1.地理環境方便，便利商店、咖啡館、百貨公司、書局都在步行10分鐘路程內，由於鄰近補習街，也有很多CP質不錯的小吃 2.房間空間寬敞，裝潢簡單明亮，很棒 3.建議有行李的旅客，由火車站往新光百貨方向走平面道路，會比走地下街方便，如遇下雨則建議走地下街Z4出口才有電梯 4.以火車站附近的住宿來說，價格適中、甚至有物超所值之感（室內空間算大的） 5.房間衣櫥太矮小、飲水機只有熱水與洗、烘衣設備額外收費是少數的缺點

麻雀雖小，五臟俱全，二館訂了兩晚，5館一晚，前台服務人員有理，房間乾淨整潔，很好的體驗。

因為工作在北車附近，需要就近找旅店休憩，看評論覺得旅樂序不錯，就來試試！ 房間乾淨，雖然備品不是到很新，但整體來說CP值很可以！值得推薦！

距離台北車站非常近的距離，樓下就有超商，2分鐘會到達百貨公司，旅館周遭的店家林立，非常的便利，入住空間寬敞！

離北車很近，交通方便，旁邊有各大廠牌的服飾店，附近也有健身房，要買任何物品機會走路都可以到達，靠近補習街吃東西也有便宜的選擇！

第一次嘗試入住語音辨識智能房型，很有趣超讚！入住雙人床房型，房間簡易、乾淨、舒適。飯店人員也非常有耐心的服務。整體感受很棒！

1，交通方便 2，客服客氣 3，房型設計，非常符合商務人士。有一個大圓桌， 這是我最喜歡的擺設。 4，房間/屋內，乾淨，都沒異味！ 5，走廊/房內，燈光明亮！ 絕對值得推薦！

是一系列好幾館的旅店，每間都有不一樣的特色，每一館的距離都沒有很遠，全都是在火車站及和平紀念公園中間這個區塊，雖然沒有自己的停車場，但離公有停車場都很近，也很適合要以大眾運輸為交通工具的人，疫情期間沒有自助式早餐，但有附早餐餐盒

在這裡長住了五個月！覺得這裡的旅店人員服務很好，飯店設施很齊全，地點離台北車站非常近！很適合大家來住！

這間旅店裝潢設施還不錯，地點更是沒話說，周邊的商家不勝枚舉，離西門町商圈也不遠，價格更親民價格，所用的盥洗用品也很棒，但有些缺失如果能改進會更完美的，當天冷氣太強18度，用遙控器調整溫度無效，它是中控的，晚上冷氣孔直吹床頭，整晚因爲太冷無法安眠，早上4點多起床想洗個熱水澡，竟然沒有熱水可用，有點不明白，酒店怎麼會沒熱水可用呢？覺得有點可惜，這些小缺失是不應該有的，會讓客人留下不好的印象，旅店想要永續經營，讓客人住了還想再度光臨，這才是重點，期盼能改善，下次再度蒞臨才有希望的。

離北車很便利，一路走來就算下雨都有屋簷，外觀新穎，內裝時尚，環境也很乾淨，空氣中都充滿著香氣，服務人員也很熱心親切，周邊環境也很便利，百貨林立、小吃店也很多元。

電梯門一打開就覺得很酷！地點也很棒，有很多餐廳好逛的店就在附近。外面很熱鬧，但是裡面很寧靜舒適，原本擔心在車站附近怕會吵，完全是多慮了！很喜歡！本來打算每天住不一樣的旅店，當下決定：就是這裡了！三天都住這裡！

地點很中心很方便，最近是台北車站，徒步約5分鐘便可。服務都很有禮貌和殷勤，非常滿意！酒店周圍也有許多食店可供選擇，酒店本身也裝修漂亮，房間也乾淨舒適。

距離台北車站很近，走路約8分鐘就可以到，旅樂序旅館站前二館房價合理，適合商務及旅行，而且服務人員態度很好，最重要是房間乾淨舒適。

今天是109年9月17號，從台南搭高鐵到台北車站來到這間很漂亮的旅館被升等還是三人房，服務人員的態度很親切也很好非常推薦

地點好，距離台北車站只要5分鐘即可抵達，周圍也有很多便利商店非常的方便，房間內的免治馬桶更是加分 推薦給來台北的大家！

難得和女友來北車附近住宿，第一次入住這間旅館，裡面設施十分乾淨住宿過程隔音效果也不錯，假如下次還有來此處會再考慮入住此間旅館。

居住二館有一段時間，有發現到一些問題如冰箱問題，希望能提供一個能調解溫度的冰箱可以讓入住的貴賓們可以方便處理食物上的問題。 也能提供一些訂餐上的服務，讓貴賓們有些方便的選擇~也可以跟一些店家配合讓來入住的貴賓也有些不一樣的選擇。

空間寬敞，放兩個行李箱都沒問題，床舒適好睡。最喜歡就是浴室跟廁所分離，房間還有小桌子可以用餐，唯一缺點就是垃圾桶太難用了😅

生活機能絕佳，大廳內部裝潢低調奢華，房間明亮舒適，唯一垃圾桶實在是太難用了，但服務人員真的很棒，如下回還有來旅遊我還是會再來住！！

這次是訂4人房入住2晚，這地點離臺北車站很近，走出去沒多遠就是新光三越，周圍吃東西也很方便，晚上也很安靜。2天的早餐餐盒都有稍微變換，工作人員也很親切。

台北駅から7～10分の場所にあり近くにコンビニ、マッサージ、レストランなど便利です。部屋は2人でやや狭いですがほとんど日中はいませんでしたので気にはなりませんでした。ホテルのスタッフはフレンドリーでやり取りはスムーズでした。１人日本語の堪能なスタッフがいます。親切な対応でした。フロントは2階ですが入り口がイタリアンレストランと同じでやや分かりにくいです。街歩き中心な旅行の方には良いホテルだと思います。

We stayed 6 nights at Hotel Relax II. The hotel is located near to Taipei Main Station at elevator exit Z4. Front desk staffs are helpful and friendly, there is complimentary coffee and tea services at lobby, free water refill , laundry services. Wifi connection is a bit weak during the stay, sometimes it is good. Location is great as it is walking distance to Ximending. Easy access to many place by public transport as well. Love their family room. It is very spacious. For standard double room, the room is a bit small. I will more prefer to stay at deluxe double room or family room for my future visit.

Hotel relax 2 Came in at 12pm. Was told room will be ready at 3pm. Gave me the room at 3.20pm. Went in and was very disappointed. Its bright, and thats about it. The tiny window shows nothing but the airconditioning system. The floor was filthy, mildly sticky and so much of stray dirt and hair. They do not clean rooms daily, only once every 3 days, but they will clear your rubbish and change towels at your request. The walls are discoloured and has user marks everywhere. Honestly, its not worth the price at all. Water pressure is EXCELLENT though. Reception is also very friendly and polite. I told them about the dirty floors and seemed like they did clean but the moment I entered, there was a long strand of hair in the middle of the floor. I mean, did they actually clean? I dont know. Amenities like water, coffee/tea, paid self service washing machine is available. The soundproofing is abit poor and everytime someone walks pass, i’ll be awakened. Overall, i would instead spend the extra for a better place.

• Taipei Main Station, follow the sign Shin Kong Mitsukoshi. • If you have a large luggages - use exit Z2, elevator there! • There is a map, provided near the coffee machine at the lobby - grab it and exploring nearby. • The water pressure is rather high - be careful of the shower head bounce back. • The room is perfect size for a couple - 25” and 20” luggage size. • There is electric heated bidet seat in room - no need to worry! • The staffs are friendly and helpful:) • FREE - 2 draught beers per room as a compliment at Tutto Fresco, from 08.30pm to 11.00pm. • The location is rated 10 for me because it’s easy to go everywhere.

Pro: Room is very cozy. Full amenity is provided in the room. Free coffee and tea machine at lobby. Wifi speed is good. Staff is extremely friendly. 24hr family mart is just opposite. Very convenient. Con: Hotel entrance a bit confusing for me. Maybe it’s because of the dark interior and the hotel logo pointing the “entrance” sign to opposite road. Tips: hotel lobby is not at ground floor. Need to take a lift up.

Due to the peak season, we could not book Deluxe Double Room for continuous nights, so we have to stay in Standard Double Room for one night then move to Deluxe Double Room for the next few nights. ~ Standard Double Room : the attached pictures tell the truth … the dirty chair, moldy air conditioning, moldy washbasin … this is the worst hotel room that I have ever stayed, it definitely not worth the room rate that I paid. ~ Deluxe Double Room : the condition is much much better, I just could not believe that both rooms are under the same hotel! ~ We paid extra for the breakfast. On their website, it said “Concerning about the Covid effection and dining safety, we provide breakfast a setting box for guests”, I assume the restaurant is resume back to normal, in fact, I still have setting box during our stay. (pic) ~ Being an environmental friendly hotel, room cleaning and bedding changing services are not available during our stay. Services of towel replacement, amenities replacement and garbage cleaning are available upon request. ~ The nearest Metro Station Exit is M5.

Single bed rooms are extremely small. The smell from bathroom drainage outlet is really really bad even the shower door has been close.The front deck staffs are polite and helpful ( not the girl who works morning the shift tho)

Nice location, around 5 mins walk to Taipei Station and 15 mins walk to Ximending. Lot's of 24hrs convenient stores near by hotel. Stayed 2 nights, rooms are comfortable, full equipped bathroom toiletries, free mini-bar with cokes and snacks. Nice hotel staff at Reception are nice and polite. There are few more Relax Hotels nearby, definitely will stay again in the future to Taiwan again.

I’m glad to come back here after the immigration reopened. Their price and location always the best in my thought. Environment and room facilities were great too. But anyway, I wish they will get some improvements on the sound insulation as it was very easy to hear the sound from nearby. Btw, the stay was not bad.

Convenience, nice decoration and friendly staff. Reasonable price and good enviorment protection but not enough rooms to fit for family trip. Also that lobby was located in 1/F which will need time to reach. Try to speed up the check in time to 1300 - 1400 which will be more convenicence for all traveler.

Tried Hotel Relax 1 and 3 previously and this one is my first time staying. Definitely will be prior preference for my future Taipei trip. Front desk staffs are helpful and friendly, love their complimentary coffee and tea service at lobby and there's launderette as well. Room is as per photo and it's spacious and bright. One thing which I think needs attention will be the floor corners of the shower area. Maybe needs a thorough scrubbing for the glass panels floor corners. Other than this, the rest are good. Location is near Taipei Main Station, about 5mins walk, and there's a huge mall next to hotel - 新光三越. Watson, Mcdonald's and Louis Coffee is just nearby and Ximending is about 15-20mins walk away. We stayed two nights at Hotel Relax II. The hotel is near Taipei Main Station at (elevator) Exit Z4. The room was nice and clean. The bed is soft. The bathroom was good. The milk tea was delicious. The breakfast was served in box. The coffee machine was good. The water machine is free to refill the water bottle. The staff were friendly and helpful.

We had a really pleasant stay at this beautiful hotel. Rooms are clean, breakfast perfect and personnel super friendly. We had the most comfortable beds and pillows of our stay in Taiwan! The hotel is conveniently located close to the main station and Taoyuan MRT. And with a lot of nice restaurants and shops nearby.

Relax hotel good impression and good services. Good facilities excellent. and best location. Morning breakfast more varieties and friendly. The receptionist friendly and very helpful. I'll be coming to taipei again.

At a five minute walk from the main station the location was excellent. I had a standard room which was quite small and having different levels was a bit strange - you had to step up into the bathroom and the bed area from the hallway, something to remember in the middle of the night. A nice varied breakfast buffet was a plus.

Booked 3 nights here in a Elite Twin room and was allocated a room on the highest floor, room 801. Happy with its size of 23sqm, however, the bathroom area seemed a little too small for comfort. Both window black out shades & internal sound proofing are very good as our room was right next to the elevator but we heard nothing at all! Twin beds were soft enough, pillows comes in both harder & softer versions, very thoughtful & comfy indeed!!! Room has a safe, water kettle, free coffee & tea. TV was the Sony brand, huge and has more than enough channels to keep you occupied, think maybe some 50 or so channels? A few are in English, too. Breakfast at the basement was from 7am daily, held in a cosy but very classy environment. Both food choices & food quality are pretty good for a Hotel of this price range, felt we have got our money's worth. Location, could not be any more central as you are literally surrounded by lots of eateries and a shopping mall, Shinkong Mitsukoshi department store. It even has a small supermarket and food court! The MRT subway is about a 6-8 mins walk while the Taoyuan Airport MRT station, an easy 7-8 mins walk. The High Speed rail station is also inside Taipei Station, hence, an easy 8-10 mins walk to this Hotel. A very good service provided at this Hotel is the list of famous Taiwan gifts available for sale with no transport costs added. Food like the famed Chia Te Pineapple Cakes can easily be ordered from Reception and picked up the very next day - saves you a long MRT ride and possibly, a queue for this delicacy. So be sure to order your Chia Te Pineapple Cakes early! Shortfalls of staying here are - our Elite Twin was facing the road, external sound proofing was good but not perfect for light sleepers like me. The bathroom being too small, has not enough space for you to hang clothes and lastly, there is only ONE mirror in the bathroom though there is a small, portable table top mirror for putting on make up (would prefer a longer and bigger mirror in the bedroom area though). Overall, after staying at many hotels in the same central area, this is one Hotel we would not mind returning to, again & again.

Ein zentrales Hotel mit freundlichem Personal. Die Zimmer sind allerdings wirklich winzig und die Sauberkeit lässt auch zu wünschen übrig. Es gab Schimmel im Bad und unterm Bett wurde wahrscheinlich noch nie sauber gemacht. Auch war trotz angeblich schalldichter Fenster viel Straßenlärm hörbar. Für 1-2 Nächte sicherlich okay, die sehr positiven Rezensionen sind für uns allerdings wenig nachvollziehbar.

地點方便，近捷運站，飯店對面就是全家，樓下有康是美。 服務人員有善有禮。 房間明亮，比想像寬趟，廁所乾濕分離，對習慣廁浴一體的會有些不習慣。房間提供煲水壺之外，還有保溫瓶，不想用水壺煮熱水可到大堂取水，保溫瓶保溫功能很好晚上裝的熱水，隔天出去玩完回來水還是溫熱的，不用怕沒熱水用。

Would not stay again. And the price was not that low either. Pros: - Location was very near Taipei Main Station, after exiting it is less than a 5 mins walk. There is also mcdonalds and uniqlo and lots of eateries nearby. - water dispenser and coffee machine available at the lobby - toilet has a bidet Cons: - Bed and pillows were not comfortable. The sheets felt plasticky and the pillow were very flat and do not provide enough support. - Room is not the cleanest. Some parts of the grout lines were dirty, and the fire escape pole is also clearly not cleaned. Felt itchy when i stayed there - Adding on to that, room service is only once every 3 days. On other days, if you want clean towels you need to tell the reception before 5pm. And it has to be a one to one exchange, they wouldn't give me extra towels! There is also only one toilet paper roll (most hotels would put an extra in the cupboard) and you have to ask for additional rolls from the reception. - shower was not working properly. the shower head from the mixer wouldn't stay in place if the water pressure is not high enough. As the tab was faulty, if the water is too low on the shower head, it would switch back to the tap! BUT if the pressure is high enough so that the water from the shower head, the shower head cannot stay in place on the holder and would spin around. i couldn't even shower comfortably - shower taps were peeling - laundry washer and dryer self service machines are available at a cost (other hotels we've stayed in taiwan allow use of them for free) - door doesn't close properly, need to pull it close to secure it - room is not the most spacious, opening luggage would block some part of the walk way - the wall sockets were very loose - our charger dropped down Edited to add - they gave complimentary beer coupons upon check in, but the timing that you could claim them was restrictive. for weekdays when we stayed it was 2-4pm in the afternoon only. As we were out and about most of the time, we didn't manage to utilise the beer coupon

The main benefit is that It's walkable from Taipei main station with many shopping and food outlets nearby. Room was crammed and a little dirty. The shower equipment was problematic (1. mixer wouldn't lock into shower head mode from faucet mode unless the water was on high pressure. 2. Shower head holder was loose and the shower head would fly off on its own when there was high pressure). There were also some patches of mold/dirt along the sink grout lines and along the main corridor. I felt a little itchy during my stay and woke up with red dots on my legs. They offer a free beer in their cafe downstairs but it's only claimable in restrictive timings so you may not get to try it if you have any day activities planned. Staff were generally polite and helpful. There's a water dispenser in a lobby and an instant coffee/tea station. Washing machines and dryers are available and chargeable.

A newly renovated hotel with friendly and helpful staff Lena who recommends popular dinning options to hotel guests. This hotel is located near Taipei Main Station with a lot of shopping malls around it with just 1 minute walk to one of the Xing Guang San Yue mall, underground shopping street and 15 minutes walk to Ximending. The hotel also has a corner which provides hotel guests free coffee / tea and self service laundry room.

入口が分かりにくいです。 ２階に受付があるのですが、１階からエレベータで上がる必要があります。 エレベータが２台あるのですが、１階では外から直接入れる車椅子用のエレベータと、レストランの入り口側のエレベータが壁で仕切られていて、最初はどちらを利用すればよいのか戸惑ってしまいます。 ２階には受付の他、コインランドリーやコーヒーメーカーがあります。 連泊する場合、３日おきにしか客室の掃除が行われないので、部屋のごみ箱がいっぱいになったら、２階ロビーにあるごみ箱に捨てるようになっています。 客室はそれほど狭くありませんでした。 シャワーは、水圧、温度は申し分ありませんが、蛇口とシャワーとを切り替えるボタンが固定できず、シャワー利用時には片手で切り替えのボタンを引っ張り続ける必要があったことが残念です。 Nearby activities: 台北駅に近いこと、また手軽に食事をとる場所が近くに多いことが魅力です。 特に、朝食を摂れるところ（イートイン、持ち帰り）が多いです。

入住、退房、領行李分別遇到三位不同櫃檯人員，每一位都親切友善。 Lobby須搭翡冷翠餐廳門口前方的電梯才能抵達，(經過若未留意可能會不小心錯過) 公共區很有設計感，有免費的咖啡機及飲水機，咖啡機有多種熱飲可選擇。 房間不算大(有點偏小)，但不至於壅擠,房間也乾淨。 浴室將淋浴間、馬桶、洗臉台以玻璃門隔開，雖空間稍小，但也較為便利，熱水溫度很穩定不會忽冷忽熱，水壓也夠強，美中不足的地方是，沒有適合放衣服的空間。 地理位置很優，距離Z4出口步行僅幾分鐘，正前方有便利商店，旁邊就有康是美，周邊也許多餐廳，入住提供的迎賓啤酒兌換券就在樓下的餐廳兌換，出示房卡房號還有九折優惠。 雖然空間不大，但整體入住感受覺得不錯，是會列入住宿名單的旅店。

Stayed for two nights. The hotel boasts a good location, with numerous small eateries within a 10-minute walk, providing convenient dining options. The toilet space, though small, is well-designed with separate cubicles for the shower and WC, making it suitable for our family of four. While clothes hangers were provided, additional hanging space would have been appreciated. The beds were comfortable. On a positive note, the hotel surprised us with a thoughtful touch – complimentary beer, which added to the overall experience. However, it's worth mentioning that the noise from the air conditioning unit was noticeable during the night. Despite a few minor considerations, our stay was pleasant, and the complimentary beer was a delightful addition.

Our stay here has been wonderful. Location is so accessible and convenient. The staff, especially Darren and Jenny are very accommodating. They also speak English well so we had no trouble with communication. You can stay at the hotel lobby conveniently where free milk tea and coffee drinks are provided. Amenities like microwave oven and washing machines can be used in the lobby. The room is clean, the bed and the sheets are comfortable. Overall, we are very happy with our stay.

Our experience staying with Hotel Relax 2 is great. The location is very accessible. The staff is very accommodating especially Darren and Jenny. The place is clean and beautiful with various amenities like laundry area and microwave oven. They also have a lot of freebies including coffee and hot milk tea. You can leave your luggage in their lobby even if you already checked out. They also lend us their umbrella since it rain unexpectedly. ❤️ Thank you very much and we will definitely come back to this hotel. Xièxiè!

Good location. Nice boutique hotel. Nice to have a sitting area with free coffee and tea.rooms are spacious (took the triple room) but i liked being near shops and train station. Note that this IS a boutique hotel, so not much amenities like swimming pool, etc (if that's what you require) Walkability: Its near to the metro and train station as well as the high speed rail station. Convenience in accessibility.

The location is excellent. The service is prompt and efficient. However there is another peoblem. Our room toilet and the shower are in 2 separate rooms far from each other, which was not very convenient. Also they each have a step into the room, which is a real hazzard we never got used to. Rooms: Our room layout is not ideal but sufficiently equipped. The step into the washroom is a hazzard.

위치는 정말 최고입니다. 메인역에서 가깝고 길만 익숙해지면 시먼까지도 가까워서 걸어서 자주 왔다갔다했습니다. 직원분 간단한 한국말하실줄 알아서 체크인때 한국말로 설명해주셔서 편했습니다. 3인실썼는데 룸에 커다란 테이블이 있어서 3박동안 잘 썼습니다. 다만 8층을 배정받았는데 창문밖에 바로 실외기가 여러대 있어서 진동때문에 깊은 잠을 못 잤습니다. 거리쪽 방을 배정 받으면 실외기가 없어서 조용할 것이니 거리쪽 방을 요청하세요. 공용 세탁기랑 전자렌지가 있어서 편하게 사용했습니다.

Hotel relax 2 is extremely well located and priced at a extremely affordable price point. Located near train stations, bus stops and convenience store: - family mart is directly opposite the hotel - 7-11 is 1 min walk from the hotel - train station is 5min walk from hotel Hotel relax 2's staff was also extremely professional and was prompt in fufilling any additional request we had (i.e. extra towels) Overall great stay, would definetly re-visit!

3泊した中で良かった点は、駅近で便利だったことと無料でコーヒーが飲めること。カフェラテなど種類がいくつかありました。星2の理由は3つあります。 ①毎朝8時くらいから機械音が鳴り響きます。止まらないです。結構大きい音なので、朝ゆっくり寝たい方にはおすすめできないです。 ②シャワールームの扉がしっかり閉まらない為、すぐ横にあるトイレや洗面所が水浸しになります。かなり気を使ってシャワーを浴びないといけませんでした。 ③部屋にゴキブリが出ました。スタッフにお願いし退治してもらいましたが、特にお詫びもなくさっと部屋を出て行きました。テーブルの下には死骸もありました。 次また泊まることはないと思います。

首先，這次入住707房四晚，一開始車不知道要停哪裡下行李有感到手忙腳亂，還好路邊有一小格位置可以暫停，做電梯到樓上大廳後服務人員態度很好，有問題都能馬上回應，講解也清楚。 地點：近台北車站、隔壁是南陽街、走一小段路就到西門町，買東西、用餐都很方便，旁邊就有停車場（每日最高＄250、有機械停車塔、休旅車也可停地下室），週邊景點也很豐富，要多走路就是了。 房間： 1.空間不算大但可以接受，這次住四人房，床邊走道能攤開三個行李箱，旁邊還有一個小桌可以坐滿四人，晚上睡覺時也沒有聽到什麼雜音，隔音性應該還算不錯。 2.床墊很有彈性、不會太軟、睡起來很舒適，枕頭有兩種可以自行選擇，個人喜歡扁的。 3.電視台數很豐富、不像有些飯店只有少少幾台畫面還很模糊。 4.房間天花板靠近衛浴的角落有下陷、靠窗邊位置有裂隙，冰箱旁吊衣服的位置太低只適合拿來放包包雜物。 5.冷氣回風口有卡灰塵，有潔癖的人可能沒辦法接受，其實拿布稍微擦一下就可以清掉了，希望房務人員可以處理。 浴室： 白色磁磚縫隙有黃垢（建議可用漂白水處理一下入住觀感會差很多）、淋浴間磁磚填縫有一整段的缺口、熱水量非常足夠但搭配的蓮蓬頭會飛起來，只能把水調最小，水量轉到最大時蓮蓬頭的頭還會被衝開、水從旁邊噴出來。 總體來說這次住房經驗還滿愉快，有一些硬體問題如果能改善就更棒了，如果不是很龜毛的人還滿推薦來住的。

3인 객실 묵었습니다. 객실 깔끔하고 수압 좋아요. 배수 문제없고 샤워필터도 이틀짼데 깨끗합니다. 객실청소는 격일로 하는데 수건은 카운터 가서 바꿔달라면 바꿔줍니다. 위치도 적당하고, 부모님 모시고 오기에 괜찮았습니다.

從高鐵站走地下街過去差不多10分鐘左右。這次入住標準雙人房，隔音稍微差一點，會聽到隔壁牆壁碰撞聲或走廊嬉鬧聲。房間乾淨整潔，浴室乾濕分離。大廳有咖啡機及飲水機可自由取用飲料，整體住宿體驗不錯，推～

”價錢更貴，房間更細“八個字係同一間酒店不同房形嘅感覺。book兩間房，一間双人，一間三人。三人房看了兩間，第一間因為洗手間馬桶冲水不停，所以換了另一間。第一間有條柱在房裏...第二間感覺更小。然後看房間size，看平面圖跟双人房竟是一橫一樣。三人房所有設計感不見了，變了十分平實。 整晚門外有説話聲，不時會有重物放下或拍到牆身的聲音，隔音 ... 旅樂序來台最少已入住了三遍，今次體驗最差。説句公道的，如果之前體驗不好也不會有第二第三遍。 不過這次之後很大可能沒有第四遍，就算有也不會訂三人間。 補充一下，每員工很有禮貌，這次得分低完全是硬件的問題。

2023年6月に2泊しました。 ベッドは広くて部屋も狭くはなく綺麗で満足。 ただ、2階の部屋だったのですが、配管を流れる水の音がうるさい。 あと、バスルームとの段差が高すぎて危険。 トイレはウォシュレット付き。 シャワーや洗面の水圧も強い。 トリートメントはないです。 ロケーションが便利なので、どこにでも行きやすい。 下記、注意。 帰りの便が朝早かったため、タクシーの予約を依頼。前払いと言われ、1400元（6000円くらい）をホテルに支払い。朝フロントに行くと、タクシーの予約時間は間違えてるし、タクシーに乗る時に運転手に領収書を見せて支払いしている旨伝えて乗ったのに、降りたらお金を請求された。連携が取れてなさすぎ。 ホテルに電話をして、運転手とホテルで話してもらって事なきを得たが、注意。 タクシー乗る方はホテルに予約してもらわずに、自分でタクシー拾った方がいいかも。 台北駅まで行けばタクシーいるはずです。

離北車很近，交通/步行/吃東西都方便 從地下z4出口上來，步行到新光三越 直走一段路，看到翡翠義式餐廳就到了 入口隱密，有畫大大手指 搭電梯按 L (大廳) ，辦理 Check in （提早到的話，行李可先寄放櫃檯） 歡慶10週年，有送黑色購物袋 房型 ：經典雙人房 雙人床，羽毛被枕，躺起來超舒服 房內冷氣超冷，晚上很好睡 桌上有附很多小餅乾+茶，很貼心 充電插座到處有，超讚的啦！ 浴室/廁所（偏單人浴室間） 玻璃門，淋浴，高台階 優點： 上山採藥洗沐乳，味道很舒服 馬桶是免痔馬桶（個人很愛） 屁屁舒服，不會著涼 還附懶人洗屁屁服務，我喜番 缺點： 蓮蓬頭要手拿，無法掛著淋浴啊 沒有附止滑墊，洗完澡出來，很滑 台階高低落差大，對兒童與長者不友善 整體來說，環境乾淨整齊，隔音ok 交通非常方便，離北車捷運，西門町都近 對觀光客來說，是間不錯的選擇

customer service is good, recommend for long stays. it’s convenient for travelling around taipei. shopping malls, convenient stalls, and food store are all around the corner.

The hotel is conveniently located a few minutes walk from the main station. Both the staff I've interacted with were polite, friendly and helpful. The room itself was large, the bed was comfortable and for the most part was clean. The showerhead and the inside of the shower door needed more cleaning as it was still quite dirty. While the room was spacious, there wasn't too much room around the bed to get in and out of. The bathroom was a bit cramp, especially at the basin. Overall a pretty good stay and if for a cheaper price I'd definitely stay here again, it was a bit expensive for what you pay for.

What can I say!! I wasn't expecting much from this hotel, but with the friendly service and the welcoming gifts they gave, I was very grateful! Location is definitely convenient. Below there’s a 24 hours Mc Donald and the place is near Taipei Main Station for easy access to public transportation ( HSR & Train MRT, Buses). You can also store your luggage (big or small) 3 days before check-in and 3 days after check-out which was very convenient if you are planning to make a day trip with a small luggage. Walkability: Taipei Train Station 3 mins

Fantastic location. Short walk from Taipei Main station and surrounding with several food options. Free flow milk tea in the cafe. Only wish to hv more mirror in the room (room type i stay was only 1 small mirror in bath room). Overall very friendly service. Would stay here again!

Good value for the price. Clean, centrally located, helpful staffs. Free coffee and tea and a microwave in the lounge. The no window room is (of course) a bit stuffy, but large and well appointed. Overall highly recommended.

The place is very near to train station and is convenient for travel. Hotel room is spacious and good for couple. Customer service is good and friendly too. But the toilet tap design is not good cause water to leak a bit. Other than that , is a good hotel to stay and price is also affordable. Rooms: Room is spacious and good. WARNING 不推薦 -住的是11樓的三人房 -入住時間off peak season pre-summer 很少特地到google留言comment 房間問題1: 入住的房間臭，有股「壓」味 房間問題2: 冷氣問題，到了凌晨三四點，空調一直發出鋼筆滾rolling的吵聲 房間問題3: 房間極度透光，嚴重影響睡眠（看照片分別為凌晨4am 和 7:30am） 房間問題4: 可能是和其他公司share一個大廈，那種商業大廈，從7am就一直有巨響 房間問題5: 整體房價隔音很差，根本讓人休息不了，連走廊有人走路，講話也聽的清清楚楚 *房間問題6: 基於1至5，準備早退，去另外一間，在整理房間時，發現被子裏面竟然有一隻蟑螂 ！！！我就說昨晚怎麼會有東西在腳旁邊！！ Horrific experience 剩餘的一星，是因為和酒店前台講，把另外一晚的錢退還。

交通方便，附件飲食也方便。 房間整潔，環境不吵鬧。 用品皆有提供，且備有小零食。 是車站附近住宿的好選擇。

初めて利用しましたが、立地もよくとても綺麗でした。また利用したいです。

ゴールデンウィーク後半に3泊しました。同じグループの他の店舗は泊まったことありますが、こちらはやや外見は目立ちにくいですが、夜の11時近くの到着でも問題なくわかりました。スタッフの方も親切でした。最初から朝食はついてましたが、弁当スタイルで追加料金払うならなくてもいいかな。1番の欠点は壁の薄さで隣の音は結構聞こえましたが、アクセスや値段との総合評価はかなり良かったです。

We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Relax. It’s location right across from the main station. is very convenient and we were able to walk to many of our preferred destinations. We had easy access to the MTR for longer outings. Lots of great restaurants and shops in the area. One of the strongest features is the hotel is extremely clean and well-maintained and the staff were very responsive for any questions or assistance. Another strength is they have a great coffee and espresso machine, and the Bento style breakfast, which we order to be included in our room rate was excellent We will definitely be happy to return for another stay at this hotel!

Hotel staff didn't want to help me accept courier delivery which was cash on delivery even though I already prepared the cash needed. Hotel staff didn't inform me there's a coin laundry on the 11th Floor until I ask a few days later. When I ask if there's a designated smoking area within the hotel grounds I was told there was none and asked to smoke at level 1 when instead on level 11 there's a balcony where you can smoke. Room cleanliness was okay until I discovered the aircon area which has a small partition has black mold all over the area which was quite hidden. Fell sick throughout the stay and only saw it on my last 2nd day of my trip. Went to the counter and the hotel staff only told me oh I will help you feedback. HUH?! you guys are the counter staff what do you mean help me feedback to who?! No follow up after the complain made nothing was done. Horrible staff attitude. Never going to stay at this place ever again despite the good location.

我跟我丈夫剛到台北旅遊，第一次來到這所旅館，入住309室兩晚。雖然它沒有豪華的外表，但房間寬敞，特別要讚的是洗手間設施，除了淋浴外，還有浴缸，旁有一塊可拉高的簾，供你一邊泡浴缸，一邊看電視。房內設有一張一般酒店沒有的小飯桌，可讓住客舒適地邊吃邊看電視，而king size的床褥軟硬適中，很舒服。 最要點讚的就是員工誠懇熱心的服務。事源我這次發生了一件小插曲:因不小心遺留了一件物件，且已坐飛機回港。想不到抵港時收到旅館的電郵，說我漏了物件，我跟枱前的張小姐聯繫後，她馬上答應會代辦寄還這物件給我，所以要再次在此多謝Sora Chang小姐和負責打掃房間的那位小姐／先生。

The hotel occupies the 10th and 11th floor of a building. The rooms were great and breakfast bentos were provided every morning. I absolutely loved how there was a coffee and tea machine for everyone's use at the lounge area right beside the reception. The nearest train station was just a 2-min walk away.

離台北車站不遠，附近也蠻方便的，一出來就有超商和不少餐廳。整體的居住品質也很不錯，服務也是，價錢又合理，推薦～

2023/4/5我的家人入住該飯店，因小女兒是最後離開的，飯店竟要求要檢查完房間才能走，這種無理的行為竟然會出現在連鎖旅館，你們旅館都有這樣的規定嗎？ 旅館的回覆是針對所有的旅客都會檢查，真是讓我大開眼界了。

2023年3月に2泊。 日本人視点でのレビューです。 基本的に極めてコスパの良いホテルと感じました。 ●良い点 ・台北駅から歩いてちょっと、かつ周辺に飲食・買い物が揃っている立地 ・台北駅だけではなくMRT台大醫院駅も近い。シンプルな駅なので、かえってここからのアクセスのほうが良かったりする。西門駅も徒歩圏。九份行き965バス停も徒歩5分ほど ・広くはないが必要なものは揃っている部屋 ・清潔で紙が流せてウォシュレットの付いているトイレ ・エアコン、冷房だけでなく暖房があるのが地味にありがたい ・親切なフロント（日本語が理解できる方はいたりいなかったり） ・ど真正面にファミリーマート。水を頻繁に買う必要がある台湾ではとても便利 ・チェックイン前・後の荷物預かりも快く引き受けてくれる ・二二八和平公園すぐ近く。朝の散歩が気持ちいい ●イマイチな点 ・朝食は微妙。朝食ビュッフェは休止中で、弁当を配布する形になっている。 まずいわけではないが、サンドイッチやパンケーキで「台湾に来てなぜこれを朝に食べているのだろう？」と思ってしまう。 プランで朝食有り・無しが選べるなら、無しにして周辺のお店で食べるのも手。 美味しくて安い店が近所に揃ってます ・部屋によってはトイレとシャワーが一緒。仕切りもきっちりしているとは言い難い。 （トリプルの部屋は完全別室） ・部屋からの景色は無いも同然 ・ルームキーカード一枚。二枚あると便利なんだけどなー ・シャワールームにバスタブなし。このクラスに求めるほうが間違っているけれど ・（ホテルのせいではないが）ホテル前の通りがドブ臭い フルサービスのホテルでラグジュアリーに！　日本語スタッフ常勤が当たり前だよね！　という人が泊まるホテルではないです。 台湾観光の拠点として、ホテルは荷物置いてぐっすり寝られればOK！　海外旅行なんだからカタコト國語・英語や翻訳アプリで頑張るよ、という人には最高ですね。

這次入住的是1012四人房型（原本訂三人房免費升級），房間整體算乾淨，空間也很大，房內還有兩張單人沙發要幫小孩餵奶滿方便也好坐，空調夠冷，床軟硬適中還不錯睡。另外還有提供嬰兒澡盆跟小凳子可以幫小baby洗澡算滿貼心的，每個人都有配兩顆枕頭（共8顆），剛好可以用來擋住床尾跟床邊的牆壁以防止小嬰兒 受傷，以飯店位置的便利性跟設備服務來說這個價格CP值很不錯 可改進部分： 1.廁所可能是因為少開窗，所以浴室牆角有一些明顯小霉斑，完美主義潔癖者慎入。 2.浴室有兩個小掛鉤掛衣服，但沒有置衣架有點小可惜。 除此之外其他都很棒，希望飯店看到旅客們的建議與鼓勵可以繼續精進加油

Great location, right at Taipei Main Station, across from Mitsukoshi and Starbucks, right above a McDonalds and Sushiro. Good value for price, important to manage expectations. Room is basic, can be a little small. Window was in the bathroom. Little bit mouldy. Entrance elevator is shared with all the other businesses in the same building. Stayed one night before moving on to Hualien, April 2023.

The location is easily accessible to the metro station as well as the night market location at ximending. Staff was friendly and approachable especially Mr Darren for providing an extra mile service by recommending food and places to visit. I would highly recommend my friends and family to stay here if they visit Taipei. We also look forward to come back again soon. However we hope that the hotel WIFI speed can be improve on our next stay. :)

Lobby的設計感很令人驚艷， 公用設施： 超級齊全，有洗衣和烘衣機、洗碗槽、微波爐，還有咖啡機♥️旁邊的桌椅也很令人放鬆，可以從高樓俯瞰北車附近。 房內： 一進門就有微微沉澱的香味（感覺是茶花香氣），令人心曠神怡♥️ 還有準備滿滿一籃小零食，怕我們餓到一樣 ，真的好溫馨幸福唷！ 另附有防盜系統的箱子，也有軟軟的羽毛枕，讓我們睡到自然醒！ 浴室： 最喜歡的是上山採藥的沐浴乳！！！味道超好聞♥️♥️清晨晨露的淡淡花香，忍不住放棄自己帶的洗沐用品，拿他們提供的沐浴乳來洗臉洗澡，另外洗髮精是清爽的山茶花味唷！ 地板還有乾濕分離，馬桶蓋是智慧型的，微溫微溫，讓屁屁不會著涼♥️超貼心！ 早餐： 我們在Agoda上選擇有附早餐的方案（也有沒附早餐的方案唷！）早餐送上來超豐富！有養生的蒸地瓜、生菜沙拉、薯餅、水果，還有一天的活力來源主食（會隨星期幾而有所變化唷！）我們的早餐是三明治♥️♥️吃超飽的！ 附近生活機能： 樓下直接麥當勞&藏壽司！ 斜對面新光三越！ 另一側對面還有居酒屋！

未到早上8點突然開始被轟轟聲嚇醒，持續響了5分鐘後發現不對勁，致電櫃台詢問，櫃台之回應為：是大樓的機器運作。 我：是每天還是突發？櫃台：幾乎每天。 我：持續多久？櫃台：到晚上8點。 這到我不對勁了，真的請貴公司在訂房時要主動說明耶，我沒有先做好每天8點起床的規劃，我接下來不得不經歷兩個早上8點 我好羨慕留言上說很安靜的人，這個巨響真的不是開玩笑的。 一開始以為是火災，但開門後發現外面沒人跑來跑去也沒有廣播，心想或許是有什麼機器啟動，如果是5分鐘內也算了，櫃台告知要響12小時是真的嚇爛我，而且一直以來都會這樣，還跟我說再反應大樓？我就希望我退房前貴公司可以反應成功

我帶兩個孩子在這裡住了一個多禮拜了，我們喜歡這裡的明亮、溫暖，住起來很有家的感覺，床舖枕頭都很好睡、附近交通便利、購物吃飯選擇眾多，最重要的是，我和孩子有一張夠大的桌子，可以工作、讀書、吃飯，跟孩子的距離都拉近了! 還有服務人員個個都很親切，盡量滿足旅客需求，在這住了一個多禮拜，還沒聽到過客服說NO的時候，很高興找到這麼好的飯店。

새벽2시-3시사이 도착, 새벽 직원분 매우 매우 친절하시구 설명도 영어로 잘해주셨음. 수건은 전화나 카운터로 이야기하면 교환해주심. 수건 카운터로 교환하려고 가지고 내려갔더니 낭패봄 ㅋㅋ 수압무지좋구 나름 깨끗함. 방 크기는 배정마다 다르겠지만 캐리어 두개펼치면 없음 티비 25번 122번인가 한국프로나옴 3개정도 있는듯한데 하난 대만어로 더빙ㅋㅋ 위치도 좋구 20미터 거리에 편의점도 있슘 마사지샾도 바로앞에 있던데 전에갔던곳가서 어떤지는 모르겠음 1층 맥주집 맥주쿠폰 받았는데 못가봄 ㅠㅠ 일요일되니 대만mz들오던데 나름 핫한가봄..

it's at a convenient location, just a 5 mins walk to the metro station and department store. there are lots of small food stall and shops nearby, a personal care shop right next to it and family mart at the opposite. easy to get most things during the trip. the staff were friendly and helpful! upon check-in they handed in a souvenir ordering form to us and could arrange next day delivery. we love this service so we don't need to struggle to look for the pineapple cakes. it's a very little price up but completely acceptable to be honest. the only complaint i've is the corner of the room has mold/ dirt that looked really concerning (see the photo). hope they'd have time to check it and clear it.

訂四人房，空間舒適滿大的，熱水很充足最讚的是地段佳，去西門町或臺北火車站都很方便！ 美中不足的地方是隔音不好，樓上的ㄎㄧㄥㄎㄧㄥ空空會聽的到。

We stayed 6 nights at Hotel Relax II. The hotel is located near to Taipei Main Station at elevator exit Z4. Front desk staffs are helpful and friendly, there is complimentary coffee and tea services at lobby, free water refill , laundry services. Wifi connection is a bit weak during the stay, sometimes it is good. Location is great as it is walking distance to Ximending. Easy access to many place by public transport as well. Love their family room. It is very spacious. For standard double room, the room is a bit small. I will more prefer to stay at deluxe double room or family room for my future visit.

Rooms: 시설이 깔끔하고 좋았으나 방음이 잘 안되는게 단점 옆방을 잘 만나면 괜찮을 것 같아요

地點好，近北車，房間雖然小，但整潔度不錯，剛好有活動入住送兩杯生啤！

到達台北機鐵站後行向地下街Z2出口有電梯上地面好方便。出去玩行去捷運M8出口只須幾分鐘，上落有自動電梯啱晒我。 我選Deluxe twin 有餐枱兩張坐椅，電視下有櫃放東西，浴缸潔淨 花灑水壓可以再大些，牆身有水垢，去水力弱小問題。 Lobby有水機咖啡機幫我慳返唔少錢。 隔音空調都好好，這次入住係我住台北cp值最高酒店，Relax 2 真係好relax 。

저의 대만 첫여행 어디든 이동하기 좋은 메인역 근처로 잘한것 같아요. 예약하기전 전 객실에 창문이 있고 히터가 잘 작동 된단 점이 맘에 들었습니다. 주말이 껴있어 가격이 올랐지만 이용하기엔 좋은 호텔입니다 Food & drinks: 숙박일에 맞춰 맥주 쿠폰을 주셨으나 여행하기 바빠 이용은 못했어요 감사했습니다

Do not stay here! Let’s start with how there’s mold all over the walls in the room, which is disgusting and a health concern. Saying there’s wifi at this hotel should be considered false advertising as you can only get wifi if you’re standing in the hallway right beside the modem. We ended up having to use our data every day. The shower looks like it hadn’t ever been cleaned, the shower head holder was as good as broken, only held the head to right so you’re showering against the shower door the whole time. The toilet was leaking. And as another reviewer mentioned, getting a towel from N*****a was like pulling teeth, we had to do a 1:1 exchange just to get another towel! Which there is only 1 spot to hang a towel so good luck. Overall, this place was terrible. Good luck trying to relax here!

Hotel relax 2|Came in at 12pm. Was told room will be ready at 3pm. Gave me the room at 3.20pm. Went in and was very disappointed. Its bright, and thats about it. The tiny window shows nothing but the airconditioning system. The floor was filthy, mildly sticky and so much of stray dirt and hair. They do not clean rooms daily, only once every 3 days, but they will clear your rubbish and change towels at your request. The walls are discoloured and has user marks everywhere. Honestly, its not worth the price at all. Water pressure is EXCELLENT though. Reception is also very friendly and polite. I told them about the dirty floors and seemed like they did clean but the moment I entered, there was a long strand of hair in the middle of the floor. I mean, did they actually clean? I dont know. Amenities like water, coffee/tea, paid self service washing machine is available. The soundproofing is abit poor and everytime someone walks pass, i’ll be awakened. Overall, i would instead spend the extra for a better place.

This hotel is very accessible. It is very near the main station of Taipei (walking distance). Just infront of Family Mart and there is a 7eleven nearby also. MC Donalds and Starbucks is also walking distance. And there is a lot of local shops selling local foods nearby. Excellent staff. And most importantly coffee and tea is 24 hours. And it is free. They also have a self service laundry by the lobby. Very comfortable and cozy.

It's a very good and comfortable hotel. The receptionist is very nice. We have a good experience over here.

Nice hotel in a convenient location! Close to Taipei main station which gives you access to the HSR and MRT including airport line. It’s also fairly close to night markets and a lot of other attractions.

位置方便，出入西門町15分鐘路程，房間整潔

Rating is relative to the price. Small rooms but big enough, and has everything you need from accommodation. Shampoo and body wash provided in the shower. Basic toothbrush and safety razor. Fridge. Japanese toilet seat. Shower is fine. Water, tea, coffee provided via lobby. Reception very friendly. Only complaint is the wifi is unreliable. Lobby wifi was the best experience. Location is very central.

Walkability: Easy walk to Taipei Station. Food & drinks: Lots of food options in the area.

Very good location that is within 10min walk from Taipei main station. Stayed here for a few times and the rooms were always bright and clean. Staff were also very friendly and helpful as always. Will be back again!

Special shout out to Darren, the receptionist on night duty! Rented a car and enquired about the parking spaces available around to tide thru the night. He asked what time I was going to return and be actually was on standby throughout the night, waiting for me to return and bring me to a parking lot in person. Hotel may not be 5 star but service from the staff is definitely 5 stars in my opinion! Will definitely return again! First time staying in Hotel Relax 2. Checked in on 31 December 2023 afternoon. Two receptionist staffs were so friendly, patiently explain to us things we need to know. Served us with good manner Loved their facilities like laundry corner, water dispenser, hot drinks dispenser with coffee, tea and disposable cup provided for guests There’s two male staffs so impressed us, one of them was the one we approached him on 1 January 2024 night, the other one was the one we approached him on 5 January 2024 night Beside the Horse Head outside our room made me so uncomfortable, the rest we are totally feel good. Great location, near 新光三越, so can walk back to hotel from 台北车站大厅(西3门), no need to worry even if you’re going back late. Love the Hotel facilities as well, self-serve 24HRS laundry service avail @ the lobby with laundry capsules & coin changing service available via Lobby counter, water dispenser & coffee machine with milk tea & hot milk available with paper cups, plastic cover & cup sleeves as well & tea bags & soap/shampoo packets oso available to take/top-up @ the same area as well

A great yet luxury feel hotel. You won't get hungry while staying here. From local food to international food. A shopping mall is very close to the hotel. Totally feel safe and basic amenities are provided too.

overall we are pleased with this hotel be it the hotel staff and the facilities. They provide free flow of coffee/tea at lobby , drinking water (hot and cold), washing machine and dryer each cost 50twd. hotel is 5mins walk to taipei main station. right opposite the hotel is the family mart and less than 1min walk to cosmed and watson. about 3 mins walk to macdonald. Rooms: the room has everything but the shower area is rather small. the hot running water at the washing bay is too small. due to sustainability, they only provide one time of housekeeping (we stayed for 4 nights and they did housekeeping on the 3rd day) but they only change the bedsheets and refill toiletries. they did not clean the floor and wash the shower area. we stayed at the 8th floor which is the highest floor and it’s quiet. Nearby activities: no much eatery and shopping areas around the hotel which is a bit of disappointment.

酒店房間很大渠臭味，非常侷促 衛生不理想，床邊佈滿灰塵，浴室邊很多發霉 而且住2樓的關係，整晚都聽到樓上很大沖涼水聲 除了位置比較方便，價錢不算便宜 性價比低，不推 唯一讚的櫃檯人員非常有禮

Strategic location, very close to Taipei Main Station from Z4 exit for people with big luggage. Plenty eateries nearby including Family Mart opposite the hotel. Uniqlo is on the same block. Very recommended stay in Taipei.
