◈For reservations lasting five nights or more, a 50% cancellation fee (equivalent to 30% of the total amount) will be imposed if the cancellation is made five days prior to the intended arrival date. Similarly, no refund will be provided if the cancellation is made just one night before the scheduled arrival.

◈For bookings spanning 30 nights or more, a 50% deduction from the deposit (equivalent to 30% of the total amount) will be applied in case of a cancellation made five days before the planned arrival. Moreover, no refund will be granted if the cancellation is made on the night prior to the expected arrival date.
