😀 - Es war praktisch, 101 war in der Nähe von dem Hotel. 😞 - Das Hotel hat gerade vor kurzem einen anderen Besitzer gewechselt, so dass der Name des Hotels noch nicht erneuert. Wir konnten nicht das Hotel finden, nach eine lange Zeit hatten wir endlich gefunden. Die Einrichtungen waren schon überfällig… Es wurde Computer als menschliche Personal….

😀 - The location was very close to the venue where my event was to be held. The staff was quite helpful too. 😞 - The hotel looks nothing like the photos they have posted here. So don't expect anything to look or feel that new, or clean. The room was clean (I assume).but basic. It wasn't very clean or well maintained, and the elevator smelt musty. I stayed only for 3 nights, so I decided to stay on since I had already made the payment. Also note that the maps will direct you to a back alley way which leads to the hotel..it happened to me and my friend who arrived after me. I was quite worried when the cab driver parked by the road and pointed into an alley... I made him find another road to the front end of the hotel. Since the same thing happened to my friend, I think it's because the hotel isn't correctly marked on these maps

We need to pay NT200 for early check in at 2 pm. Requested for the receipt and was told no receipt to be given. One of the night when we went back to the hotel and realised that 2 rooms at the same floor were opened. Due to safety reason, we informed the receptionist and were told that they are doing housekeeping and she questioned us back 怎么了in a impolite tone. There were also mosquitoes in the room. We will never stay in this hotel again with such poor customer service and uncomfortable environment. the address numbering as it not in sequence as it spell out No 15 -2, Sec 2 KeeLung Rd like the main road unit number. You need to go to behind small road in order to locate it.

A great choice, especially considering the location and the price. The staff were always polite and helpful. Rooms were small but cosy, and very clean with comfy beds. And the hotel is in a great location on a quiet back street, right near a Family Mart and a short walk the Taipei 101 and the metro station, and lots of food places.

Don't expect much out of this hotel. It's functional and has basic amenities and facilities. Location is good, a little close to 'local' culture and about 8 mins walk to the MRT Don't use the official address when you tell the cab Drivers. It is actually BEHIND the building. Staff were friendly and professional.

The good point was mainly the location. It was really close to Taipei 101, the food court, other places to eat & the MRT. The bed was comfortable & the shower was hot. There were also a few decent English language TV channels which was a bonus. However, there were Mosquitoes in my room so I got bitten A LOT, housekeeping was a bit poor. There was a hair on the sink when I arrived which was still there when I left a week later as well as a few other small things. Walls were quite thin so noise from outside & ajacent rooms was disturbing. Luckily I had earplugs. Very firm pillows too.

When i planned to visit Taipei, hotels prices were quite expensive. That hotel was the cheapest one. I booked it but didin't expect it will be good like that. So close to taipei 101, just 3 mins walking. The was realy good with its quite diffent design. I was really happy with my choice.

Hotel is a good location near 101 MRT and of course Xinyi road and 101. Hotel is clean but small. Staff were nice and helpful. The hotel kept the pre-authorisation amount for a while after the reservation. I had to phone them to cancel it with the bank. Its been a week the money still isnt clear in my account. So i in essence am still down 2,500NT. Not cool. They said they will just leave it to the bank? Had to demand a manual cancellation.

Good central location in Xinyi, Rooms pretty small. Value for money, and staff helpful. Note there is no breakfast but plenty of places around, including night market. No Parking. Room cleaning was a bit variable.

Very polite and professional reception desk lady. She helped us a lot with checking in (like looking after our luggage before checkin, no real check in room for luggage, it was just left in the small lobby area) directions to places around the hotel. Overnight hotel staffer was also very good, when we asked him for an extra blanket in the middle of the night, around 2am. Breakfast was ok, it was McDonalds every day. Very close to Taipei 101, area's subway system, shopping and restaurants.

The hotel is very outdated and looks rundown, it is time for the management to invest in some renovations to prevent the hotel from being lost in time. NEVER EVER stay in room 101, unless you want to be on the ground floor next to the noisy lobby and public toilet. Breakfast is provided at the coffee house next door which can be a problem if it is raining. Though closeby Taipei 101 which is the ONLY major benefit of this hotel, AVOID THIS HOTEL UNTIL RENOVATIONS ARE DONE.

I stayed in HolyPro for 5 days, for business. The hotel is perfectly located 2 minutes walk from Taipei 101, the Convention Centre or the World Trade Centre. The people at the desk are very nice and helpful. The hotel is quiet, not too big (about 35 rooms). Not too expensive too. The rooms are small but the bathroom is large. No view through the window unfortunately. Free wifi, working well. I recommend this hotel.

Stayed here for 3 nights with colleagues, great location within walking distance of 101 and plenty of shopping and eateries close by. Rooms were very small but clean with everything you need, free wifi is included, breakfast is taken at a nearby coffee shop and is perfectly adequate. The only downside is that the walls of the rooms are paper thin and on a couple of occasions was woken up by rowdy guests next door.

The best selling point of this hotel is its location. So close to Taipei 101, it is only about 150m away! and it has taipei 101 view. i couldn't ask for more. All hotels in taipei seem to be overpriced, so i cant complain about the rate charged by this hotel. It was still cheaper compared to other hotels in the vicinity. This hotel is located in an alley hidden behind main buildings. Look for TGI Fridays. This hotel is located somewhere behind it. The room is quite small, it has coffee making facility and flat screen TV. Be impressed by the glowing ceiling when you turn off the lights. You'll see a nice view of aquatic life while you lie on your bed before going to sleep. The bathroom has a spa bathtub large and very comfortable enough for relaxing after a long walk in the city. Essential bathroom amenities, toiletries are provided. For breakfast i was given a coupon for a nearby cafe a short walk from the hotel. At first i thought it was a hassle but then i found the cafe is close by and the ambience is great, much better than taking breakfast inside a hotel restaurant as you can see people go about their activities in the morning. The breakfast option was limited but it had all i wanted for breakfast. Free wifi is available. The receptionist speaks very little english but very humble and friendly. She even helped me with the direction to Elephant mountain.

I am not sure if I would stay here again because overall, the price they charge you is so much more than the quality of stay. It would be a good choice if it was cheaper. It is just seven minutes on foot from the metro station, Taipei 101, and Taipei World Trade Center so the location is great if your purpose of visit is meeting clients in the area or other business related to the area. The deluxe room was reasonably clean and the bath tub was nice after a long day of walking around. The staff barely spoke english so that was a minus.

I stayed there for leisure as a solo traveller in May 2013, attracted by its inexpensiveness via a hotel booking website. It was a terrible stay. First, the location was difficult to find by the taxi driver, and is located a long walk from the closest subway station. Secondly, there were long strings of hair on my pillow upon check in, disgusting. Third, the room had no blankets, only a bedspread. Even upon request, the reception staff said they do not supply blankets in their hotel, only bedspreads. Fourth, the shower head in the bathroom was leaking in a major way. Fifth, during my five nights' stay, not once was my room vacuumed, even upon request. Sixth, the included breakfast composed of a cup of instant coffee and a malnourished-looking prepackaged sandwich. The only positive aspect was the cordial receptionists. In summary, this establishment was worth only one to two stars, not the four stars it claims. Definitely not value for money. I will not return to this establishment again.

We stayed at this hotel during a conference and did some sightseeing in the area. The location is fantastic, though it is tucked into an alley lane, and sometimes the taxi drivers have a tough time finding it. Before you come, have the hotel send you an email with instructions on how to get there -- that way you can print it out and give it to the taxi driver. The rooms were clean and cozy -- actually a little bigger than we imagined (we've stayed in some pretty small rooms!) The hotel is only a few short blocks to Taipei 101 as well as the Taipei International Convention Centre. What really made the experience so great was the owner/manager, who was very friendly and attentive. She helped us arrange tours and taxis; and provided suggestions on the best way to get around (MTR vs taxi vs walking.) She works very hard, her English is good (way better than my Chinese!) and we always felt we could count on her and her staff to help us out when we needed anything.

Había reservado 10 noches en este hotel y a la segunda me tuve que ir. Me podéis llamar escrupuloso pero tengo pánico a las cucarachas. El primer dia ví una en la recepción e hice la vista gorda. El segundo dia tenía una par de ellas corriendo por encima de mi ropa en la maleta. Baje a la recepción y me reconocieron que estaban luchando intensamente contra una plaga. Me ofecieron un 30% de descuento (la habitación son 150 euros) pero no pude aceptar.
Chambre sans fenêtre, prestations loin du concept d'une résidence ou d'un"hôtel"

Ne choisissez pas la chambre pour 4 pers, elle n'a pas de fenêtre. La seule vue sur l'extérieur de la chambre était une sortie de secours qui a été cloisonnée. Malgré la fine couche de cloison, on entend tout le bruit dans la rue, notamment du vigile du parking du building d'à côté en train de discuter, les scooters se garer le long du trottoir duquel la chambre est très proche. Petit déjeuner inclus certes, qui vous oblige à aller au Mr Brown Café situé à 2 pas de l'hôtel. Pas de choix dans le petit déj si ce n'est qu'entre 2 sandwiches à l'américaine et un jus de fruit, un café ou un thé... Ce n'est pas un petit déjeuner au sein de l'établissement. Les réceptionnistes manquent de sérieux et ne sont pas dignes de réceptionnistes d'un établissement hôtelier. Pas de solution aux problèmes, pas de possibilité d'arranger le client prêt à payer un surplus pour avoir un service plus rapide (par exemple, le pressing. Il vous faudra attendre 72h pour avoir vos vêtements rendus propres, mais ne comptez pas à ce qu'ils soient repassés.... ils sont rendus casi froissés.... comble d'un pressing! Le prix d'une nuit est équivalent à celui d'une VRAIE chambre dans un hôtel 4* avec des services classiques mais de qualité.

Если у вас дела в выставочном и/или конференционном центре Тайпей 101, а жить в Hyatt - дорого, то HolyPro отличный выбор. Рекомендую бизнес номер, нормальная площадь и гидромассажная ванная. На ресепшне стоио кофе машина, можно пользоваться когда захочется. В номере чайник и чашки. 2 LCD телика и холодильник. У отеля нет своей кухни, завтраки в кафе рядом оч посредственного качества. Напротив отличный тайский ресторанчик (если попросить приготовить без специй, то еда не будет острой). Рядом аналог 7eleven.

這大概是有生以來最差勁的房間(沒錯！是用房間形容，而不是旅館)。一個晚上2500元新台幣，住到一個滿是發霉、毫無隔音、噪音不斷的空間！先說房間整體溼氣重、角落都是黴、電視充滿灰，Oh~My God!!!這到底是甚麼環境啊！老舊的開關、小小浴缸加上馬桶等於廁所，幹嘛不乾脆打掉浴缸，媽的差點摔死去投胎！然後那個房間的震動噪音是啥拉，冷氣還空調要掉下來了是不是，更厲害的來了！所有電源都關了噪音還是在！崩潰啊！崩潰啊！崩潰啊！

優點是離地鐵站算近 (101/世貿站) 走路約5min到，離世貿一館、101很近，飯店位置尚可。但隔音不好，且清潔人員會在半夜時整理房間，關門很大聲都會被吵醒! 且我們住的那間樓下似乎是餐廳，一大早就會聽到切菜的聲音... 下次不會再選擇這間飯店，覺得這樣價格的飯店可以選到更優的!

北上旅遊入住2夜，小朋友第一天在浴室跌倒頭縫了六針，服務人員當天僅協助叫救護車爾後未主動協助任何流程處理，也未告知是否投保公共意外險，主動詢問後才斷斷續續告知相關流程，且每位服務人員告知的內容都不一致，造成顧客申請手續上的麻煩。建議店家應考量每位客人的安全，盡快改善地板安全。

離捷運站有點距離，搭公車比較方便。不過距離101及週邊鬧區很近，算是滿方便的。不過house keeping不夠確實，check in完進房間，滿地的頭髮。隔晚6點回飯店房間還沒打掃，9點回去才打掃完，其他都還算可以

Poor reception service and mosquitoes in the room and only advantage in the location near 101

We need to pay NT200 for early check in at 2 pm. Requested for the receipt and was told no receipt to be given. One of the night when we went back to the hotel and realised that 2 rooms at the same floor were opened. Due to safety reason, we informed the receptionist and were told that they are doing housekeeping and she questioned us back 怎么了in a impolite tone. There were also mosquitoes in the room. We will never stay in this hotel again with such poor customer service and uncomfortable environment. the address numbering as it not in sequence as it spell out No 15 -2, Sec 2 KeeLung Rd like the main road unit number. You need to go to behind small road in order to locate it.

A great choice, especially considering the location and the price. The staff were always polite and helpful. Rooms were small but cosy, and very clean with comfy beds. And the hotel is in a great location on a quiet back street, right near a Family Mart and a short walk the Taipei 101 and the metro station, and lots of food places.

Don't expect much out of this hotel. It's functional and has basic amenities and facilities. Location is good, a little close to 'local' culture and about 8 mins walk to the MRT Don't use the official address when you tell the cab Drivers. It is actually BEHIND the building. Staff were friendly and professional.

The good point was mainly the location. It was really close to Taipei 101, the food court, other places to eat & the MRT. The bed was comfortable & the shower was hot. There were also a few decent English language TV channels which was a bonus. However, there were Mosquitoes in my room so I got bitten A LOT, housekeeping was a bit poor. There was a hair on the sink when I arrived which was still there when I left a week later as well as a few other small things. Walls were quite thin so noise from outside & ajacent rooms was disturbing. Luckily I had earplugs. Very firm pillows too.

When i planned to visit Taipei, hotels prices were quite expensive. That hotel was the cheapest one. I booked it but didin't expect it will be good like that. So close to taipei 101, just 3 mins walking. The was realy good with its quite diffent design. I was really happy with my choice.

Hotel is a good location near 101 MRT and of course Xinyi road and 101. Hotel is clean but small. Staff were nice and helpful. The hotel kept the pre-authorisation amount for a while after the reservation. I had to phone them to cancel it with the bank. Its been a week the money still isnt clear in my account. So i in essence am still down 2,500NT. Not cool. They said they will just leave it to the bank? Had to demand a manual cancellation.

Good central location in Xinyi, Rooms pretty small. Value for money, and staff helpful. Note there is no breakfast but plenty of places around, including night market. No Parking. Room cleaning was a bit variable.

Very polite and professional reception desk lady. She helped us a lot with checking in (like looking after our luggage before checkin, no real check in room for luggage, it was just left in the small lobby area) directions to places around the hotel. Overnight hotel staffer was also very good, when we asked him for an extra blanket in the middle of the night, around 2am. Breakfast was ok, it was McDonalds every day. Very close to Taipei 101, area's subway system, shopping and restaurants.
Near to Taipei 101, and that is it.

The hotel is very outdated and looks rundown, it is time for the management to invest in some renovations to prevent the hotel from being lost in time. NEVER EVER stay in room 101, unless you want to be on the ground floor next to the noisy lobby and public toilet. Breakfast is provided at the coffee house next door which can be a problem if it is raining. Though closeby Taipei 101 which is the ONLY major benefit of this hotel, AVOID THIS HOTEL UNTIL RENOVATIONS ARE DONE.
Neat small and quiet hotel

I stayed in HolyPro for 5 days, for business. The hotel is perfectly located 2 minutes walk from Taipei 101, the Convention Centre or the World Trade Centre. The people at the desk are very nice and helpful. The hotel is quiet, not too big (about 35 rooms). Not too expensive too. The rooms are small but the bathroom is large. No view through the window unfortunately. Free wifi, working well. I recommend this hotel.

Stayed here for 3 nights with colleagues, great location within walking distance of 101 and plenty of shopping and eateries close by. Rooms were very small but clean with everything you need, free wifi is included, breakfast is taken at a nearby coffee shop and is perfectly adequate. The only downside is that the walls of the rooms are paper thin and on a couple of occasions was woken up by rowdy guests next door.
location, location, location

The best selling point of this hotel is its location. So close to Taipei 101, it is only about 150m away! and it has taipei 101 view. i couldn't ask for more. All hotels in taipei seem to be overpriced, so i cant complain about the rate charged by this hotel. It was still cheaper compared to other hotels in the vicinity. This hotel is located in an alley hidden behind main buildings. Look for TGI Fridays. This hotel is located somewhere behind it. The room is quite small, it has coffee making facility and flat screen TV. Be impressed by the glowing ceiling when you turn off the lights. You'll see a nice view of aquatic life while you lie on your bed before going to sleep. The bathroom has a spa bathtub large and very comfortable enough for relaxing after a long walk in the city. Essential bathroom amenities, toiletries are provided. For breakfast i was given a coupon for a nearby cafe a short walk from the hotel. At first i thought it was a hassle but then i found the cafe is close by and the ambience is great, much better than taking breakfast inside a hotel restaurant as you can see people go about their activities in the morning. The breakfast option was limited but it had all i wanted for breakfast. Free wifi is available. The receptionist speaks very little english but very humble and friendly. She even helped me with the direction to Elephant mountain.
Pleasant stay and convenient location but overpriced

I am not sure if I would stay here again because overall, the price they charge you is so much more than the quality of stay. It would be a good choice if it was cheaper. It is just seven minutes on foot from the metro station, Taipei 101, and Taipei World Trade Center so the location is great if your purpose of visit is meeting clients in the area or other business related to the area. The deluxe room was reasonably clean and the bath tub was nice after a long day of walking around. The staff barely spoke english so that was a minus.

I stayed there for leisure as a solo traveller in May 2013, attracted by its inexpensiveness via a hotel booking website. It was a terrible stay. First, the location was difficult to find by the taxi driver, and is located a long walk from the closest subway station. Secondly, there were long strings of hair on my pillow upon check in, disgusting. Third, the room had no blankets, only a bedspread. Even upon request, the reception staff said they do not supply blankets in their hotel, only bedspreads. Fourth, the shower head in the bathroom was leaking in a major way. Fifth, during my five nights' stay, not once was my room vacuumed, even upon request. Sixth, the included breakfast composed of a cup of instant coffee and a malnourished-looking prepackaged sandwich. The only positive aspect was the cordial receptionists. In summary, this establishment was worth only one to two stars, not the four stars it claims. Definitely not value for money. I will not return to this establishment again.
Great little hotel!

We stayed at this hotel during a conference and did some sightseeing in the area. The location is fantastic, though it is tucked into an alley lane, and sometimes the taxi drivers have a tough time finding it. Before you come, have the hotel send you an email with instructions on how to get there -- that way you can print it out and give it to the taxi driver. The rooms were clean and cozy -- actually a little bigger than we imagined (we've stayed in some pretty small rooms!) The hotel is only a few short blocks to Taipei 101 as well as the Taipei International Convention Centre. What really made the experience so great was the owner/manager, who was very friendly and attentive. She helped us arrange tours and taxis; and provided suggestions on the best way to get around (MTR vs taxi vs walking.) She works very hard, her English is good (way better than my Chinese!) and we always felt we could count on her and her staff to help us out when we needed anything.

Había reservado 10 noches en este hotel y a la segunda me tuve que ir. Me podéis llamar escrupuloso pero tengo pánico a las cucarachas. El primer dia ví una en la recepción e hice la vista gorda. El segundo dia tenía una par de ellas corriendo por encima de mi ropa en la maleta. Baje a la recepción y me reconocieron que estaban luchando intensamente contra una plaga. Me ofecieron un 30% de descuento (la habitación son 150 euros) pero no pude aceptar.
Chambre sans fenêtre, prestations loin du concept d'une résidence ou d'un"hôtel"

Ne choisissez pas la chambre pour 4 pers, elle n'a pas de fenêtre. La seule vue sur l'extérieur de la chambre était une sortie de secours qui a été cloisonnée. Malgré la fine couche de cloison, on entend tout le bruit dans la rue, notamment du vigile du parking du building d'à côté en train de discuter, les scooters se garer le long du trottoir duquel la chambre est très proche. Petit déjeuner inclus certes, qui vous oblige à aller au Mr Brown Café situé à 2 pas de l'hôtel. Pas de choix dans le petit déj si ce n'est qu'entre 2 sandwiches à l'américaine et un jus de fruit, un café ou un thé... Ce n'est pas un petit déjeuner au sein de l'établissement. Les réceptionnistes manquent de sérieux et ne sont pas dignes de réceptionnistes d'un établissement hôtelier. Pas de solution aux problèmes, pas de possibilité d'arranger le client prêt à payer un surplus pour avoir un service plus rapide (par exemple, le pressing. Il vous faudra attendre 72h pour avoir vos vêtements rendus propres, mais ne comptez pas à ce qu'ils soient repassés.... ils sont rendus casi froissés.... comble d'un pressing! Le prix d'une nuit est équivalent à celui d'une VRAIE chambre dans un hôtel 4* avec des services classiques mais de qualité.

Если у вас дела в выставочном и/или конференционном центре Тайпей 101, а жить в Hyatt - дорого, то HolyPro отличный выбор. Рекомендую бизнес номер, нормальная площадь и гидромассажная ванная. На ресепшне стоио кофе машина, можно пользоваться когда захочется. В номере чайник и чашки. 2 LCD телика и холодильник. У отеля нет своей кухни, завтраки в кафе рядом оч посредственного качества. Напротив отличный тайский ресторанчик (если попросить приготовить без специй, то еда не будет острой). Рядом аналог 7eleven.
崩潰啊！

這大概是有生以來最差勁的房間(沒錯！是用房間形容，而不是旅館)。一個晚上2500元新台幣，住到一個滿是發霉、毫無隔音、噪音不斷的空間！先說房間整體溼氣重、角落都是黴、電視充滿灰，Oh~My God!!!這到底是甚麼環境啊！老舊的開關、小小浴缸加上馬桶等於廁所，幹嘛不乾脆打掉浴缸，媽的差點摔死去投胎！然後那個房間的震動噪音是啥拉，冷氣還空調要掉下來了是不是，更厲害的來了！所有電源都關了噪音還是在！崩潰啊！崩潰啊！崩潰啊！
普通的飯店

優點是離地鐵站算近 (101/世貿站) 走路約5min到，離世貿一館、101很近，飯店位置尚可。但隔音不好，且清潔人員會在半夜時整理房間，關門很大聲都會被吵醒! 且我們住的那間樓下似乎是餐廳，一大早就會聽到切菜的聲音... 下次不會再選擇這間飯店，覺得這樣價格的飯店可以選到更優的!

浴室空間危險

北上旅遊入住2夜，小朋友第一天在浴室跌倒頭縫了六針，服務人員當天僅協助叫救護車爾後未主動協助任何流程處理，也未告知是否投保公共意外險，主動詢問後才斷斷續續告知相關流程，且每位服務人員告知的內容都不一致，造成顧客申請手續上的麻煩。建議店家應考量每位客人的安全，盡快改善地板安全。

離捷運站有點距離，搭公車比較方便。不過距離101及週邊鬧區很近，算是滿方便的。不過house keeping不夠確實，check in完進房間，滿地的頭髮。隔晚6點回飯店房間還沒打掃，9點回去才打掃完，其他都還算可以
