very comfortable hotel. they provide free coffee packs with real coffee in it for single use. nice idea. the rooms are small but enough size for one person. there is a big road im front of the hotel, but the noise cancellation is excellent. I would come back!

コロナ明けて4度目の宿泊。比較的新しいホテルで立地や設備も良い為周りにオススメするくらい大好き。 ただ、3年振りに泊まったら少し残念な点が増えていたのでUPします。 ・浴室の壁のカビ ・連泊分のペットボトルの水、清掃、タオル交換が無くなったこと ・トイレットペーパーのストックが無い 清掃やタオル交換は環境保護の観点からしないが、タオル交換は希望のみ行うとの事。 ただ、タオル交換をお願いしたらトイレのゴミ捨てもしてもらえていたので状況に応じてしてくれるのかも。 ただこれ以外に良くなった点はスタッフの方が親切で温かい対応をしてくれるようになった事。 拙い英語でも何とか理解し解決するように導いてくれました。コロナ前は冷たく、かつ私語に夢中で雑な対応をされた事があったので。 またLINEの友達追加をすると様々なクーポンがもらえるので是非活用をオススメします！ 台北駅から近く、コスパも良いのでまた泊まりに行こうと思います！

空港MRT台北駅から徒歩5分前後、台北駅から10分前後の好立地のホテルです。わりと新しめでお洒落です。 ダブルの部屋とシングルの部屋にそれぞれ泊まりましたが、限られたスペースに効率的に部屋を作っているなという印象で、狭いながらも必要なものはすべて揃っていて快適に過ごせました。 交通量の多い場所の角地ですが、防音ガラスで静かです。廊下の音も、隣の声もあまり聞こえませんでした。 シングル:部屋がカビ臭い。部屋の作り的に換気がうまく行っていないのかもしれません。スーツケースはギリギリ広げられる程度。 ダブル:こちらはカビの臭いは全くしなかっです。2人で泊まってスーツケースを広げるのは厳しいと思います。

桃園空港線（電車）からだと、現在3番出口が最寄です。4番出口は封鎖されています。台北駅が巨大すぎて、たどり着くまで遠回りしたのでシェアします。 部屋は非常にきれいで清潔です。一人滞在でしたら充分、2人だと狭いかなという感じです。 どこにでも行きやすく、スタッフの方々大変親切です。コーヒー、飲料水サービスがありがたいです。 大通りに面すため、気になる方は耳栓&アイマスクがあった方がいいです。結構、交通の音がしました。 ウェルカムスナックがたくさん置いてあってとっても嬉しかったです。

위치가 너무 좋습니다! 타이페이역 Z10번 출구로 나와, 오른쪽으로 꺾어 5~10분 정도 걸으면 바로 보입니다. 바로 앞에 후추빵(?) 파는 곳 있는데 아침마다 하나씩 사먹고 돌아다녔습니다...ㅎㅎ 다만 방 사이즈가 생각보다 많이 좁아서 사알짝~ 아쉬웠습니다. 그래도 주변의 호텔 대비 가격도 저렴하고, 방 종류도 다양하고, 위치도 좋아서 추천드립니다!

最近建てられたホテルということもあり部屋は綺麗ですごしやすいホテルです。 広さ的にはちょうどよいぐらいとは感じます。 立地もMRTが近く、西門町方面もすぐなのでとても使いやすいと思います。

Perfect location with walking distance to Main Station, Ximending and Ningxia Night Market. Design and amenities are very nice with modern bathroom and shower room ( they are separate) facilities. Super friendly front desk staff. Daniel and Orlando are very helpful! Thank you!!!

4.5 stars. The room is small, but the employees are friendly, the price is good, and the location is very convenient. I appreciated the coffee and matcha milk machine that was also available. Due to covid, the breakfast buffet was replaced with packaged meals, which were very tasty! I would stay here again.

Coming back from a trip around Taiwan south part, I had one night to spend in Taipei before i could take my flight, and I booked a double bunk bed for myself. It was a really good surprise to me. First, the location is great as it is walking distance to Taiwan Main station (station connected to MRT system, Airport express, other regional trains). Secondly, the room was slightly small, but good enough as the room layout was fully optimized. What I appreciated the most is both the room and especially the bathroom were in excellent condition, really clean too. Each details in the room and bathroom made the stay really enjoyable and comfortable. Thanks.

Location, location and location! The room is compact but functional. The best part has got to be the convenient location. Ximen is a 5 min walk away and Taipei Main MRT accessible via a 5 min stroll through an underground mall. You have a famous Pepper Bun stall across the road and various amenities like convenience stores and breakfast stands nearby. Starbucks is 1 street away as well.

The location of the hotel is quite convenient. Near to taipei main station. Overall is good.

Located near to Taipei Main Station. If you are coming by Airport Train, you can exit from Exit 4, and it’s a short walk to the hotel. If you are going to take MRT/HSR/TRA, it’s a 1 min walk to exit Z10, (stairs) and you can follow the signs in the underground. They only clean the room on your 4th day, but you can inform them to clear your rubbish or change your towel. There are water dispenser, and coffee and tea machine at Level 1. There is also a small common area with tables and chairs for you to dine. I stayed in the single room which was cozy and comfortable. Love the view outside my window. I love the black theme of the hotel too. Except for the wifi which was very very slow, I was very happy with the hotel.

2回目の利用。短期滞在だったので、空港行きのMRTから近いこちらに。一番安いエコノミーシングル利用ですが、幹線道路沿いでそこそこ外の音はします。部屋は清潔。宿泊5日前に予約して1250台湾ドルだったのでコスパはかなりいいです

房間蠻小的，但很乾淨也蠻新的，如果比登機箱大的行李箱可能打開平躺就很難走路的那種，但附近蠻方便的。

地點滿便利的，基本就在台北火車站旁邊，走路就能到 房間內很多鏡子光線蠻充足的，樓下一樓還有茶水間，裡面的飲料也很好喝

3박일 경우에는 수건 교체 불가능하고 4박일 경우에는 교체가 가능하다고함... 지하 1층 세탁기 절대로 쓰지마셈 청소 안 해놓음 지옥문 그 자체임. 차라리 근처에 있는 코인 세탁방 가는걸 추천

房間很乾淨，地點也很方便！但房間隔音很差，床又貼近窗戶，不只要聽樓層蹦蹦蹦的聲音，還有外面躁音，入住剛好寒流，床在窗戶旁，一直感覺有冷風吹進，旅館沒有多餘的被子可借，雖然有暖氣，但吹久了很悶！只能到外面多買一件毯子，外去旅遊還要帶毯子回去！有夠不方便！

2022年12月に利用しました。 台北駅から徒歩約10分ほど。駅前とまでは言えませんが、問題なく歩いて行ける距離でした。鍵はカード式。トイレとシャワールームは別個に作られています。フロントの受付係が、チェックインの時の女性もチェックアウトの時の男性も日本語が話せたので手続きはスムーズでした。朝食はお弁当で、朝フロントまで受け取りに行って部屋に持ち帰って食べる方式でした。これは感染対策が反映されているのかも知れませんが確認はしていません。部屋は少し狭いですが。個人旅行で食べて寝るだけだったので問題はありませんでした。

距離車站近地點佳，房間雖小但溫馨整潔，廁所是免治馬桶，淋浴水壓充足，電視搖控器新穎好操控，個人喜歡窗戶臨路，雖有噪音但我不介意。

服務真的很好，有什麼狀況櫃檯都會立即處理，服務品質真的很棒，下次到台北還會想再來這邊住宿。

優點：地點很棒！搭公車捷運都很方便，周邊生活機能佳，便利商店、銀行、各式生活百貨、小吃，應有盡有。 浴室使用Toto免治馬桶，恆溫蓮蓬頭，水溫跟水壓都很足夠，房內整潔度佳，電視有第四台。 臥室內的插座跟開關都有設想到，使用起來很方便！ 缺點：空間偏小，身形較大的人蹲廁所可能會覺得很有壓迫，馬桶四周空間狹窄，連要使用捲筒式衛生紙都十分困難，房內格局也屬狹窄，頭靠窗且椅子是金屬椅，冬天坐椅子很冰，以平日接近2200的價格來說CP值不高。 另外房內鏡子非常大片，應該是要延伸視覺空間，但對於不喜歡房間內有太大的鏡子的人來說會是一個小扣分的項目。 結論：如果平日的房價在1600-1800就會是很棒的住宿選擇！

部屋は小さいけれどとてもキレイです。 連泊でしたがスリッパ、ペットボトルのお水、インスタントティー、歯ブラシなど補充して頂けました。 トイレもシャワーも水圧十分です。 一階にコーヒーマシーンや電子レンジあり。(コーヒー、エスプレッソ、抹茶ラテ、ミルクティーetc) 地下に洗濯機も２台あります、乾燥機はありませんでした。 桃園空港MRT駅から近くで便利です。コロナ前はバスで空港を往復していましたが、バスの本数が少ないためMRT往復にしましたが導線も完璧でした。 (その代わり観光のための台北MRTまでは少し歩きます) 1月なのに暑かったですがエアコンも快適で、シャワーを浴びて食べ歩きしての繰り返しに素晴らしい場所でした！

La chambre est confortable, bien équipée et propre, le personnel serviable, café thé à disposition, hotel bien situé. Mais le petit-déjeuner c' est une box plastique avec un menu salé imposé et different chaque jour (chinois ou sandwich ou hamburger frites....) pas de petit déjeuner continental possible. Si j'avais su cela, j aurais choisi un autre hotel avec un choix varié. Le wifi ne fonctionne pas bien dans ma chambre.

透過booking訂房，房間照片與網站上完全相符，空間不大 但空間充分運用 牆面是一大片窗 可以看到街景，很棒！坐在桌前看著街景 猶如身在速食連鎖店坐在單人座看著街景 喝著飯店提供的免費抹茶，享受悠閒時光。以價格跟位置還有整體住宿感覺，很推薦！接待人員Stacy 服務專業態度親切，一踏入飯店即受到親切的問候，感覺暖暖的。Stacy真是一位很專業的餐旅工作人員。超 ！

202212 ちょっと駅から遠いと思いましたが、地下通れば濡れないので問題なしです。 部屋は激狭ですが、タオル2組、コップに歯ブラシ、ドライヤーと装備は良いです。 荷物預かりは、ロビー目の前のその辺に無造作に置いておくだけなので、心配な方はやめた方がいいです。 幹線道路の目の前なので車の音がかなりうるさいです。耳栓持ってった方が無難です。

空港メトロの台北駅からも近く、移動に便利と思って利用しました。 クチコミにあるように水周りは綺麗だしシャワーしかないけど水圧も高く温度もちゃんと熱いお湯も出た。他の部屋からの音漏れもなく、清潔な部屋だった。 ただ、 プロモーションで割引で出てたけど、逆に割高に感じた。 朝食付き価格だったらしく、捨てるのは抵抗あるので食べたけど、正直美味しくなかったし、スパイスやドレッシングの匂いが強いので、そのままで外出して戻るとかなり臭い。地下のゴミ箱まで往復したり。個室用シャワーとトイレがあるドミに近い。トイレットペーパーさえ、言わないともらえない。 シーツ替えや掃除は4日目なので、長期滞在者向けかな。 後、外のバスの音やクラクションがうるさくて寝られなかったー！！ 　ベッドも小さいけど清潔で良かったのに、びっくりする位寝れない！ドミじゃなくホテルにしたからと耳栓持って来なかった自分が悪いけど～ Food & drinks: コーヒーディスペンサーはあるけど、お湯多めで薄い。

Very good place to stay. Rooms are very small but location is very good. You can reach almost all tourist attractions on foot. Central station and metro to the international airport is close to the hotel. Rooms: Rooms are cozy, but very clean.

泊まるだけの部屋という感じですが、特に不便は感じませんでした。周囲の部屋の音が聞こえやすいのと、ドアが途中からとてつもなく重くなり、急に筋トレが始まります。携帯の充電コードを忘れたのでフロントに借りに行きました。英語は通じます。肝心のコードはHuaweiの訳のわからないものや、古くて出力の弱いものばかりで、使えないと思った方がいいです。

We experienced some issues with our toilet and informed the staff on duty (Jenny) who was quick to respond to us and as this is not within her job scope to rectify the issue, she quickly gave us a new room as a service recovery. She promptly followed up with us to check if everything is alright at the new room. Overall, excellent customer service since our first date of accommodation. Thank you Jenny and the team at relax 5.

シングルルームで4泊しました。 狭いのは承知のこと。 でも部屋に入って思わず「せまっ」と言ってしまいました笑 寝るだけですので大丈夫です。 そしてとても落ち着いて過ごせました。 大きな道路の交差点角にありますが外の音もそんなに気にならなかったです。 MRT桃園線の駅からも楽でした。 近くにコンビニ、マッサージ、食べ物屋さん、スタバ、新光三越があるしとても便利でした。 シングルルームはトイレとシャワールームも完全に別れています。 排水なども全く問題なしです。 WiFiは繋がったり切れたりでした。 フロントは日本語は通じませんでしたがお掃除の方が日本語がお上手でした。 無料のコーヒー、お茶なども利用させてもらいました。 部屋にも置いてありますが、阿里山茶、日月潭紅茶がとても美味しかったです。 台北駅前で窓ありシングルルームをお探しの方にオススメのホテルです。

台北駅から徒歩5分程度と立地はいい。ベッドはかなり小さめ。 フロントのスタッフは無愛想。

Black mold is in at least 2 of the rooms behind the beds here that we got. We came back from a long day and our window was soaking wet from condensation. It dripped all over the bed and down the wall. Once I checked behind the bed I found black mold and white spots everywhere. They gave us a new room and it had the same problem once i looked behind the bed. The beds are also short, small, and hard which makes it painful to sleep. Rooms are very tiny for two people. The WiFi doesn’t really work at all either. Location is good but it’s not worth risking your health to stay here. Rooms: Small rooms with hard beds made it difficult to lay down suitcases and walk at the same time.

（2024年2月利用） わかってはいましたか狭いです。シングルルームはスーツケースを開くのもベッドの上でしかできないかも。 でも立地はとても良く、部屋は清潔。シャワールームの排水も良い。 宿泊料金も高くはないので寝に帰るだけなら必要十分。満足です。 トイレットペーパーを流せないという注意書きはありませんでした。

No breakfast which I thought would be more easily fixed than it was. I'm evidently more conservative about what I have for breakfast than any other meal. Eggs seemed to be the easy option. Room was a good size and had everything I needed. Good location near the main station.

Walkability: Within 10 minutes walk of most commuting hubs such as airport MRT, main train station and bus interchange.

Good location. Rooms are small but still acceptable. House keeping only once every 3 days. Provides coffee and tea at a little lounge at the ground floor. Major complaint is no internet. Wifi is there but the wifi is just for show. It doesn’t work. Taiwan is the world leading country in IT. Having such bad internet connection is a total disgrace to the nation.

I dropped my ring to the sink while washing hands at night. The receptionist tried her best to help me and finally she got a colleague from another branch to help me. Apart from this, comfortable room, very good location, and i like the coffee corner!

The location is the best point of the hotel. 5 mins from Taipei Airport Rail Station. Many shops and restaurants around. 2 things I did not like was the fact that there was no toilet paper holder in the toilet which was very troublesome to use it. And the air condition in the roof is very difficult to control as it directly hits you. These may vary depending on the room assigned. The service is generally ok. Nothing special but everyone tries to help you. The price is reasonable and I will stay at here again in future if the price stays the same.

Room is pretty small, but clean. The only really frustrating part is out of 10 outlet holes only 3 worked. Hard to plug it in too.

If you want accommodation in the middle of tourist attractions. Convenient to travel. And near the Ximen night market, it's a short walk from the MRT station. I recommend it here. I have stayed in many places in Taipei. But here I especially recommend it.

The location is super strategic 800m away from Ximending 350m away from taipei main station Staff is very friendly and effective Room is small but well equipped especially the toilet bowl is so nice during cold weather! Super recommended ❤️ But wifi gets abit slow sometimes and water heater abit unstable not sure why. Overall is a good stay!

人員服務良好、 房間有霉味、 住二樓房間，外頭車聲有些擾人、 房間局部有灰塵、 房間雖小，但該有的設備都有。

地點方便，一個人住喜歡房間細細的，清潔度滿意但不會日日換毛巾，沒有早餐提供。

スタッフの方が皆さんとても親切で安心できました。 お部屋は狭いですが、小綺麗です。TOTOのウォシュレット付トイレで快適ですし、シャワーも水圧など問題なかったです。ベッドの寝心地もよいです。 立地は、台北駅からは歩いて7.8分程度ですが経路は簡単なので問題ないです。 西門の方へも10分程度で行けます。

とてもきれいに管理されたホテルでした。 ロビーのソファーでゆったり座ってといったことは出来ません。無料のコーヒーマシーンサービスは良かったです。 Rooms: 部屋は狭いですが、コンパクトにまとまっていて綺麗です。金庫、冷蔵庫、ポット、衛生機器がＴＯＴＯ製でウォシュレットも備わっています。台北で2000NTD程度のホテルでは窓無しホテルが多い中、ここは眺望は今一つでふが窓有りで安心できました。 台北駅からは地下街利用Ｚ１０出口から徒歩１～２分の高立地。それでも人気のＹ区やＱsquare、鉄道に乗るには５～１０分は歩かなければなりません。駅近なのに遠い。近いのに疲れる！といった感覚です。寧夏夜市や西門町へは地下鉄２駅程ですが、歩いても疲れ方は変わらない感じです。 Nearby activities: 台北駅が近くて便利と思いがちですが、観光で台北駅を中心に鉄道移動は見直された方が良いかも知れません。台北駅、隣接する地下街は巨大で歩いてばかりの印象を持たれると思います。

部屋は適度な広さでスーツケースを広げるには十分なスペースがありました。 部屋の設備や水回りはとてもきれいで快適でした。(トイレはウォシュレットがついてました。) コインランドリーもホテル地下にあり、フロントにランドリーを使いたいと伝えると、小銭に両替もしてくださり、洗剤ももらえとても助かりました。 場所もとても便利で、また台北にきたときには是非利用したいです。

Rooms are very clean, quiet and cozy, a bit on the small side but understandable due to location. Service staffs are extremely friendly and helpful, my stay there was perfect and very pleasing. Highly recommended.

台北近くのホテルを探していて、こちらを見つけました。部屋は口コミ通り狭めですが（スーツケース2つは広げれないと思います）、綺麗で落ち着きがあります。ベッドの寝心地が良かったです。シャワーのみですが水圧がしっかりあり綺麗です。 使い捨てスリッパ、シャンプー、ボディソープ、歯ブラシ、お水等最低限のものはあります。1階には無理のお水やコーヒーがあります。スタッフの方も親切でした。 悪かった点は強いて言えば、MRT空港線からホテルまでの行きた方がよくわからず遠回りしてしまった（ホテルのせいではないですが）、ドライヤーが古いぐらいです。 西門までは意外と歩くなと感じましたが 徒歩圏内です！目の前の胡椒餅美味しかったのでぜひ一度試してみてください。

Would give 10 stars if I could. The room itself is very small- so don't come if you are looking for something luxurious. But it is very space efficient and has almost everything. Also great location- few steps to the underground mall to get to the mrt or train station.

위치가 굉장히 좋은 호텔. 특히 타이베이 역에서 가까워 타 지역 이동이 편했어요. 타이베이 역이 굉장히 큰 만큼, 지하 출구 Z10으로 나와 한 블럭만 이동하면 호텔에 도착할 수 있습니다. 게다가 시먼딩까지 걸어서 10분 정도면 이동할 수 있었고, 밤 10시 이후로 호텔 주변을 걸어도 크게 위험한 분위기는 아니었습니다. 편의점도 근처에 있어요. 직원분들은 친절하시고, 영어도 다 가능합니다. 체크인은 시간 맞춰 3시에 가능했습니다. 창밖으로 시티 뷰가 보이는 방을 배정받았어요. 비오는 거리를 보는 게 좋았습니다. 다만 단점으로는 방이 꽤 좁아서, 큰 캐리어 2개를 모두 펼치는 데는 어려움이 있었고, 와이파이가 다소 느려 모바일 데이터를 사용했습니다.

Terrible wifi. Worst I've ever experienced. Speed test resulted in 1mbps and frequently cut out completely. Had to rely on using up our mobile data instead. Shower points straight at the side wall and cannot stay adjusted to point forward. No conitioner or washclothes. Rooms are tiny with nowhere to put 2 pieces of luggage. Refused to give clean us clean towels on our last day - despite not having them changed on any other day during our stay. Minor inconvenience: No coffee/tea in the room; you have to go down to the main floor for it. Bed was too hard and pillow was too soft for my preference. Only redeeming qualities are location (decent), and they lent an umbrella for use upon request. Also we requested a high floor, which they were able to accommodate, so we did not experience too much street noise.

Die 3 Mahlzeiten am Tag waren abwechslungsreich und eigentlich immer lecker. Zimmer war auch in Ordnung. Personal sehr freundlich und immer für einen da. Was will man mehr. Ich würde das Hotel auch für einen normalen Aufenthalt buchen weil schön zentral gelegen

😀 - Location and service is great. Room is clean. 😞 - The room is really small and it is really hard to get the humidity out. If one does not take a lot of care, then one wakes up with condensing water running down the walls and windows.

There was no space to put your backpack or other items - this really is not good. There was no wardrobe, only about 3 hangers provided to hang off a rail which made for a somewhat uncomfortable experience.

😀 - The location is excellent, 5 - 7 mins walk from the Taipei station (which has access to MRT, high speed trains, short haul buses, airport rail and local buses). The room is very compact but it has everything. What I like most is the room has a window! Coffee and tea station on the first floor is a nice and attentive gesture from the hotel. 😞 - Some people might find the room small but it might be typical for Asian hotel.

They have enough amenities and the location is central in Taipei, making it easy for travelers to use public transport. 😞 - The room, however, is very small. If you are a big person, I would not recommend this hotel. The cleaning of the rooms only happens every three days, so if you are staying for less than three days, please expect that your room will not be cleaned.

😀 - Helpful staff. Called down to reception to book a taxi to airport at 4:45 am. The reception suggested 4:00 am to avoid the rush. It was a very helpful advice. Location: within walking distance to Taipei Main Station. Opposite to a host of convenient stores on Chongquing road. Great for morning run/walk - close to 228 Peace Memorial Park and Presidential Office Building. 😞 - Room Facilities: The room is mini with no wardrobe - only a steel bar to hang some clothes. Had to leave my luggage open on the floor to pick clothes. Room wifi is hit or miss with poor and unstable connection. The view is average, overlooking dilapidated buildings.

😀 - Conveniently located around most of the attractions and food places I wanted to visit. 😞 - Stayed at the 2nd floor, could not sleep well due to poor noise isolation from the main road

😀 - Hotel is a short 5-8mins walk from Taipei Main station. Shower and toilet facilities are modern and new. Staff were welcoming and helpful in answering queries. 😞 - The underground mall can be quite confusing for first timer. And taking the Z exits mean a taking a long flight of stairs to ground level with no escalator or elevator. I would suggest skipping the underground mall and just take the exit directly opposite Caesar Park Taipei/YMCA. Single room is slightly too small for a luggage to be fully opened and yet comfortably maneuver around the room. Cleanliness is considered above average but I found some hairs on the table.

The hotel was located only a few min walking from the main station. Plenty of shops around, bakeries, 7-eleven, pharmacy, etc. The reception was relatively small but the room had a decent size. I liked it as soon as I entered. The bed was very comfy, the linen was super soft and lightweight, I had a really good sleep there. The bathroom had a shower, a vanity and a toilet with heated seat (i just love those). Shampoo and body wash were provided from a dispenser but no hair conditioner. Tea-kettle, safe, slippers, a snack bar, bottled water and also two cans of coke were provided, plus I got a reusable shopping bag as a gift at the reception, I was amazed. I also like the fact that the hotel was environmental friendly, no room service unless you stay ay least 4 nights or pay extra. To be honest, I don't like wasting towels as some other hotels do, so I was happy to use the same one while I stayed for three nights at Relax 5. I would definitely stay there any time in case I find myself in Taipei again.

Very close to Taipei main station, within 7-8 mins walk. About 10 mins walk to Ximen Din. The room that I booked is small, but it has everything I need. Room is clean. The bed is comfy and the bathroom is complete with a toto washlet. Shower water pressure is strong Hotel offer Expresso coffee machine, milk tea, water station, and microwave oven on first floor. I will stay at this hotel again

Relax Hotel 5 made an excellent impression on me when I was searching for a quarantine hotel in November 2021. The staff was/is responsive. Communicating with them by email was enjoyable! During my 14-day quarantine in Relax Hotel 5, my daily needs are taken good care of. The room is not big, but very cozy. I especially like the meals the hotel provides, so delicious. The staff is super helpful and coordinates with me efficiently regarding quarantine measures. I like to highly recommend Relax Hotel 5 to everyone travelling to Taipei.

來台隔離14天，選擇了旅樂序五館。旅館位置方便，想叫外送食物或生活用品也有很多選擇。抵台那天已經很晚了，旅館人員還貼心幫我安排了一碗美味的熱鮑魚粥呢～ 旅館房間乾淨，有很大個窗戶，納悶的時候看看街景令人心情豁然開朗。wifi 是有點弱，我想這是所有旅館都有這種情況吧。如果是自己有上網吃到飽的卡就沒問題了，或是不上網看電視也有很多台可以選擇。洗手間的設備和日本的酒店一樣，非常舒適。如果馬桶沖廁的力度可以更大就更好了😂 旅館三餐都很用心選擇，都好吃，有時還有水果。旅館人員每天貼心提點餐點已到，回覆查詢也非常迅速。 總括來說整個旅程都住得舒適。 A very comfy stay in Hotel Relax 5 during my 14 days quarantine in Taipei. Staff are very nice and responsive to your enquires. I chose the plan with 3 meals included and the food is delicious and nutritional balanced. Room is not very big but still can place two luggages on the floor opened. A very big window which you can look outside if you feel bored. Wifi is a bit weak but if you have the unlimited data card it is not a big issue. Bathroom is nicely equipped.

I enjoyed 15 nights here for mandatory quarantine. The staff was very friendly, patient, and accommodating with delivering our food and packages. My room was comfortable and very quiet. I appreciated the large window next to my bed and the fact that the window was openable. The water pressure in the shower was great and the water heated up very quickly. I would definitely recommend staying here, quarantine or otherwise. My husband, quarantining separately, is more heartbroken about leaving Hotel Relax-5 than he is about seeing me.

Relax hotel 5 provides excellent customer service (their staffs are friendly, efficient and helpful), delicious meals, and clean environment during the 15-day quarantine. I would definitely recommend this hotel without reservations.

The location of the hotel is convenient, so you could get everything you need such as restaurants and transportation. My booking is Standard Double Room for 2 weeks. The room itself is cozy, clean and modern. The interior looks exactly as the pictures of their website. Personally love the long desk in front of the window! Really enjoyed sitting there and seeing the local city view/night scenery at the nights I was dining in my room. Last but not the least, the employees are caring and helpful. They always respond promptly and fulfill what you need. I forgot to bring my plug adapter, and they just got me one in minutes. The warmth of the environment and their staff make me feel like home. Therefore, I confidently recommend for those who plan to visit Taipei!

I am happy that I made the choice to stay at Relax-5 for the 15-day mandatory quarantine. I will start with what matters to me the most. 1) The hotel is nicely noise-insulated. I am a person intolerable to noise, and 15-day stay here gives me a quiet break; 2) The room seems new and designed for easy-maintenance. Thus, you can stay here for 15 days, and yet the room looks fresh and clean without much house-work; 3) My room (Classic Double) has a huge window that enables me to connect with the outside world in times of feeling a little isolated; 4) Its central location provides abundant choice for takes-out. I used Uber-Eats and am absolutely satisfied with it; 5) Internet might get jammed occasionally, which I guess could be due to high occupancy rate caused latest COVID-outbreak in Taiwan. In short, I am happy with my choice of Relax-5 for quarantine hotel.

Great service. An enjoyable two weeks for sure. The food selection was pretty good and the amenities were nice. I appreciate the mini fridge provided in my room. Just make sure you bring a spare towel since the one-use ones aren't particularly enjoyable to use. Other than that, I had a fine experience

I chose Hotel Relax 5 as a quarantine option after researching great value hotels. I stayed in the Classic Double room with the 3 meals/day option for a very reasonable price. Food: The hotel provides a set of nice metal utensils and dishwashing liquid. The meals are typically ordered from restaurants around the area, so even though it's food provided by the hotel, it's possible to still experience authentic Taiwanese cuisine (e.g. beef noodle soup, ground pork rice, Taiwanese bento boxes). Other meals included Western dishes (e.g. pasta, Italian-style meat/seafood rice dishes) and fast food (e.g. McDonald's, Subway). I also ended up ordering some meals and drinks from Foodpanda when I wasn't thrilled with the provided meal option, and the hotel makes it very easy – just include name and room number, and deliver during any of the three meal windows or the two additional afternoon/late night windows, which they're flexible with. Space: The room isn't super spacious, but it was enough for me to do basic exercises with resistance bands, and there's enough room for any yoga mat exercises. The floor is hardwood, which is easy to clean, but bringing some padding for exercising would probably be wise. The window in the room opens slightly for some much needed fresh air. There's no table, but a shelf juts out from the wall to provide a working space. The provided metal chair can get a bit uncomfortable when sitting for a long time, so either taking breaks or bringing some kind of cushioning would help to alleviate that. Entertainment: There's a 40 inch Sony TV equipped with a boxtop set. I didn't use it because I brought my own entertainment and plugged in my systems to the TV using my own HDMI cable. What stood out to me the most was the service of the staff. We used LINE to communicate, and they were very responsive and incredibly hospitable. My wife and I stayed in separate rooms, so when we got deliveries for the both of us, they were understanding and helped us split up orders to deliver to both of our rooms. In all, even though a 14 (15, really)-day quarantine period is substantial, the staff at Hotel Relax 5 do their best to make sure the stay is enjoyable to the best of their ability, and I'm very grateful for it!

I really enjoyed my stay here for my mandatory 14 day quarantine. I communicated with the staff using LINE throughout the duration of the stay and the staff was always extremely accommodating and had super quick responses. I can't thank them enough for everything. There was a good selection of food throughout my stay, though sometimes I would order from foodpanda during any of the five delivery windows that they had. The room was very clean and just big enough for me to exercise and walk around when I needed to. I loved my window view next to the bed, and the blackout curtains were really convenient whenever I needed to nap or sleep in. There isn't much storage space, so I kept most my things in my suitcases, but the room does fit a yoga mat if you bring one to exercise with. The bathroom was clean and the toiletries were well-stocked. The hotel supplied me with one-time use towels, so keep in mind in case you wanted to bring in your own towel. I ended up ordering from a store nearby because I just needed the plush of a towel. Would highly recommend for a solo traveler or anyone seeking a quarantine hotel!

Great location and wonderful service. One of the highlights for the room would definitely be the bar table in the Standard Double Room, where you can imagine as in a cafe with a large window that you can enjoy the street view. Though the room was not very spacious, should be enough to do some simple exercise or workouts. For dining, the meals were acceptable and you may even get little surprises for some of them. It is hard to say good or bad as this would be depending on your expectations. But you can have a choice of ordering food delivery service on your own. All in all, everything is just perfect for solo traveller, in particular for Quarantine.

Today is my last day of the mandatory 14-day quarantine. It’s been a great experience staying in the hotel. I booked my stay without meal plans because I wanted to be able to choose my meals depending on my mood everyday. They have a total of 5 time slots that they request you to order your food delivery during those periods so they can make sure to deliver the food to your room in a timely manner. There are breakfast, lunch, afternoon tea, dinner, and night snack times. There’s almost no way for you to not be able to meet those times, but I carelessly missed the time once, and the staff was still very accommodating and brought the food to me immediately. I really appreciate their service here. During the stay here, the main communication was through Line messages, and the messages were read and responded within minutes. The room is not spacious, but I knew this before I booked my stay. The room is super clean and new, which is the reason why I chose it to my quarantine hotel. And it does have enough space for me to walk around and do my daily exercises. The rooms are equipped with a Sony Smart TV. There was an incident where one of the guests kept casting his videos onto my TV, but the staff was nice enough to act on it and identified the guest doing it and it was immediately resolved. The location of this hotel is great, too. Of course I was not able to go out, but I could imagine how convenient the location this would be for a tourist, given its proximity to all the good food and Taipei main station. Highly recommended.

Just finished a very comfortable 15-day quarantine period here. I booked the "Classic Double Room" which I would recommend as the size is just enough to be comfortable for 15 days. It may look a little small, but it's enough space for a large suitcase, working at the desk, and even some room to exercise. Everything I needed was provided by the staff -- a large carton of water bottles, enough toiletries (shampoo, soap, laundry detergent etc) with refills as needed, tea, coffee, utensils, and even instant noodles. Staff is very friendly and responsive on LINE. Anything you need will be refilled and they will quickly bring any food deliveries to your room. The room is sparkling clean, shower is amazing, bed is very comfortable and there's a large window so you'll get some light during the day. Keep in mind the location is very busy so there will be a little street noise; bring earplugs if you are sensitive. 3 delicious meals delivered every day (often Taiwanese bento style, but sometimes Italian, American, etc) plus a special boba drink on Saturdays :) Some recommendations for other quarantining travelers: * Bring a HDMI cable so you can watch Netflix on the TV to pass the time * A mug for coffee/tea, so you don't have to use the paper cups every day * The hotel provides disposable single-use towels but you may prefer to bring your own * The WiFi is not very consistent, sometimes it's fast and sometimes totally unusable. I just used my phone as a hotspot, but this may be a consideration for you.

When I needed quarantine hotel for good price, I booked Hotel Relax 5. Really excellent service, proffesional and nice staffs. I really look forward for use this hotel again, but in for normal travel.

My 15-night quarantine felt like a staycation. I did an extensive search beforehand and Hotel Relax 5 checked all my criteria (ie. natural lighting, can open window, wooden floor easier for workout). The staff was extremely friendly literally from the moment I arrived. They definitely went above and beyond to ensure I was well taken care of. The food variety is probably the best of any hotels I've come across, including a weekend bubble tea treat. Highly recommend this hotel for quarantine purposes or any regular travels.

Had a two-week stay here for the covid-19 quarantine. Was impressed by the friendly staff. They responded so quickly to your needs that you actually felt "come on i can wait a bit...." Would certainly recommend to my friends and family :)

The 15 nights quarantine is tough, but this hotel did a good job on quarantine control. The meal included is good. Although you can never see who is serving your daily necessaries, they always reply promptly. The windows inside is large. And the traffic outside is busy, but it’s incredible quiet inside the room. There’s a small window which is allowed you to open and let you get some fresh air flow too. Enjoy and take care. Cheers

I decided to book this hotel because of the professional communication via E-mail. When I arrived I was welcomed by very friendly and attentive employees. Afterwards they continued to took good care of me. The room was clean and I was surprised about all the mall things provided to make my stay during the required quarantine time as less bothersome as possible. I booked the room incl. meals 3- times a day. It was delicious, nutritious and rich in variety. A perfect welcome to Taiwan. I wish the hotel team all the best and would like to say 謝謝。

現在旅樂序五館已經變成防疫旅館了，我是來這邊度過我的14天隔離的。 整個住房的經驗非常好，如果大家在考慮要住在哪一間防疫旅館（或是以後開始開放給一般旅客後）我很推薦！簡單來說，房間很舒適明亮，工作人員也很友善，任何需要的東西都不缺，地點也很好。下面會更詳細說明。 先從房間本身講起。因為要關14天，我之前在找旅館的時候有刻意找房間感覺清爽明亮的（比如我個人很討厭地毯或是太中式或傳統旅館的風格，感覺很厚重，即使有些有比較大的坪數我還是都排除），然後希望可以有空間做一些簡單的運動。旅樂序的房間不是很大，只有5.4坪，可是房間的配置設計得很好。廁所用的是不透視的霧面玻璃，牆上也有大片的鏡子讓空間感覺沒那麼壅塞。床旁邊就是一個很大的窗戶（有一部分可以打開一點點），而且因為旅館位在街角，沒有從窗戶看出去只看得到隔壁大樓牆壁的問題，採光跟通風都很好。桌面的部分我一般生活使用完全沒問題，平常桌上放的就是熱水器、水杯、保養品瓶瓶罐罐、15寸筆電，除此之外吃飯的時候還有非常充裕的空間放便當。我來的時候帶了一個很大的行李箱、一個大後背包、和一個相機包，房間內本身就有一大箱水跟一包會用到的東西（溫度計、環保餐具、泡麵點心之類的），隔離期間還收到區公所送來的一大箱隔離驚喜包，可是收納好之後，房間還是有足夠的位置讓我做Jeanette Jenkins的45分鐘500卡體操（大推給隔離人士，但記得挑一個正常的時間，以下會多說明）。不過我只有158公分，給你們當作空間感的參考值。 房間內該有的基本上都不缺。廁所裡已經備好可以撐過14天的酒精、洗衣精、洗碗精、清潔劑、洗髮精沐浴乳、垃圾袋，旅館也有幫我們準備有夾子的衣架讓我們曬衣服用。房間內跟廁所有都可以掛衣架的地方。 我覺得工作人員很用心在幫我們選餐。14天下來除了早餐之外重複率很低，而且每一家都很好吃！偶爾還會有飲料或是水果，好開心。另外他們處理問題的效率非常高，通常跟他們聯絡完後十分鐘內就處理完了。對一個很多行動被限制的人來說，他們的照顧真的讓隔離變得很輕鬆。非常感謝。 最後要講的是隔音的問題。我本身對噪音其實滿敏感的。當初看每家旅館的房間都這麼小就有點擔心會被吵整天。不曉得是因為來這裡住的人都有刻意在控制音量，或是旅館有刻意挑選隔音的材質，或是因為他們的房間跟我都隔了一個房間的距離，我在這裡的前10天基本上沒有聽到從其他房間傳來的任何聲音。後來進住了一位房客，可能是因為直接在我隔壁的關係，我可以聽到他的腳步聲，然後他有時候會播bass很重的音樂我房間也會跟著動茲動茲。可能我做體操的時候隔壁也覺得我很吵吧。不過這可能是每個旅館都會有的問題，主要還是房客們要自己控制音量。 最後除了原本就有行李之外，建議大家可以多帶以下這些東西： - 自己的馬克杯：房間只有紙杯，雖然用完可以跟工作人員要，但如果有自己的水杯的話比較環保，也比較不麻煩 - 瑜珈墊：這裡的地板是強化地板（應該？），所以如果有些動作直接在地上做的話會造成運動傷害，行李箱有位置的話建議可以帶個瑜伽墊 - HDMI線：隔離期間真的花很多時間在追劇，自己帶一條HDMI可以用房間的電視看，就不用盯著筆電的小螢幕 -- I was at Hotel Relax 5 for my mandated 14-day quarantine. Overall, it was an amazing experience, if you don’t count in the fact that you can’t leave the room. I highly recommend it to anyone who’s looking for a quarantine hotel. The room is about 200 sq ft, so not a lot of room at all, but it’s very well-designed that I never felt like I didn’t have space for my stuff which included a huge luggage, and things I did on a regular basis (exercise, laundry…). There’s a huge window in the room, one of the walls is covered with mirrors, and the bathroom is boxed with matted glass, all these keep the room bright and less crammed. The hotel has prepped the room with detergent, rubbing alcohol, dish soap, shampoo, body wash, and trash bags, as well as stuff you’ll need for tracking like the thermometer. There’s enough for 14 days but you can ask for more if you ever run out of anything. Their staff is extremely friendly and helpful, they took great care of me and I really appreciated it. A lot of love went into picking the restaurants. Everything was tasty, and the restaurants rarely repeated. They’re also very efficient in solving problems. I almost always got mine solved within 10 minutes, have it be requests for more supplies, or slow wifi. The only problem I had was with noises. But I’m very sensitive so this might be a bit nitpicky. For the first 10 days I couldn’t really hear much coming from the other rooms. I wasn’t sure if it’s because we were all one room apart from each other or if they were just quiet people. Then someone moved into my immediately adjacent room and I started hearing more. It’s footsteps mostly, and sometimes the bass when the person’s playing music. I don’t think this problem is exclusive to this hotel though, so it’ll probably have to come down to us regulating our own activities and try to be as respectful as we can while keeping ourselves active and happy while we’re locked in. Some stuff I recommend bringing: - A mug: there are paper cups in the room but a mug is so much easier (btw you can order one and have it delivered, which then the staff will bring up for you) - Yoga mat: the floor is laminated (I think) so doing exercises like plank is going to hurt you, if there’s space in your luggage I’d recommend a thin mat - HDMI cable: I spent a lot of time on Netflix, luckily I had my HDMI cable so I could hook up my laptop to the TV!

...very comfy and cozy! 👍 Accessible food everywhere and very accessible to any transport. We'll try your other Hotel R-1,2 and 3 next time. Lastly, I'm very proud to recommend R Hotel to my friends and relatives coming to Taiwan. 🤩

😀 - Great location. Bed and pillows are comfortable. They provide all amenities you need for your stay. The coffee machine is good. Room is indeed small but functional. 😞 - WiFi is really poor like doesn’t exist at all. I bought a SIM card with unlimited data so it doesn’t bother me that much. Not enough space to open the luggage or store the souvenirs I bought, had to put everything on the bed.

Je suis arrivé à l’hôtel pour effectuer ma quatorzaine. La chambre est petite mais fonctionnelle et moderne. Le personnel est très à l’écoute et réactif. Possibilité de commander des livraisons sur 5 tranches horaires de la journée. Contrôle des prises de température matin et soir. Pour ceux et celles qui doivent venir s’isoler je conseille fortement!

😀 - 台北駅まで徒歩圏内で便利｡帰路は早朝の飛行機でメトロは動いて無く､タクシーはとても割高なので悩んでいたら、フロントスタッフが台北駅発空港行きのリムジンバス24時間運行が再開された事を調べて教えてくれ､とても助かった。 😞 - チェックインの際、毎日の清掃は無く備品の交換のみと聞いた。しかし3泊したがタオル類・アメニティ・トイレットペーパー・ミネラルウォーターなど備品の交換も追加も全く無く､乾かない湿ったタオルやバスマットを使わなければならなかった。小さなゴミ箱も満杯｡YouTubeを見て『冷蔵庫にはコーラが2本､お菓子は4種類､チェックイン時にはオリジナルアメニティのプレゼントあり｡1泊＠7000円』と聞き予約｡実際にはお菓子は2個のみ、コーラは入っておらずアメニティプレゼントも無し｡宿泊料は季節変動するものと理解はしているが、YouTuberと一般旅客への対応は明らかに違うとわかり興醒めした｡ 洗面台位置は高く使い易いけど、小さな洗面ボールで周辺水はね酷く､洗面台の裾部分に黒カビが幾つも生えていて清潔とは思えない｡

😀 - 駅から近かったことと、シャワーブースが清潔で水圧も高かったところ。 館内の防音がしっかりしていて、上下も横の部屋からも音漏れがなかった。 😞 - スタッフにもよるけど、説明が不十分な時があった。後、トイレットペーパーがセットされてなかった。 最大のポイントは、アソークの交差点前のトラックが通っただけで揺れるようなホテルでも爆睡できてた私が、全く寝られなかった！館内の防音はしっかりしてるのに、外の交通音は結構大きく聞こえた為、目の前のバス停でのバックや笛の警笛で寝つきかけては起こされる！を繰り返し、結果、疲れて寝たいのに寝れない～！の最悪ループだった。

😀 - 立地は最高。台北駅に近く、便利。 部屋は確かに狭いけどスーツケースを広げられるスペースもあり、充分。 窓から外の様子も見えるし、快適。 😞 - 清掃は2泊だと無い。ゴミ回収とあったが、回収されていなかった。トイレットペーパーが1ロールしかなく、不安。わざわざフロントに言うのも面倒。トイレットペーパーの設置位置がおかしい。とても使いづらかった。シャワーの水がトイレ方面へ流れて床が濡れる。なかなか乾かない。

😀 - 場所が便利。清潔感あり。飲み物、24時間利用できる点。 😞 - 受付の説明と、部屋のドアに貼ってある内容が違うような。あと、プレゼントのお菓子置いてないし…。お安いものでも楽しみでしたのに。エアコンの調節がうまくできない。

😀 - ロケーションがいい。 😞 - 値段の割には部屋が狭い、コスパが悪い。

6月上旬にシングルルームを利用しました。予約サイトの写真でトイレとシャワーブースが別だったので予約しました。部屋は角部屋で窓は南と東を向いていて日差しが入るので明るくよかったです。勿論ブラインドもあります。非常にシンプルな部屋で、2泊3日の旅行には十分な設備が整っていました。フロントの方の対応・印象は明るい感じで良かったです。以下このホテルの上記以外のメリットを箇条書きで書きます。 ・台北駅至近。（Ｚ10番出口から南へ１ブロック。また空港メトロ駅にも近い。） ・コンビニ、マッサージ店が半径50メートル以内にある。 ・食事がとれる食堂・レストラン・ドリンクスタンドも近くにあり。 ・ウォシュレット付トイレ。 ・シャワーの温度・水圧も問題なし。 注意すべき点 ・身長180cm以上の人にはベッドが小さいかも。 ・リンス・コンディショナーはない。 ・2泊3日ではベッドのシーツ交換はない。タオル交換とゴミ捨てのみ。 （チェックイン時に説明あり。詳細はドアの裏側に日本語で記載有） ・トイレは紙が流せないかもしれません。 （フロントには未確認。トイレ付属のゴミ箱に使用済み紙を捨ててました） ・フロントの方は日本語不可。英語は通じます。荷物預かってくれます。 個人的には立地・設備・価格等かなり気に入りました。台北での定宿候補no,1です。また泊まりたいです。

部屋は狭かったけど設備が新しく、窓も大きいので圧迫感はありませんでした。食事は朝食以外のお昼と夕食が3種類から、日によっては10種類から選択ができてボリュームがありました。お水も箱で提供され、足りなければ直ぐに持って来てくれます。とにかく対応が早くストレスがありません。14日間という長い期間でしたが、価格の割にいいホテルを選択できたと思っています。コロナが終息して旅行で利用するなら台北駅からも近くいいと思います。

サービスがとても良く、部屋の中もとてもシンプルで可愛かったです。またこのホテルを活用したいと思います。

旅乐序防疫旅馆。对防疫有许多贴心的设备，例如一次性的面巾毛巾，连嗰菜布都有预备。除了酒精，也有预备洗碗精,、洗衣精十分贴心。而且不厌其烦的作出多次补充。虽然房间狭小，但整体清洁整齐，尤其木地板不易藏污垢。马桶亦十分清潔。TOTO 马桶尤其令人有惊喜，暖好的厠板及其他清洁功能，都十分惊喜超出所求。所以服务态度，非常良好。虽然被困14天，但电视电影亦有多项选择，不至于太沉闷。而且临街的窗户，亦可以打开透透气。甚至额外要求插苏，都能供給！实在难得！

這家旅店，不論地點或是價格都很吸引人的，如果要出國是很棒的選擇，因爲地點太便利的，離台北車站很近，以往只住過一、二館從未住過五館，初次體驗的感覺很不錯，地點很方便這是我的首選，價格也很親民，跟之前相比之下我較喜歡這館，衛生間乾淨明亮，尤其淋浴的水超級強勁，很夠癮，周圍環境覓食也很方便，是個不錯的旅店。

住了10天覺得很舒適，房間很有設計感，也很整潔。餐點方面多樣化，服務也很好，應有盡有，防疫措施也做得很好。 旅館位置很優，離台北車站非常近，再造訪台北會再入住。

旅館雖然不大，但應有盡有，最特別的是連免治馬桶也有，這裏提供的餐食也很用心，14天幾乎不重複，還有服務人員的貼心照顧，讓我度過愉快的隔離之旅。

服務人員親切有耐心， 且快速回應我的需求，住在這裡感覺很溫馨。 這裡的餐點多變化且美味，感受到飯店的用心安排。房間明亮乾淨，有對外窗很舒適。

隔離14天，入住旅樂5館，空間適中，我住的房間，採光不錯，因為是隔離，所以準備的備品都充足，餐點都不錯，還會有貼心的下午茶，水果。 服務很棒。

服務好餐點佳，衛浴設備免治馬桶大加分，蓮蓬頭水壓強，沖澡很舒服。房間有對外窗，雖然只能開一點，但已經很足夠了。

我跟太太一起在10/24～11/8/2021 入住5館，分別住不同的樓層，自入住第一天開始的每一天，旅館服務人員細心的貼心的服務，讓我們感覺很溫暖。 每天都會提醒我們餐點已送達房間門口，對於我們提出的問題，都耐心地幫我們解決，我要給5館滿分的評比，謝謝他們100%的細心照顧

返台防疫期間首次入住旅樂序五館，當初也是看了評價很好才做選擇，一切如預期的好（服務非常好、派送東西效率高、環境非常非常的乾淨、裝潢風格很舒適放鬆、準備了很完善的日常用品），很貼心的送了一袋防疫包。真要說缺點：網路偶爾不順暢。不是很介意的人，這兒真是首選。

這次回台灣隔離14天，查了很多防疫旅館評價最後選擇旅樂序5館。 房間不大但是很乾淨，裝潢也是我喜歡的風格。房間有大面窗戶光線充足可以看到外面，要待14天這點真的很重要！ 衛浴設備也非常滿意，有免治馬桶，這幾天天氣轉涼每次坐上溫溫的馬桶都覺得好幸福😚 洗澡蓮蓬頭的水壓很大可以調節，水溫也很穩定。 食物的部份我原本有訂餐，可以感覺到旅館有認真挑選食物，大部分也不錯吃，一天300塊cp值很高！ 這次住房體驗整體很滿意～👍🏻

防疫期間在旅館住宿，旅館相當用心，每天三餐都不錯，變化很多，不會一直吃一樣的食物。另外，服務也相當好，隔離的時候不管需要什麼，旅館人員都會盡心達成。

這次因為私事需要回台灣一趟，雖然是千百個不願意但也只能住進防疫旅館。在出發前多方比較許多不同飯店，最後選到旅樂序五館，也非常慶幸自己當初的決定 一開始check-in時的男店員非常親切有禮貌，而且全身穿著防護衣保護相當周全，整個過程很順利，進入房間時雖然不大，但該有的都有。房間裡的大窗戶和可微開啟的氣密窗讓我心中的大石頭放下來，因為擁有足夠的陽光和新鮮空氣對於隔離之人實在是再重要也不過了 這14天因為飯店地點極好，親朋好友方便過來送補給，而且櫃檯送東西的速度之快，通常跟朋友電話還沒有掛斷食物就送上來了 每天都可以吃到熱騰騰的食物真的很幸福～～ 14天說長不長說短不短，找到適合自己又喜歡的防疫旅館真的很重要。如果將來有需要再入住防疫旅館，旅樂序會是我的唯一選擇。 ＰＳ唯一的小缺點是網路容易不穩（幾乎都是滿房）但櫃檯會提供wifi機如果有需要的話（限量10台先借先贏）飯店是會提供一次性使用備品，但建議帶自己擦澡的毛巾和洗澡洗髮乳 環保愛地球～～

隔離終於結束了。時間過得很慢但是旅樂序的服務讓我覺得很滿意。服務又好又體貼。房間設計和裝潢都很棒。每天三餐準時送到門口。雖然飯店的位置就位於台北市火車站附近我原來怕噪音 但是房間的隔音做的很好。睡覺沒問題。浴室又乾淨又衛生不過飯店不會提供毛巾。所以要隔離的朋友請注意。一定要帶自己的毛巾。另外一個好處就是整個PCR檢驗的過程。你根本不用擔心因為旅館會準時通知房客然後可以下去做檢驗。不到五分鐘全都結束了。下次還要隔離我一定會選旅樂序五館。

旅館雖小，但五臟俱全，午餐和晚餐都有提供不同的選項，變化多，因此對於2週的隔離不會覺得膩。客戶服務非常好！有任何問題均可即時解決。

是非常值得推薦的一間防疫旅館，所有的防疫措施做得非常完善，提供一次性的毛巾浴巾拖鞋，更有提供清潔劑洗碗精及洗衣精和酒精.房間雖然狹小了一點但是非常乾淨.所有的工作人員都非常的有禮貌，更值得一提的是提供的餐點十分精緻美味甚至還可以選餐。真是覺值得推薦的旅館。

午餐晚餐有多類形選擇 房間小一點 但算清潔 防疫基本上用品齊全，洗碗精洗衣液等齊全，補給水，咖啡粉等也很快速。

2021.5.20 入住.6.4退房 旅途舟車勞頓廣東深圳出發趕高鐵到福建廈門機場回台灣台北.然後防疫Taxi到旅館.累. 開心的是一進旅館來服務小妹的消毒與慰問 終於到家（台灣）放鬆了. 雖說沒有中國大型酒店的豪華.但個人就是喜歡貼心服務以及有家的感覺才能好好放鬆歇息. 房費2700含3餐.面積大小適中.還放了塊瑜伽墊運動.空間夠大了吧.廁所乾淨衛生馬桶還是免治馬桶.讚啦.. 主要是有啥需求透過line聯繫超方便.服務小姐姐們的3餐提醒送餐提醒量體溫啦.收垃圾.總之雖是日常工事但細心程度和服務就是好. 值得一提就是3餐.便當.飯.麵.餃子.麻辣鍋.pizza.水果..等!!看見了嗎！！種類繁多歐. 總之在這的15天 沒壓力的休息吃飽睡好.一半也是多虧了服務小姐姐的服務. 總之有來台灣台北旅遊的朋友 真心推薦這家 旅樂序精品旅館5館 走過路過不要錯過！讚啦^·^

旅館整體感覺很新，裝修的很棒。房間偏小，但是該有的都有。住的很舒服。旅館服務人員也都很親切，很好溝通。有機會來台北，會再來住。

本人入住旅樂序站前五館洒店，從2021年4月25日至5月10日，一共15天，酒店的防疫措施和安全都很好，服務台的工作人員，聽到有要求的時間很快便把我所需要的物品很快便放到房間的門口，在這衷心感謝這裏的職員服務，這是一所很好的酒店，謝謝他們的服務。

旅館內的設備很好很乾淨，床有點小適合一個人住，廁所浴室內用的是TOTO免治馬桶及淋浴設備🚿👍🏻隔音不太好聽的到隔壁房客的說話聲音😅飯店提供的三餐很多樣化（部分食物房客可以自己選擇）也很好吃！😋有小窗戶可以對外開啟，還大片窗戶可以看外面的車水馬龍，讓15天假期不至於無聊。服務人員態度非常好，需要備品只要提出要求，很快就會送到👍🏻整體來說是很棒的體驗，CP值也很高！ Ps. 防疫假期，旅館有贈送貼心小禮包！

本人入住期間25/4-10/5/2021 共十五天。感謝酒店防疫工作很有秩序和安全措施十分重要。僅此致謝，服務員收到要求添加送樽裝水服務，不到5分鐘就送到門口。真是窩心的！每晚都安睡精神奕奕，感謝！ 這就是我每晚舒適的角落有明亮採光窗戶。宿外間中傳來雪糕車的音樂，真是快樂的時光⋯⋯望着街上，上班族的服飾，口罩不離身，十分有紀律，值得欣賞國民防疫意識十分警覺，值得學習。 難怪台灣在世界各地對抗新冠肺炎的政策，國民教育合作和水平是十分高的。

在這度過防疫隔離的15天，服務很親切、三餐規劃的很用心、房間乾淨、日常生活的問題都能妥善的幫忙解決，值得推薦。

防疫隔離14 天住在這裡，三餐不錯很用心規劃，我最喜歡的餐點就是旅樂序自營的義大利餐廳提供的，遇上週六還加碼下午茶點心，每天有點小期待。旅館服務很親切很好，同時彌補房間偏小的遺憾，不過可以放下瑜伽墊我已滿意。

這次回台住的是經典雙人房，房間不算太大但是空間都是夠用的，除了放行李的區域外還可以放得下一個181*61的瑜伽墊。 房間乾淨且提供的水及衛生紙足夠，白天陽光也很充足，不會讓人在房間感受到煩悶的感覺。 枕頭跟床睡起來很舒服，旅館也有給自己的防疫禮包，工作人員都很溫柔親切，整體而言非常好，是防疫隔離的好選擇！

是次是防疫隔離，要住15天，房間雖小，但窗夠大，陽光充足，離對面的建築也不會太近，還可以看到藍天，房間環境佈置整齊乾淨簡約風，連待兩週也不會覺得不舒服。提供的備品充足，櫃檯服務快速親切，房間附有洗衣精、洗碗精、消毒酒精，週邊叫外賣選擇也很多，是CP值高的防疫旅館選擇。

因為要隔離14天希望能找比較舒適乾淨的環境。這次入住的是雙人床房，大片可開的對外窗戶、非地毯房間、有免治馬桶是最後決定入住的要素。 抵達之後飯店的防疫措施非常確實，令人感到安心，房間備品也很充足。網路原本有點擔心速度，但到目前追劇上網都沒有太大問題。三餐也非常用心準備、菜色豐富、份量非常足夠，還麻煩飯店人員幫忙減少份量，很感謝他們。 希望疫情快點結束，也希望有機會可以再利用，謝謝旅樂序5館的工作人員，辛苦了！

因為疫情的關係從境外返台需要隔離14天. 由於臨近春節, 為了避免訂不到防疫旅館, 12月初就提前聯繫旅樂序站前五館. 工作人員十分親切也很有效率, 訂房很順利. 抵台後直接就前往旅館, 接待人員很熱情, 幫忙消毒後就直接進房開始隔離了. 房間很乾淨, 而且各種備品也很齊全, 房間看出去的景色也不錯, 避免隔離期間感到壓抑. 隔離期間工作人員會用通訊軟體關心身體狀況, 點外賣的話一天有5次的送餐時間, 有任何需要都可以打電話或傳訊息給櫃檯, 服務很好很即時. 地點就在台北車站附近很方便. 唯一有點小缺點就是網路有時候會不太好連, 不過影響不大. 整體來說入住體驗不錯, 若有隔離的需求會推薦入住.

這次預訂單人房, 空間雖是長型有點小, 但是還是可以放YOGA MAT運動一下, 景觀開揚十分好, 可以看很遠, 床很舒服, 水夠熱, 建議長期用電腦工作的人帶一個小USB 燈, 因為床尾的工作檯有點暗, WIFI整體順但視訊還是有斷的情況, 但正常上網是沒有問題的. 酒店提供了洗衣精, 洗蜿精, 酒精跟清潔液, 十分周到. 服務人員是用LINE聯繫的, 服務十分好, 三餐都定期更換, 有時候更有紅豆湯跟奶茶, 好驚喜! 十分推薦

這次是在國外就先預訂隔離住宿，實際入住後更覺得物超所值。 其實隔離飯店很多，但我覺得我很幸運，旅樂序在車站附近， 房間也照我預定時的小小請求幫我安排了看的到街道的房間(避免隔離到花轟)， 我快要滿14天了，過程中飯店的服務真的是讓你不覺得是被「隔離」。 很感謝服務兼防疫人員的貼心照顧，是一家很值得信賴的飯店。

居住單人房雖然空間有限但設備齊全，而且景觀不錯，防疫期間也不會覺得很悶，三餐也會定期更換，若想訂外賣也很方便，附近很多美食。旅館服務也很好，若有需求都會即時回覆，很推薦樂旅！

一開始入住時就覺得乾乾淨淨的，有時尚風格，入住後和櫃檯接洽後發現這家旅館有給人一種溫暖，細心,而且要備品很快速，都讓我不好意思，因為太多次，這我很少遇到，很安靜，在這睡的很好，床前剛好有置物台，面對窗外，讓我好像在咖啡廳的感覺，很棒，很喜歡這裡，再來這裡我ㄧ定就住旅樂序五館！！

清潔衛生環境優雅，鄰近有中正紀念堂博物館以及二二八紀念公園，还有一個不提不的是總統府，步行約五分钟即到，因此地點适中，有机会一定会再住。

千萬別來住 五館對住客極不友善，先前明明在答應可長住的情況下，突然在決定要把長住客請走，但簽約時卻完全不告知期限，連只剩一個月時都還不告訴客人，我們還是不小心聽到店員聊天才知道下期不能續租，飯店僅發信說這期漲價，非常不負責任而且趕走客人的方式非常惡劣，然後把長租客趕走後，還對被趕走的客人比中指。窗台易積灰塵，馬桶常常出問題，冰箱小，實際與車站距離頗遠，完全不推薦，沒有誠信跟溝通的一家飯店，即便短租也不建議

經同事介紹，來旅樂序五館出差住一完，真的很划算..除了價格便宜外，另房間也很別緻，服務人員也很親切，還有他們一樓大廳旁，有免費的小茶點及即溶飲品可以自行取用，下次出差我還會再來住喔..

在這邊長住一星期，櫃檯服務人員非常專業、熱心，服務周到；旅館地點很棒，離捷運站路程5-10分鐘，附近機能佳、飲食，便利商店都有。房間設施新穎、風格很不錯，安靜、適合商務客或是旅遊住宿，必定會再次造訪，有家的感覺

距離北車步行5分鐘，附近很多美食像是胡椒餅或是點水樓⋯⋯等，房間的設備設計非常新穎 還有免治馬桶！！彷彿回到家一樣 推薦給大家

因為在台北車站有一個晚上的住宿需求，因為常路過這家飯店，決定google一下適不適合，看了照片整個房間擺設跟裝潢還有房價非常喜歡就決定預定了。昨天來住一晚的體驗也完全沒有失望，剛好的房間大小，冷氣超級涼，裝潢也很好看，枕頭跟床很舒服，還有讓我很喜歡的洗髮乳跟沐浴乳，茶樹的香味非常棒，已經預定下次要來住宿的房間了，是會想再來住的優質飯店
