check-in time. The hotel is near the MRT, as stated earlier, making most of the biggest sights easily reachable. For example Taipei 101 and Chian Kai Sek Memorial Hall are both only a few stations away. The hotel is also in a walking distance from the Jade Market and the viscinity of the hotel is cattered with some market stands. Yonksng street with several restaurants is also near. The room was compact with nice king sized bed and a spacious bathroom. The room also had a small fridge and a tv. Only the cupboard space was inadequate, but did not bother usin the end. The room, as well as the other facilities in the hotel, were clean and modern. The rooms have free wifi. The staff were either not very well versed in English, or for some reason too shy to speak it, but the communication was mostly easy and working. The staff was helpful and kindly tried to clarify the situation with a typhoon hiting Taipei to two European tourists with no prior experince with tropical storms. The only thing I was left a little disappointed with was the breakfast, or more specifically how it was handeled. The hotels web pages say that the breakfast is included in the price of the room, and this was one of the reasons we chose the hotel. Still we were told that we had to buy breakfast vouchers for 150 NTD for each morning. When asked about the difference between what reads on the webpage and what is said on the reception we were not offered any clarification. The breakfast, in my opinion, was easily worth the 150 dollars; a bit small, but nice offering of both Asian and European/American foods and real coffee (as in from real coffee beans). All in all I was happy with the stay and would come again. Still, I urge one to check the thing with breakfast while booking.

What i like about this hotel is the location, it is just minutes away from Dongmen Station and about 30 minutes from the airport. There are also convenient stores nearby plus banks, restaurants and a market. Rooms are clean and they serve breakfast too. I will definitely recommend this hotel.

The hotel is near the metro and near shops and restaurants. The room is not large but it is not bad at all for a day or two stay. The room is clean and they have a laundry machine which use TWN coins. The breakfast is not bad for servicing buffet style.

The double room was clean, pleasant and reasonably sized. Bathroom was very good and clean. It is only a short walk to Dongmen station that will take one to most places in Taipei on MRT. Breakfast is nice and tasty, catering well to our vegetarian needs. Very friendly service and in general a pleasant and nice little hotel. Stayed here in November 2016 again February 2017. Were happy both time! Would recommend this place.

The superior double room was clean, tidy, pleasant and spacious. Bathroom too was very good and the toilet comes with heated seat which was a welcome as the weather was cold during our visit. Staff were helpful and friendly. Breakfast was sufficient. Excellent quiet and convenient location with Dongmen mrt station just a few minutes away and easy to transfer and get on the Taoyuan mrt for our flight home. Thorougghly enjoyed our 3 night stay here.

Stayed here for 3 nights while exploring Taipei. Really close to Dongmen underground station (about 5 minute walk) which gives you access to loads of places with great ease. Breakfast was good, ranging from toast and cereal to salad and fruit, to what must be more local dishes such as dumplings. Rooms where kept clean and tidy, there was however a strong smell of smoke in the room even though signs up warning of fines for smoking (people must just ignore them) after a while you get use to it / opening the window. The rooms bathroom was nice, comes with the usual ready to use soap and such. Even toothbrush & toothpaste which got replaced after every day which I thought was strange but I'm not complaining. The one and only fault of the room was the a/c did not seem to work very well even though it was on cool the temperature seemed to be rising not falling. Being cold while I visited I did not complain and simply opened the window to cool the room down. Lastly staff where very helpful and kind welcoming you when you came and went, and even going out side to flag down a taxi and help explain where we wanted to go.

I had visited this hotel in November 2016, and I had selected this hotel in December due to a nice experience. It is convenient for the Taipei MRT (Dongmen) is just 5 minutes from the hotel. Besides, the breakfast was good under this price. There were vegetables (stir fry cabbage), fruits, scrambled eggs with tomatoes, bacon, fried minced pork with dried bean curd and chives, drinks, toast, rice congee, coffee, milk, soy milk, juice and etc. A little difference of menu was in 2 days.

This is a no frills hotel situated perfectly. Walking distance to a train station, a market and near many eateries. The rooms are immaculately clean, the beds so comfortable and each room has a window! The front desk staff speaks English and are very helpful. Breakfast is nothing special - salad, typical Chinese fare (congee, dimsum, steamed buns, sauteed vegetables, noodles, etc.), some bread and jam, ham and sausages, juices, coffee and tea. After staying for 4 days, one loses appetite for seeing the same food every morning. But the food is tasty. It's just that there is no or little variety. But over-all, this is a hotel with great value. Will definitely stay here again.

Great central location, just minutes from Dongmen MRT station. Rooms are quite small (no wardrobe only hangers) but as it was just me and only for a few days it was perfect. Hotel and room were both extremely clean and inside the room were all the facilities you would come to expect - hairdryer, minibar/fridge and a fast free wifi to name a few. Beds were comfortable (loved the pillows). Staff were friendly, competent and always willing to assist. Breakfast was included and offered a decent selection of western and Asian dishes. My only grumble was that the eggs and bacon were usually cold (chafing dishes not very effective when food is stacked high). Overall excellent value for money and would definitely recommend it to others.

this hotel has good location near metro and Dongmen market. Its clean but our room was small with little room for baggage so ok for a couple of days. Breakfast was ok but bit boring...they did have eggs and ham....lots of Chinese stuff. no provision at all for smokers.

Hotel was nice and clean. Unfortunately, we had a room that smelled after cigarettes. But breakfast was very nice (lot of different types of food and drinks). Also the staff was helpful. Hotel is located in very good part of city.

Chose this hotel because of it's proximity to the Dongmen station. Was traveling with my mom this time and I didn't want her to walk too much. Arrived pretty late around 11:30PM. Lobby was small, with no chairs whatsoever, there was a bench but it had some kind of display on it. Checking in wasn't too easy as the staff didn't speak English too well, he seemed very flustered. We requested for 2 separate beds in one of the rooms but there was none available so 3 of us had to squeeze in on a king bed. The next day we all had breakfast in their restaurant. The breakfast was included in the room price and you can choose from bread, congee, eggs, cereal etc. nothing too grand but it was okay. Rooms were nice though- clean and fluffy pillows, comfy duvets. The bathroom was also roomy with good water pressure and a modern toilet. However, there is a porn channel! So makes me question what kind of hotel this really is 😄 Staff also isn't as friendly (compared to Liz Inn). We would come and go and they wouldn't say hello or something. Overall an average hotel with a good location but I don't think I'll book here again.

This hotel was renovated a year ago and the rooms are tastefully furnished. The ensuite also has bidet with warm water which was nice. Wifi was super fast at almost 50 Mbps which was fantastic! Included breakfast has good selection and service was good. This hotel is situated in a convenient central location only minutes from the train station.

Don't get fooled by its outlook. It is a very modern hotel, comfy bed, strong water pressure shower, large and well-lit bathroom. The room might be a bit small for some travellers but I found it completely fine and spacious enough for us to store our luggage and move around. Breakfast was included in the rate I paid and the choice was sufficient. Easy walk from MRT station and close to the Dongmen Market where you could find a lot of fresh vegetables, fruits and meats: don't miss the mangoes and pineapples, super delicious!! All in all highly recommended and I will stay again if I come to Taipei.

It's in a great location (near Dongmen Station and Yong Kang Street), and you'll be able to find excellent food within walking distance. The twin room we stayed in was very comfortable. Sheets were smooth, the bed comfy, and *plenty* of space (desk, bedside tables, luggage rack, chair and table, wardrobe) for us to store our things. We enjoyed the movie section - there were plenty of recent movies to choose from. (Unfortunately that meant we were so comfortable rolling around in bed and watching Ant Man that we probably explored less of the area than we should have.) The shower was great - very hot water, and airtight glass partition. The toilet had a Toto washlet. The free toiletries were good quality, and I think I'll be using their toothbrush for quite a whole longer... :D

From Taoyuan Airport, we paid NT125 each for Kuo-Kuang Bus #1819 to Taipei Main Station. From there, take MRT to Dongmen Station cost NT20 each. Going out, take Exit 2, convenient with an escalator. Exit 1 is four flight of stairs up, easy to go DOWN, but very difficult to walk UP! You alight on Jinshan South Road, cross the street, make a right, walk about 7 minutes and Citizen Hotel is right there. Along the way to the hotel, you'll pass Dongmen Market, Roast King, and 7-11. On the opposite side of Dongmen Station, you'll see Formosa Chang and PXMart Supermarket. The front desk staff spoke English, and even if housekeeping didn't speak English, they were very friendly. Smiles and sign language work everywhere:) We could see the top of Taipei 101 from our window albeit far. Our triple room was kept clean and soaking in the bath tub felt great after walking around and eating all day long:))) The buffet breakfast has enough variety to get you started for sightseeing. And when it rained, the staff lent us umbrellas to use for the day! Shout out to Emily (Yan Siou Liu) for being so helpful; thanks!!!

I like this hotel for it is not an not clean, well equip and friendly, it's room is spacious and well lite. Not sure how old is this hotel but the experience I had is this hotel is very clean and neat. Toilet is also spacious too. Bed sheet and towels are white, clean and smell fresh. Breakfast is served from 7 - 10 am, good spread of foods cover oriental and western breakfast items, and freshly brew coffee and a few variety of juices to satisfy everyone.

The rooms are practically new because the hotel has been newly renovated. Enjoyed the warm toilet (lol) and the functional layout with outlets in places that make sense. The breakfast buffet was the highlight. It ran from 7-10am, and it was really fresh and delicious with good variety. The bathroom is very clean, and the amenities include toothbrush, toothpaste, comb/brush, razor, shower cap, slippers, etc. My room was very quiet with a view of Taipei 101. There is a 7-11 close by with an ATM, along with lots restaurants nearby. I would definitely stay at this hotel next winter when I visit Taipei. p.s. Hair conditioner is not provided, which was a surprise to me, and I couldn't brush through my hair the first night because of it. :D

The Citizen Hotel is terrific! And it is surprisingly affordable. The entire hotel was renovated in early 2015. The bedrooms have new carpet and the bathrooms are gleaming. Everything is spotlessly clean. The beds are comfortable and sound transference is not an issue. I slept beautifully every night. The breakfast is delicious. They have an assortment of Asian and western foods. The location is perfect. It is centrally located and is near a subway stop. A guest may choose from an abundance of wonderful restaurants within walking distance. Best of all is the staff. They are kind and considerate. They go out of their way to be helpful and friendly. I thoroughly enjoyed the entire month that I stayed in the hotel. When I next travel on business (or for any reason) to Taipei, I will immediately secure a reservation at the Citizen Hotel.

I, along with ~14 students, stayed here with two professors during our study abroad class in Taipei. I have nothing but excellent things to say about this hotel! The room was always clean, breakfast was great, the staff were extremely helpful and welcoming, and the location was perfect. The ladies who worked the front desk at night spent a chunk of time helping me and another student order pizza over the phone - they were just always so lovely! Dongmen MRT station, two 7-11's, restaurants, and a street market are all very close to the hotel. When I return to Taipei in the future, this will definitely be my choice of hotel.

This hotel is conveniently located near Dongmen MRT station. There is a traditional market on your way to MRT. There were so many well known restaurants nearby that you will not ran out of options. The hotel went thru an renovation the last five months and reopened on April. The staffs are very very helpful and good services always. The rooms are clean and very adequate. If the WIFI would work perfectly I would give them a better score. I think the WIFI are the lifeline for all the travelers. It should be at high standards.

Brand new renos made it feel like we were the first to ever stay in our rooms. Super clean with brand new bathrooms and warm toilet seats. We had two rooms amongst two couples and the front desk staff was super helpful. They went above and beyond to help us find directions and places to sightsee. Don't know if the price will go up after the inconvenience of ongoing renos (front entrance sometimes blocked, noisy all day) are complete but for this trip we got great value for what we paid for! The only setback you want to rest in the afternoon, the noise of the construction doesn't help. Our jet lagged naps were interrupted by banging and then they came to install the safe, ringing the doorbell incessantly. Otherwise, the mornings and evenings were good!

Was it a Love Hotel? I didn't care much as long as I have place to stay for the nights. Most of the time I was out wandering around the city anyway. Near Dongmen Station, take an exit 2, walk straight & cross over the traffic light to opposite direction then turn right and keep walking about 100m. It's an old hotel, but it was OK for me. Room just OK, bathroom spacious (Thank God!). Heater & toilet all in working condition. Housekeeping lady very friendly though our communication are limited due to language barrier. Should polished my mandarin more! Breakfast is OK. I like the vegies & scramble eggs. Overall, OK. I mean average ;)

The hotel is just 5 minutes from the MRT station of Dongmen which is very convenient since this station is pretty close to Taipei 101 (5 stoops) and Taipei Main Station. The hotel itself is very cheap and is an hour hotel which means a fair amount of escorts going in and out and moaning is pretty frequent. The room are pretty clean but definitely not big or fancy, though it's ok considering the price. They change towels everyday and give 2 bottles of water for free everyday. The breakfast is very basic but it's still pretty good to have free breakfast in such a cheap hotel. The wifi doesn't really work good inside the room and it's pretty slow, definitely to be improved. In general, if you don't mind too much some people having sex loudly and you want to be in a good location without spending too much is definitely the hotel to go.

If you ever find yourself in Taipei, staying at your grandmother's apartment with no A/C, sweating in the humid tropical climate of Taiwan, looking for relief and a little freedom to explore one of the most amazing cities in the world.... I highly recommend the Citizen Hotel. There I was, sweating at 5am having survived another night at my grandmothers, but I needed someplace to escape. I got on Booking.com, looked at 20 different properties - including those "hostels" that are cheap but come with roommates - hoping to find a place around $60USD/night in the city. Many other hotels were $90-200/night, but I didn't need anything fancy, just something practical... so I reserved 6 nights at Citizen and never looked back. Pros: - Very convenient, walking distance to an MRT - A/C worked, not overwhelming-awesome great, but provided relief for a sweaty soul - Breakfast was wonderful! Eggs, bacon, rice, veggies, juice, toast, noodles, fruit, etc. - Friendly front-desk staff, always smiling, helpful, fluent in English - Great local street market to buy great food, near 7-11 market - Got to meet other foreigners at breakfast visiting from Paraguay, UK, and Israel! Cons: - Stairwell/hallway smelled like cigarette smoke - Rooms a little old, but you get what you pay for. They reminded me of an older Days Inn or Motel 6 that hasn't been upgraded in 10 years. Sheets were new, though. - They offer laundry service, but it was a little expensive for my frugal tastes, so I just washed my own clothes in the sink - My room was near a stairwell and floor staff desk, and sometimes I could hear the staff talking outside my room late at night or early in the morning. I was so tired I didn't care much, but others might be annoyed. Overall: I would definitely stay there again by myself, but I'd probably go to a newer, upgraded hotel if my wife and I go to visit Taipei together. She would probably be a little uncomfortable with the older rooms at the Citizen..... But If you're just looking for a basic room and want to save some money, I highly recommend the Citizen Hotel!

Nice little place to stay in the centre of Taipei city.small but clean rooms,good overall staff behaviour.Very poor breakfast ,only Chinese stuff. overall good nice budget hotel with excellent location(dongman matro station just five minutes walk exit-1 or 2. Recommended for budget travellers.

A pleasant stay in a clean and functional hotel in the capital. The room had a comfortable bed, a large bathroom with clean towels and constant hot water. Although it isn't a modern design, everything worked fine and was kept clean with daily cleaning by staff. All staff met were very polite and eager to help. Breakfast had a small choice of Eastern dishes such as chow mein, fried rice, vegetables etc, plus scrambled egg, sausage and toast for the western style, plus toast and hot drinks so we were set up for the day. TV had BBC World so we could keep up to date with world news and weather. WIFI worked well,seems like each floor has its own transponder so the signal was good on our visit. The hotel is located 5 minutes from Dongmen station with onward connections throughout the city and surrounding areas by metro. It is also about a 15 minutes walk to The Chiang Kai-Shek Memorial and Daan Park so is in a very handy location for purposes of tourism as well as for business.

It is a very cozy little hotel. Located near Dongmen station, really only a 5 min walk. The room is small but clean and comfortable. The breakfast was great. The Wifi connection isn't great, very very slow.very friendly staff. I will stay here again.

😀 - Clean, well maintained hotel. Room was not spacious but more than suitable. Very good breakfast set-up that had just enough Western food choices for an American like me! I liked the location in Taipei, and the staff was very helpful when needed. Good bathroom & shower! 😞 - The beds in Asia tend to be very hard in my limited experience, and this was only slightly softer than the hotel I'd just come from in Saigon. My room had no closet, so you have work out of your suitcase.

😀 - Overall good for the price. 😞 - The breakfast was just OK; the location was not the most convenient because it is on the "wrong" side for calling down a taxi.

Le premier point fort de l'hôtel est sa situation géographique, à proximité (200 mètres) d'une station de métro très pratique et central. Notre chambre était très propre, assez spacieuse, confortable (bonne literie) et calme. Le petit déjeuner est servi sous forme de buffet (cuisine asiatique et occidentale). J'ai énormément apprécié mon séjour (6 nuits) dans cet hôtel. C'est cet hôttel que je choisirai de nouveau lors d'un futur séjour.

Ce n'est pas fantastique ! C'est tout à fait correct. Hotel un peu vieillot mais propre. Chambre de taille moyenne, salle de bains rénovée. Bien situé à une centaine de mètres du métro et près d'une rue où il y a quantité de bons retaurants. Nous y sommes restés 5 nuits et nous étions dans une chambre loin des bruits de la rue. Insonorisation des chambres moyenne. Petit déjeuner correct mais répétitif mais pour 60 euros c'rst bien.

Commençons par les inconvénients (il n'y en a que 2): - lit peu confortable - petit-déjeuner trop peu varié MAIS beaucoup d'avantages: 1) Personnel très sympathique ET parlant bien anglais 2) chambre très propre 3) salle de bain bien organisée 4) En plus de tous ces avantages, l'hôtel est situé à proximité de 2 lignes de métro. 5) Et le petit déjeuner, même s'il reste limité en terme de choix, est toujours de bonne qualité.

Sono stato a Taipei dopo molti anni, città bella , i suoi monumenti i suoi mercati sono veramente interessanti. Quello che però colpisce è l’ordine e rispetto dei suoi abitanti, non un muro imbrattato, non un carta in terra.. invidia di tante città occidentali Ho soggiornato al Citizen Hotel di Dogmam, un buonissimo albergo. Camere e servizi molto curati e prezzo interessante.Inoltre l’hotel sorge a due passi dalla stazione metropolitana di Drongmen. Consigliatissimo

Hotel che non delude le aspettative, ottime stanze, personale all’altezza , colazione internazionale, posizione strategica, per visitare la città anche a piedi, in zona numerosi ristoranti e banche, Per raggiungere l’hotel dall’aeroporto internazionale consiglio treno navetta fino capolinea e poi taxi.

Sono stato parecchie volte in questo hotel negli ultimi quattro anni. Ristrutturato da poco piu' di un anno, adesso le camere sono proprio comode e ridenti, il bagno grande e pulito. Colazione buona e relativamente varia. Le persone sono accoglienti e gentili, e l'efficienza è tipicamente taiwanese. Ci si sente come a casa. Il prezzo e' valido in considerazione della ottima posizione. Peccato solo la mancanza di una lobby con qualche sedia,

東門駅から徒歩5分ほどのロケーションで、非常に便利でした。駅の周りには、鼎泰豐の本店や高記、度小月やアイスモンスターなど日本人に馴染みのあるお店が沢山あります。その他にもお洒落なカフェや居酒屋もあり、日本人好みの街だと思いました。 肝心のホテルですが、私たちは一番下のカテゴリの部屋を予約していましたが、2ランクくりい上のお部屋を案内して頂きラッキーでした。 水回りはバスタブなしのシャワーのみでしたが、清掃が行き届いており清潔感がありました。 使い捨てのアメニティ類は、使い捨てスリッパ、石鹸、剃刀、ヘアブラシ、歯ブラシ、ヘアキャップ、あとはベッドサイドの引き出しの中に何故か避妊具がありました。笑 (避妊具がありましたが、ラブホテルっていう感じでは無いです。) あと、浴室にはシャンプー兼ボディーソープがありました。キシキシ感が気になる方はシャンプーとコンディショナーを持参しましょう(^ ^) 総じて、コスパの良いホテルだったと思います！

大晦日宿泊でホテル価格が高騰する中、比較的良心的な価格だったこちらを選びました。 前回の初訪台で気に入った永康街近くだったのも決め手です。 立地は期待通り、居心地は期待、値段以上！ 改装したてのようで、清潔で静かな部屋、使い易いバスルーム、品数は少ないながら、全て美味しい朝食。 高級ホテルのような至れり尽くせりのサービスはありませんが、スタッフの方々もみな感じよく、気持ちよく滞在できました。 ロビーは狭く、寛げるような共有スペースはありませんが、昼は観光、ホテルは寝るだけ、という方なら、充分以上に満足できると思います。 台北訪問時には、また泊まりたいです。 お世話になり、ありがとうございました。

ホテルは古そうでしたが、室内は改装していてとてもきれいで新しいです。 お風呂はシャワーのみで浴槽がありません。 普通です。

平日７５００円、週末８３００円というほどほどの価格だったが、部屋、浴室、スタッフ、朝食などどれもよかった。屋上には洗濯機があって、だれでも使えるが、その屋上では近隣の眺めを楽しむこともできて、それが気持ちよかった。 ＭＲＴの東門駅から徒歩５、６分。ホテルまでくる途中に東門市場があり、野菜、肉、鮮魚、総菜などを見て地元の人たちの生活がわかるのも楽しい。朝食はビュッフェ方式。品数も多く、少し減るとすぐ補給されるなど体制も十分できていた。 ただひとつ、気がかりだったのは、部屋や廊下で聞こえるかすかなモーター音のような音。寝るとき、気にしだすと気になって眠れず、耳栓をした。２泊目からは慣れた。

ＭＲＴ東門駅の直ぐ近くにあり、大通りに面しているので直ぐに分かりました。原則、英語か中国語でないと通じませんが、片言の日本語は理解していただけます。朝食会場はちょっと狭かったですが、並ぶことはありませんでした。静かでゆっくりと休めました。浴槽はなくシャワーのみです。

友人2人とパックツアーで利用しました。 旅慣れない友人はエコノミーホテルにドキドキしていたようですが、内装や行き届いている清掃に安心して寝れたそうです。 朝の散歩に中正記念堂へ行ったり、駅も近く、台北を満喫出来ました。

地下鉄東門駅２番出口から300ﾒｰﾄﾙ程です。駐車場や入口は、日本のラブホテルを想像させますが、家族連れも宿泊するビジネスホテルの様です。クラッシックツインに宿泊しました。浴槽は無いですが、トイレとシャワーは、ガラスの扉で仕切られています。ボディソープとシャンプーは一体となっており、トリートメントは持参した方が良いかもしれません。ウォシュレット付き、トイレットペーパーは流せます。部屋は清潔、ベッドマットも良いです。何より、物音がせず静かです。廊下では、隣室の子供がグズり泣き叫ぶ声が響いていましたが、部屋には届きませんでした。

東門駅から徒歩5〜10分ほどの場所にあるホテルです。フロントスタッフは英語と中国語オンリーで日本語は通じません。見た目がかなり怪しいですが、ファミリーも泊まっています。コインランドリーは屋上にあり有料、洗剤は無料で使えます。ホテルに行く道すがら大人気のテイクアウト店があり、軽食にも困らぬ立地です。

なかなか小さいホテルだったのでタクシーで台北駅から向かったが「え？ここ？」と戸惑ってしまった。が、塀を入ると小さな箱庭のようになっていて紅葉や鯉も。とてもコンパクトだが清潔で安心して眠れた。朝食は小さいビュッフェながら意外にもかなり充実、丁寧にきちんと作った中華だった。美味しくいただきました。永康街に歩いて行ける距離なのが一番気に入った。また利用します。

2回目の利用です。今回は3階の部屋で3人で利用しました（シングル/ダブル）掃除も十分ではなく、フロントの対応もいまいちでした。ただ、立地や他もろもろのことが気に入っているので、たぶんまた利用します。

部屋はきれいで快適でした。バスタブ付きのお風呂もありますし、ミネラルウォーターもいただけました。スタッフは日本語はできなかったですが、明るくて親切な方ばかりでした。朝ご飯も品数は少ないけど美味しかったです。近くにコンビニもあります。ＭＲＴ東門から近いですが、夜間は人通りが少ないので、台北に慣れた方の方が怖くないかもしれません。

MRT東門駅の近くで、中正祈念堂や永康街も徒歩圏内で便利です。部屋は綺麗に整えられていて広いです。朝食も品数は多くないですが十分です。

日本のビジネスホテルのようで、部屋はコンパクトながら、設備に問題はなし、綺麗で快適に過ごせました。ウォシュレット付きです。 駅からホテルまで大通り沿いですが、夜は結構道が暗かったので、台北に慣れた方にオススメします。

東門駅からは５分くらい歩きます。永康街に行きたかったのでこちらのホテルにしました。スタッフは日本語が話せませんでしたが、英語で丁寧にホテルの説明をしてくれました。朝食券をもらったのですが、朝早くチェックアウトしなければ行けなかったので食べれませんでした。部屋もきれいに掃除されていました。広さはも寝るだけでしたので特に問題ありませんでした。

立地、設備、対応どれをとっても問題なく、快適に過ごせます。部屋にはクローゼットと金庫、ウォシュレットトイレ、デスク等もあり、スーツケースも広げることができます。8階にランドリー室があり（1回30元）朝食前に洗濯を回して、朝食後は乾燥機をかけながら屋上でコーヒーを飲んだりとのんびりできます。朝食のチケットは毎日もらいにいきます。メニューの変化はあまりなかったですが、外で基本食べるので果物とコーヒーを飲む程度の利用をしました。立地に関しては、東門市場が近くにあって、毎日楽しめます。コンビニもすぐです。中正紀念堂まで歩いていけます。

Voor onze vakantie in Taiwan zijn we gestart in het Citizen hotel. De kamer en badkamer zeer schoon. Niet groot, maar we konden ons uitstekend redden. Bed uitstekend. De douche echt geweldig. Het hotelpersoneel was in 1 woord super te noemen. Bij aankomst gingen ze direct mee om dingen als telefoon en easycard te regelen. Verder altijd Taipei Newskrant bij de hand. We waren zo tevreden dat we na de rondreis door Taiwan de laatste 4 dagen ook in dit hotel hebben doorgebracht. Geweldig was de service bij het terugvinden van mijn verloren tas in de HSL trein. Personeel ging met ons mee naar het Main station om het te regelen. Waar vind je dit. Het ontbijt was voor ieder wat wils. Zowel Aziatisch als continental. Meer dan voldoende. Nergens vind je in Taipei een plek waar je buiten kan zitten. Toen ik er om vroeg was het mogelijk.

Prima hotel om de hoek bij het Chiang Kai Shek Memorial. Er zit om de hoek ook een metrostation. Leuke moderne kamer met nieuwe badkamer. Ontbijtruimte zit net achter het hoofdgebouw, 5 meter lopen. Een prima hotel in een fijne wijk van Taipei. Wij hebben het er prima naar onze zin gehad.

Klein hotel in centrum, dichtbij bekende pleinen met parlementsgebouwen. Goede kamer, hele fijne badkamer. Bed was goed. Ontbijt was slecht. Niet op westerse mensen gericht, hoewel dit wel aangekondigd was. Als Aziaat had je vast goed kunnen eten, nu was het toast (oud brood) met vieze jam.

😀 - 房間乾淨，床不硬好躺，有免治馬桶，免費停車。 😞 - 沒啥不滿意的，硬要說就是住8樓時為最高樓層，聽的到頂樓機房機器運作的聲音，所以房間相對沒有很安靜。

😀 - 離捷運東門站近，早餐也不錯！ 😞 - 棉被的材質不適，導致翻身都會有聲響，較容易吵到旁人無法入眠！

😀 - 位置方便，有免費停車，早餐也蠻好吃的 😞 - 隔一天入住兩張單人床在二樓，整潔度卻沒有前天入住一張大床位在6樓的房型舒適，原因在於房間清潔度有待加強，浴室一進門發現地上有一點頭髮，加熱壺裡面沒有很乾淨，自己又把它洗了一遍，這已經是我第三次入住了，希望清潔度能夠維持。

位置很好交通便利，捷运东门站出来走路5分钟就到。和著名的永康街牛肉面一街之隔。饭店应该是刚装修过，插座足够多，还有usb直插，卫生间干湿分开没浴缸。

外表一般，内里却很强大。日式庭院的入口，给你的第一感觉就是很特别。房间内的细节都很完美。线条简单大气。床也很舒服，早餐丰富！关键周边交通也很方便，东门站到酒店大概10分钟左右，周边还有全联超市、永康街，以及一些日系药妆的门店~性价比很高。下次去还会选择住这里。

玄关很漂亮，房间粉色调，含早餐自助的，选择不多啦，离捷运很近，去台北车站也很方便，附近有商圈，可以逛逛

交通还行 下来走5分钟能到 房间老旧 隔音差 一股霉味 老板很无理 随意把我的杯子放在一边 并自称老板 所以很吊？与温文尔雅礼貌的台湾人形象 有着强烈反差

午餐、晚餐，皆為便當供選，便當吃到膩，已向櫃檯反應，雖有表示提改善意願，但出餐水準實無提升，星辰鄰近東門、永康商圈，選擇應屬多元，僅以米飯便當形式供餐，無法感受到服務業的用心。

7/12–7/14入住兩晚，7/14退房後寄放行李，到約莫下午3:30才再返回飯店提領行李！隨後我們在北車京站時尚廣場逛到傍晚七點才搭乘高鐵南下。豈料在南下高鐵行經板橋站時，先生接到星辰大飯店來電，說是房間遺留一副眼鏡！！！！！！天哪！！！！！我們上午11點多就退房，並且還寄放行李直到下午3點多再回飯店，但飯店居然等到晚上7點才告知房內有遺落物品！這是房務人員延誤整理房務，導致延誤告知疏失？但一般旅客入住時間不是下午3點嗎？照理說應該早已整理好房務才是，並當下要立馬聯絡旅客，怎麼延誤告知，直到晚上7點？？？？？？更何況我們下午3:30返回飯店提領行李，應該可以即時取走遺落的眼鏡，但因為星辰大飯店延誤告知時間，導致我們必須委託台北友人幫忙前往取回眼鏡！！！！！如果說今天的房客是外國旅客，那麼是否房客遺落的物品，就留在星辰大飯店當紀念了呢？？？？？

舊飯店改裝，外表不起養，房間內部相當舒服溫馨，住起來很舒適。早餐有台灣特色，在地人吃起來都很適應。 地點相當不錯，鄰近捷運站和東門市場，永康街。

乾淨舒適的商務旅館，雖然不是在高級金融中心和商業區，但附近機能還不錯，離永康街滿近的，附近很多小吃，離捷運站也不遠。

1交通方便：東門站1號出口，十分鐘內可到，最棒的是，附近的生活機能好，便利商店和飲食店、餐廳多。 2空間乾淨：我們的雙人套房，飯店主動升級為尊榮雙人房，讓我們十分感動，房內有書桌可擺電腦，對商務出差的人很方便。房間空間適中，衛浴設備乾淨，還附免治馬桶。連小用具如牙刷柔軟、浴室垃圾桶好用。但三人房，空間就較小，且設計不利進出房門，都要格外留意，免得卡到衛浴門和衣櫃門。 3早餐不錯：服務人員很有禮貌，早餐味道不錯，值得品嚐。不過，最好錯開用餐時間，免得尖峰時間要併桌。

交通上,出東門站約10分鐘不到的路程即可抵達,早餐很充足精緻,讓出差的商務人士能有滿滿的元氣應付一天的開始.距離中正紀念堂也約10分鐘的路程,整體上非常方便,每次上台北出差都會選擇星辰

以這個價位來說cp值非常高 離東門站五分鐘步程 房間乾淨又算大 且浴室備品看起來品質非常好 馬桶是免治馬桶 太棒了! 再次來台北一定會選這間!!

入住星辰大飯店的三人房間，房間大小適中，洗手間十分整潔。接待處十分細小，但服務員服務不錯。另外供應自助早餐，餐廳細小，但食物供應款式還可接受，以價錢來說，還值得推介。

地點不錯附近很熱鬧交通也方便，有一個傳統市場，房間除了還算乾淨，地毯看起來好像有點髒，其他部份都還有不錯體驗，另外有停車位蠻方便的

在大台北地區價格相對平實，但並未因此而降低應有的品質。房間的清潔、設備都具有水準無可挑剔。自助式早餐麻雀雖小五臟俱全，服務生有在注意菜盤內容，一旦減少便會立即補充。離東門捷運站很近，也提供停車位，不論是搭乘大眾運輸工具或自行開車都很方便，下次來台北一定會再選擇星辰大飯店。

附設停車場非常方便，還有代客泊車，房間不大，但是舒適整潔，服務人員表現得體但可多點笑容就更完美，附設餐廳不大，人多時可能沒位置，有機會會再住。

2015才翻新過的酒店, 這間位置在東門，距離東門站只有幾分鐘路程，附近有東門市場，步行20分鐘可到師大夜市，到台北車站也只有3個站而已，非常方便！ 酒店很精緻，lobby和餐廳都很細，但房間的size適中，應有的都有，顏色配搭很和諧，令人覺得很舒服。早餐選擇不算很多但很美味。員工有禮，亦非常幫忙。 我和朋友住在2樓，雖然外面就是馬路但隔音很好，唯一可惜是當天入住的208號房的地氈和風筒袋不是很乾淨，很多頭髮。(但我check out時卻看到員工很努力地在爬高抹窗呢...)另外要注意的是他們供應的是2合1的沐浴乳和洗髮乳，並沒有提供護髪素。

重建後的星辰讓我很期待. 實用上的小設計新穎又貼心 如房門改為防火門. "請勿打擾" "打掃清潔"的牌子用磁鐵.浴室改為淋浴....地點適中.附近知名吃的餐館很多.交通方便......可以再去住的地方

今次同女朋友去台北，最大收穫除了墾丁的海生館，就是這間星辰！ 本以為老旅館，但因為新裝修，非常滿意！服務周到，位置也很方便！ 下次會再選這裡！

全新裝潢的老旅館，卻沒把餐廳格局放大，桌數恐怕難以有效應付客層~ 早餐內容豐富，但還不至於讓人有現場等待空位的意願。 床與枕頭過軟，整體還是不錯的。

覺得服務很好，附的早餐真的還蠻好吃的會很值得下次在去那邊住！除了有時候隔音效果沒有很好。可是整體來說是蠻好的 會推薦別人去

這是一個真正的旅馆，有窗子，電梯，在八樓再走上天台有自助洗衣机和烘衣机。30元洗，30元台幤烘，非常好。 這不是樓上賓馆，是一個小一些的motel 我非常高興選擇了這家旅館。真的很好。

酒店鄰近捷運東門站，在1 或2號出口步行數分鐘已到達。距食肆臨立的永康街也只有十分鐘步程，所以非常方便。而且位處寧靜的地段， 沒有像西門町那邊的煩囂。酒店入口有石山流水的佈置，感覺清雅。還有停車場在旁。酒店較舊但房間整潔，佈置典雅，寬敞舒適，wifi 接收速度很強，但房外走廊有煙味。見他們把每組寄存的行李用鎖扣好，再用網蓋好，就知保安做得不錯，令住客放心。職員很友善，尤其那年青的男職員，見我們買了手信回來，主動提議我們到餐廳那邊慢慢整理， 免得在大堂阻礙他人，實在很細心。整體來說是間價格合理又服務水準不錯的酒店，如果早餐食物款式多些就更好了。
