The room has a double bed, mirror, drawer, wardrobe, and AC. You will be the only one who uses the bathroom. The apartment has a balcony with a washing machine in it, a fully equipped kitchen and a living room with a smart TV. A fast internet is accessible from any part of the house. The apartment is on the 4th floor and there is no elevator. It is located 6 minutes walking distance from both Guting MRT station. There are several restaurants, Shida night market, and supermarkets nearby.
